My wife and I appreciated the vibe of the speakeasy.

This smooth speakeasy has a great vibe. The bouncer takes you down the stairs and you're transported. The mafia meets Miami energy is prevalent throughout the space. The bartenders were super friendly. But, the main draw of this establishment is the cocktails. These were easily some of the best we've ever had. I may come back to Miami just to drink here.

    Cheers!

Loved this hidden gem! Great music, small crowd and very nice service for the moment you come in. We really enjoyed the delicious drinks and we were happy that they have some appetizers and they were also very good. One of my favorite things was the environment and decor of the whole place, the speakeasy vibe was perfection!

Incredible ambiance, typical Miami scene. Was shooting for a more eclectic scene with a good mix of music but it's the typical Miami scene. It's a shame but the place itself is beautiful. Comfortable seating and pleasant customer service. The price points are HIGH for this market area. Favoring the Barbie type, Miami wanna be. Otherwise, come here and mar the most of it.

When my cousin booked a party at 9 Feet Under, a speakeasy in Hialeah, I knew I was in for a good time. Upon arrival after going down a flight of stairs, my cousin explained to me the name comes from the fact that it is located 9 Feet under the Strip Club upstairs. I love a unique venue, so I was already thrilled the moment I walked in. The bar is swanky, with bar seating, lounge seating, and some two-top cocktail tables with chairs that make it perfect for date night, a night out, or a group celebration. Around 9:30 the DJ starts, and he was incredible. As for drinks, they have plenty of specialty cocktails but I opted for a Dirty Martini. I also tried a Lychee martini. Both were solid. My cousin and his party opted to get bottle service and we enjoyed tequila and whiskey. Since we were a group of about 10, we had a server. She was friendly and attentive. While I didn't eat, the group did order food. From what I saw its an array of the perfect bar snacks like french fries, empanadas, tequenos, and chicken nuggets. I don't think this is a place that you come to for the food, but its nice to have some bar bite options while you're enjoying cocktails. Overall, I had a great time and would definitely go back.

This has become my new favorite spot!!! I've only been on TBT night but will definitely try all their weekly events. The drinks are delicious, the bites are great, and the pricing is surprisingly affordable. The vibes and the music are amazing!!

This speakeasy transports you to a different era as it is decorated amazingly in a vintage style. The service Luisa provided was just incredible and Alexis made the most amazing drinks tailored to your personal taste profile. A true mixology artist! A must to visit!

Ambiance- speakeasy taking you back to the 1920s. Dark, intimate, jazzy. Love it Drinks- made beautifully, perfectly balanced, and delicious. So many to pick from. Happy hour is daily 5-8PM and it's so worth it because you get drinks HALF off. Service- QUICK, animated, friendly. Coming back :)

Went here to hang with some friends after some time not seeing each other. I dont know why other reviews dont mention this but the place is attached to a gentlemens club. Mind you, its separate but connected in a way - I'll get to that later. The lot is shared with the club but it has its own entrance. The entrance is a door with a bell/camera and the symbol for the place that looks very illuminati like. You ring the bell and get an automated message saying someone will come out. A bouncer will come out, check your ids and pat you down before showing you the way to the place. We were seated at the bar and they kept a seat aside since our 4th was late. I usually dont like bar seating but the bartender (i absolutely forgot his name so im sorry but he's the one with the beard and long ponytail hair) made me not hate the choice. He was super friendly but not invasive with our group. If more bartenders were like him, I wouldn't hate bar sitting as much. I had two drinks, a beer, and the group shared apps. The drinks I had were the call of the east margarita and snow bird. The margarita was good but as im mainly a beer drinker, it was strong for me. But no worries the snow bird was absolutely delicious! It also comes with a great presentation with a little feather to it. After that I stuck to beer and we had shared apps. The yuca has cheese in it which is amazingly deliciois but should be mentioned in the menu for those who are lactose intolerant. One complaint I have and I dont know its the same in the men's, but in the women's backthroom the door to the stall is pull not push. So when I pushed it, I assumed someone was in there since it felt locked. I waited a bit but decided to call out then tried pulling. I felt stupid but I never knew a stall that opens as a pull like that as it has no handle. You have to pull from the top of the door. Its weird. Overall the experience was great. After we paid our bill, the bartender escorts you out but before then he asked if we wanted to go to th3 gentleman's club. I'm assuming there's a way to get into from the speakeasy. Just mentioning for the girls whose guys say they're going to 9 feet under but dont know what lurks beyond.

5 stars just for the fact that my table was by the painting of legendary Miami pharmaceutical entrepreneur Antonio Montana! As soon as I heard abut the opening of 9 Feet Under, at the same location of Bella's Cabaret and another legendary "if you know, you know" Miami gentleman's club, I knew I had to check out. The word of mouth of a few friends who live in the area also confirmed it! When my friend and I arrived, after contacting them online (make sure to get reservations) we were escorted downstairs to a basement den of great mixology. I enjoyed both the "Havana Sunset" ( guava and rum) as well as the Black Gold (espresso & tequila martini, but with tequila and garnished with coffee beans). This last one was my favorite! The soundtrack when we went is Golden Age (mid 2000/s) hip hop. Foodwise, the menu is a Latin twist on classic sports bar vittles. Besides very meaty chicken wings, I loved the pleasantly aromatic truffle fries and the yuca fries. Their sampler platter is definitely the way to go. Both the manager and waitress were very welcoming and friendly. They also mentioned some event nights coming up, including a karaoke night. I'm thinking I can do a great rendition of "Push it to the Limit".

Excellent experience at 9 Feet Under Bar. The atmosphere is very pleasant, with warm lighting and a perfect atmosphere both to talk and to enjoy the night without excessive noise. The music is at a very good level: it is enjoyed without interfering with the conversation, something that is really appreciated. The drinks stand out for their good balance and presentation, well prepared and with that right "touch" that makes the difference. As for the food, the wings were one of my favorites: well seasoned, on point and with excellent flavor. The croquettes were also very well made, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. In general, everything was at a very good level: service, atmosphere, drinks and food. An ideal place to have a good time, relax and enjoy with good company. Definitely, a place you want to go back to.

Came here with the girls for a birthday, on Thursdays it's karaoke night which was a blast. The dj and servers were great and very entertaining. The drinks were pricey but honestly worth it they were good. I tried their chicken tenders and Parmesan fries and it was delicious. Overall very fun speakeasy, lowkey, and charming.

I was especially excited because during Christmas time it was decorated as a Grinch-themed bar, which was super cute and festive. The drinks were very pretty and well-presented, but flavor-wise they just didn't really do it for me. The music also kind of threw me off -- it was much more vulgar than I expected, which I know fits a younger Miami vibe, but it felt like a bit much for my taste and didn't match the holiday theme I was excited for. The bartender seemed a little uninterested, and I wasn't a fan of the cocktails being pre-made, which took away from the experience for me. This is a fun, trendy bar with delicious drinks and solid service. It's totally worth checking out. First, I love the theming. Kaiju is Japanese for "movie monster." Ever seen Pacific Rim (2013)? The logo looks like a rough outline of Godzilla. The menu is designed to look like Japanese monster (e.g., Pokemon) trading card books. Each cocktail has its own card art, stats, and tasting notes. Neat. And the vibe of the place is like - I don't know - Japanese neon Blade Runner. It's cool. The four of us got a variety of drinks and were welcomed to our table with complimentary shots. I had the Guije cocktail which cost $24 after tax and tip. Yes, that's the one thing about this place - the drinks aren't cheap. Tasting notes: "Guije is a savory, tropical, and funky cocktail featuring Chairman's Reserve Rum spiced with Mojo Criollo, offering hints of bay leaf, pepper and garlic. Along with fresh mango, lime, Maduro, to round out the robust yet tropical flavors." It was strong, refreshing, and fantastic. All of our drinks were presented beautifully too. My wife thought she left her wallet here. The next day, I DMed @bar_kaiju on Instagram and they got back to me in less than a couple hours. Whoever got back to me was responsive and kind.
