Located where the old Johnny rockets was on main st (IYKYK) the outside is nicely decorated as well as the inside. My friend and I made reservations for brunch. The weather was great so we sat outside. Immediately I had to order an Iced coffee. I've had better but to be fair I don't think coffee is their specialty. For food my friend and I both had the smoked salmon toast. We both agreed it was delicious. This was my first time trying salmon toast and I'm afraid of ordering from somewhere else and being disappointed lol I really enjoyed this meal. We returned for Miami Spice again this year and it did not disappoint once again! For starters, we had the Smoked Salmon Benedict + Haas Avocado Benedict. We were shocked how filling they were! I did giggle at my hubby ordering the avocado toast because basically it was my salmon benedict without the salmon LOL. For our main course, we had Matcha French Toast + Gruyère Omelet Sandwich. I loved how my french toast was not too sweet, true to the matcha's eartiness. And my hubby's sandwich was pretty hearty despite how small it looked compared to my french toast. For dessert, we had NO SPACE haha. We were pretty full. They offered to package our mini tarts and macarons for us to-go (sorry, no picture of dessert). That was thoughtful. I really enjoyed this restaurant for brunch with my niece. They offer a little bit of everything when comes to the type of cuisine. We ordered from the brunch menu but we started with crispy rice with tuna and it was delicious. The rice was crispy on the outside but soft and tuna was perfect. We eat had a non alcoholic beverage that was very refreshing and tasty. I ordered the gueyere breakfast omelette on a brioche bun with avocado . It was fluffy omelette with fresh ingredients and brioche was so soft. It was light dish but tasty. My niece ordered the Korean chicken sandwich and said the sauce and chicken was tasty. We've driven by this place in my neighborhood several times, but never stopped to give it a try. My husband and I finally went in and wow, was the food good. I had the mushroom risotto which is probably the best mushroom risotto I have ever had, and I've had it quite a bit. My husband had the seafood risotto which he thought was delicious, but he still felt that my mushroom risotto was even better. We had the crispy little sushi bites for appetizer and a bread pudding for dessert along with drinks. Everything was fantastic, but I will say that service was slow. I want to start by saying, we love to eat here, we are regular customers of this restaurant and love their food. Tonight we decided to have an early dinner we had reservation at 5:30 P.M. and were seated in the smallest table in the restaurant. I told the lady if we could seat in another table and she said no they had a lot of customers coming in, but come on its 5:30 p.m. the restaurant was mostly emptied We sat there an order our usual Leechee Martini, and wine . We then ordered what we usually order which is the scallops and a cold octopus appetizer they have that were both delicious. We decided to try the 10 oz Filet Mignon, the filet was more like an 8 oz filet it was just plain, bland , we ate it we wanted to get home and watch the UM Game, maybe we should have sent it back, to top it off the price was ridiculous $58.00, we were expecting a 10 oz filet (believe me we eat at very good restaurants and know what a 10oz filet looks and taste like. We were very disappointed in the steak at Korner 67, we told the waiter which was super nice he spoke to the manager and all the manager did was take the $10.00 fries we had ordered from the bill not even offer a dessert. Like I said this place is for small plates their Risotto is excellent and every other small plate we have ever ordered here are delicious, just stay away from the steak way OVER PRIZED!!! They have indoor and outdoor seating along with a full bar. It's cute on the inside as well. Not too big on the inside but enough for groups. It's a fusion restaurant so all of the flavors are different in their own right. The White Truffle Old Fashioned has got to be one of the best that I've had all year. I can't wait to go back. Typically I always go with my favorite truffle croquettes, tuna tartare, and tempura shrimp. It's a great vibe dimly lit bar. We ordered croquettes, cheese, yakitori, sliders and oysters and everything was 10/10, delicious. I even ordered a mocktail and it was the first time I've ordered a mocktail and it wasn't just a sweet mess of juice and seltzer. Get the ginger sage mocktail if you are more of a bubbly, spicy drinker. My fiance got the truffle old fashioned and was blown away at the flavor profile. There's a notation in the bottom said that plates are either small, medium, large, or extra large and mostly meant for sharing. I ordered the pear fiocchi (size: large), and it was absolutely delicious; however, I wouldn't say it's a large size and meant for sharing. I don't usually finish my pasta dishes at restaurants, and I finished it completely (and didn't offer to share either - it was that good!). Maybe with an appetizer and some side dishes, it would be good for sharing. We also ordered two mocktails - the passion fruit drink and hibiscus drink. They were great mocktails! I appreciate when a place puts in the effort to make the non-alcoholic drinks just as fun as the cocktails. My husband ordered the pesto pasta, and it was very good too. He had originally asked for shrimp on it, but they got confused with the order, and they sent it out vegetarian. He was disappointed, but he said it was still great. The ambiance is fun and trendy.
