Santa Diabla is a luxurious European-style speakeasy, with a feminine Spaniard theme on full display , the venue offers a unique and exclusive experience that you won't find anywhere else. For the summer season Santa Diabla has transformed into an upscale Tiki bar lounge! Indulge in the finest spirits, classic cocktails and high mixology, and savor a selection of eclectic tapas that are as exquisite as they are flavorful. To keep the intimate ambiance of the speak easy, reservations are required for entry and they do not accept walk-ins. Immerse yourself in the elegant and alluring atmosphere that is Santa Diabla. In conclusion, if you are looking for a fun and flavorful dining experience in the Miami Lakes area, Santa Diabla is definitely worth a visit!

This was such a cute Christmas bar ! I really enjoyed all the decorations. The playlist was amazing. There was definitely bites, but we did not partake. However, the drinks were delicious. I recommend bringing a sweater because the bar definitely was cold, but it makes sense as they were with and theme for Christmas! Keep in mind that if you may want to make reservations because the speakeasy has very limited seating

We came here for the "GRINCH BAR THEME " since it was all over the news and IG ... and we even booked a reservation with deposit . First of all it's inside Chela's restaurant.. so it was hard to find . We waited for our table to be ready and the place it's super small maybe like 10 people fit there! Barely any decorations of the grinch but an outdoor inflatable & some stickers in the wall . The staff wasn't even with Christmas attire as expected or dress up as the grinch which it was the reason why we went there . The ottomans "chairs" were super uncomfortable and even though it was just us two .. we were almost sitting outside of their "door" curtain that's separate the bar from restaurant, when ask for something more comfortable they said that's all they had. Then we get the menu .. and from the whole menu only two pages were "grinch" theme . The drinks were horrible, super bad combination of flavors; even got a burnt marshmallow. The staff was great which it's not their fault of a poorly executed speakeasy theme bar. Needless to say don't spend your time and money coming here . Not what it seemed online .

I was really excited to check out Santa Diabla when I saw Hialeahlove1925 post about its soft opening on Instagram, and especially excited by the fact that Miami Lakes was going to have its own posh speakeasy. Considering that a reservation on Tock is required, including a $25 deposit per person, I had really high hopes for this place, especially since Chela's has a great ambiance, food, and drink menu (in case you didn't figure it out from the other reviews, this speakeasy is located in the back of Chela's). I had a friend that wanted to join my reservation, but there was no way to get in contact with anyone directly regarding reservations for Santa Diabla to be able to add another member to my party, so that was the first point of frustration (she ended up booking a later reservation and just showed up and joined us). When my friend and I got to the "hidden" entrance to the Speakeasy (it's a door near the back dumpster, marked by a barrel), we rang the doorbell and waited about 15 minutes before we decided to enter through the front of the restaurant and explain to the Chela's hostess what we were there for. So that part of the speakeasy experience was already ruined. Once we were inside the speakeasy, the staff just said they misplaced the gadget that shows them that the doorbell is being rung. Once we were taken to the back and seated at the bar, there was a very loud and rambunctious party that kept bumping into me and my friend. It didn't seem appropriate behavior for a speakeasy. Despite the loud party that was going on, they eventually left and my friend and I were able to order our drinks and hear the chill music they had playing. Unfortunately, shortly after that large party left, they changed the playlist to more contemporary pop music, including Taylor Swift. Didn't really suit the vibe of an "elevated social club." When we went, it was shortly before they officially launched their Grinch themed menu, but there were already decorations and holiday lights hung up, which were a cute touch. The drinks themselves were decent. The presentation is absolutely top notch and absolutely picture-worthy, but I was disappointed that the bar staff was not a mixologist (just assuming). I definitely expected more room for craft and creativity from a speakeasy concept (that, again, required a $25 deposit), so perhaps I just had my expectations too high. I had the Diabla Star Martini that was served on a gorgeous platter, but it was just okay. All the flavors just kind of muddled together. I also ordered the old fashioned, and it was a pretty solid drink. My friends and I also ordered from the food menu. We had the jamon Iberico croquettas that were overpowered by the bed of tomato sauce that they were served on, but the small $25 charcuterie board was perfect for the 3 of us and the bartender brought us more bread upon request, so that was great and really appreciated! The charcuterie board had great variety and the biggest, most beautiful grapes I've ever seen. Overall, I feel like Santa Diabla has a LOT of potential, but at the present moment, I feel like it's not at a place to be requiring reservations and deposits on Tock. The presentation of their expansive martini menu is absolutely stunning, but it would be great to have mixologists that can craft delicious deviations as well. From not being attended to at the "secret door" from the time of our reservation, not being able to contact anyone regarding reservations, to the bar staff's inability to offer (additional) creativity on drinks, it really felt like the customer experience part is lacking. I feel like attention to details like that from an "exclusive" establishment are what really set places apart. Until they give the customer experience an overhaul, I definitely recommend to save yourself the disappoint and just walk to the front of the building (or through the curtain) and grab a seat at Chela's instead.

I came to this speakeasy with my friend for their valentines theme and it was a great experience the theme and the music was amazing and the bartender and overall staff was very interactive and friendly and informative pertaining to the drinks etc. The ambiance is very fun and photo friendly trust me the ambiance is set up great for photos and intimate and the drinks were very tasty and the presentation of the drinks was grand. I would definitely recommend anyone who's looking for a low key date night that doesn't mind music playing in the background or a girls night out. But just know they don't allow walk-ins so you have to make a reservation and put a deposit on the date and time you will be coming. It's definitely worth it and I would highly recommend going the vibe is great and the valentines theme is only till the end of February but I would still go back even once the valentines theme is over.

So cool to have this place in Miami lakes. Service was great and the drinks were really good. Mostly a rum bar. Not much of a rum drinker and they made some good gin drinks for me. The snacks were good, and I would recommend the spam tenders. They were delicious.

The vibe is super cool, cozy seating, great ambience, dim lighting that feels like a hidden gem. I sat on the comfy couch and ordered sushi from OKA, which was honestly better than ever. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The cocktails were delicious too; strong, creative, and exactly what I wanted for a chill night out. I was having a great time, enjoying my meal and drinks, when disaster struck right at the end. I had literally just finished eating when a huge roach crawled right by my feet on the couch area. It was massive and absolutely disgusting. I jumped out of my seat so fast, thankfully I was done with my food, or I probably would've lost it completely. I didn't scream (which is a miracle because I definitely would have at home), but it was such a gross turn-off. I get that this is Lake Worth and Florida has its bugs, but come on, a roach that big in a dining establishment? That's not okay. You really need to step up the pest control. Also, the bathrooms could use some serious help. They're outdated and feel neglected, definitely in need of an update or renovation to match the rest of the cool vibe. Overall, the sushi shines, the drinks are spot-on, and the atmosphere is fun... but that roach ruined the ending for me, and the bathrooms don't help. Fix those things, and this place could be amazing. Hoping it was just a one-off bad night!

We visited here twice during my visit: We sat at a table and a bar. You have the perfect amount of space for your party, but you're pretty close to the next table or bar seat. No claustrophobic vibes though. All the mixologists were great during both visits. One visit, we ordered their signature cocktails from the menu.
