We recently visited Hell's Kitchen Miami to celebrate a birthday and had high expectations given the reputation and the $1,000+ spent on dinner for our group. While we enjoyed the overall experience, several service and execution issues took away from what should have been a special evening. Drink service was slow throughout the meal, and one guest didn't receive a refill until dinner was nearly finished. We were also told a birthday glass of wine would be complimentary, but it still appeared on the final bill. For the food, we ordered garlic butter for our steaks but received large portions of cold butter that hadn't melted. We also weren't informed that the filet already included garlic butter. The prawn appetizer had an off flavor, and one of the three filets was overwhelmingly peppery while the other two were properly seasoned. We ordered two bottles of wine and, due to limited tableside attention, often found ourselves refilling our own glasses throughout the evening. Overall, the food was enjoyable and we appreciated the opportunity to celebrate here. However, for a restaurant at this price point, the service and attention to detail should be much stronger. We traveled four hours for this experience and hope these issues were simply the result of an off night.

I rarely give 5 stars. This place was 5 stars. Food was amazing, all the dishes were cooked perfectly, the steaks and lamb chops melt in your mouth, the steak tar tar was great. Mac cheese was awesome, the mash potatoes were good. Add some of that garlic butter to it and it's even better. desserts were very good but that toffee cake is amazing. Lobster risotto I can have a whole pot of that. The service was great, our waitress was on point very patient, and had some fun with us. The drinks were made perfect. Expressing martini was the best I've ever had. The inside is nicely done. Ambiance was very nice from when you walk in. The photos on the wall with all the winners was cool. Sat in front and was able to see how the chefs and cooks operate was nice as well. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend for a special occasion or date night.

I really, really wanted to love this restaurant because I love all Gordon Ramsey's shows and have been wanting to come for a long time, unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. The restaurant itself was nice, with an open view of the chefs with blue and red bandanas preparing the food. The staff were friendly and our waiter was knowledgeable. I ordered a watermelon margarita to begin with and it was soooo delicious. Appetizers: We ordered scallops, chimichurri prawns and the meatballs. I couldn't really enjoy the scallops because they had bacon pieces (I don't eat meat) but I did taste the pea puree and it was it exactly how I had imagined it tasted. Really good! The prawns were very good as well. Entree: my husband had the beef Wellington and I ordered the lobster risotto. I was disappointed when the waiter told us the lobster risotto wasn't available due to issues with the lobster. My husband's opinion on his beef Wellington: too raw and too cold. (I wish it were like TV when they send it back and yell at the chefs just for show lol). Though the Mac and cheese was sooooo good, I'd order that again! I'm not sure I would come back for a second time unless Gordon Ramsey himself asks me to and is present while I'm at dinner :D

We (my partner and I) came here with high expectations since it's a Gordon Ramsay establishment, and ended up deciding that it wasn't worth the price or the hype, unfortunately, mainly because many of the dishes tasted mediocre. While I still thought that most food still tasted better than that in many restaurants I have been to, it was not as good as the food in many restaurants that had similar price ranges as this one. The best dishes in our opinion were the lobster risotto and the crispy salmon, both having good flavor from the lobster and the salmon themselves, and the green curry next to the salmon offering a distinct combination since the flavor profiles contrast was huge. The curry itself tasted pretty standard. The risotto had enough buttery taste and I could taste the truffle in it as well. After that, the crab roll had a good amount of mashed avocado which wasn't common but it worked pretty well. The beef wellington was way too salty, mainly because of the red wine demi-glace and the mushroom mixture in the wellington itself, and the amount of root vegetables was so tiny. The steak sandwich was very filling and had an abundant amount but the steak meat didn't even taste seasoned, and the mustard dominated the flavor way too much to the point that it made the sandwich lose its unique taste. The sticky toffee pudding was so dry and plain inside that tasting the mixture itself without trying it with the ice cream or the caramel just didn't work. My partner and I would've both wanted it to be a bit crispier which would create a good textural contrast. Overall we had concluded that for the amount of money we had spent, we wouldn't recommend this establishment or return, but I was still grateful that I finally had the chance to try the famous Beef Wellington finally. The steak inside did taste good, and I can cross this off my bucket list.

We tried this restaurant for the first time. It wasn't very busy, and the ambiance is really nice. When we arrived, there was no one at the front to check us in, which was a bit odd. We had to wait a few minutes before someone came over and seated us. Our server was good, but overall the service could have been better--I also had to wait quite a while for my wine. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the lobster risotto, filet mignon, tofu rice, and the fixed three-course meal. The tofu rice was much too salty due to extra soy sauce. My steak wasn't the best I've had, but it was still decent. The Brussels sprouts were good, though the potatoes were disappointing. The tuna tartare was enjoyable, and the desserts were excellent. For five people with drinks, the total bill came to about $1,000. See photos of the food below.

The food was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We both started with the Caesar salad, which was one of the best we've had. My mother ordered the restaurant's famous Beef Wellington, and by the time I looked over after taking a few bites of my own meal, her plate was completely empty--a sure sign of how good it was! I had the brick chicken, which was cooked perfectly: moist, flavorful, and paired with a delicious herb sauce. The entire experience was wonderful, and our server was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. We would absolutely return.

With all the hot temper and F-bombs attached to the brand of Gordon Ramsay, this Miami outpost feels surprisingly flat. Not terrible--but not impressive. In contrast, the nearby production of Moulin Rouge! The Musical completely made my day. What We Ordered ~ Seared scallops ~ Short ribs ~ Salmon ~ Two house reds The best part of the table? The thin-stem Rona glassware, and the Anfora earthy plates. Wine-wise, the DAOU Vineyards Cabernet clearly outperformed the Terrazas de los Andes Malbec. Food ~ Scallops: Fine--competent, but forgettable. ~ Salmon: Good, though I still think Trump International Beach Resort restaurant does it slightly better. ~ Short rib: Tender, but oddly lifeless--almost cardboard-dry (柴). Sides: The green vegetable was overly salty; the potato cake completely flat. This is the core issue: everything is technically "there," but nothing has energy. Space & Service The entrance on Biscayne Blvd Way draws in first-timers, but if it's not in use, it should be clearly marked--right now, it just confuses people. The reception area felt understaffed: one person juggling guests and phone calls. By 6:15 pm, the dining room wasn't even half full, which adds to the slightly underwhelming atmosphere. Valet parking is available. Context & Contrast That global, high-energy image makes this Miami location feel even more subdued--almost like a brand extension rather than a destination. Name & Expectation "Hells Kitchen" inevitably brings to mind Hell's Kitchen--a dense, vibrant stretch of Manhattan from 34th to 59th Street, west of 8th Avenue. Gritty, energetic, alive. It's interesting that Ramsay uses that name here, because the spirit doesn't quite carry over. Final Thought I couldn't help but think of Anthony Bourdain--someone who cared deeply about soul in food, not just performance. This feels like performance without quite enough soul. Bottom Line A polished brand name with flashes of competence--but lacking the intensity, personality, and edge you expect. Not bad. Just not worth the hype. We dined there last week, March 17. His staff mentioned, almost casually, that he drops in from time to time--but is currently in Shanghai, cooking during the Formula 1 weekend. As it happens, a friend of mine is there for the race. He ran into Ramsay's team, who, in a small-world flourish, invited him to this Miami outpost. I'm curious what he'll make of it: stay tuned. The booth seat needs better cleaning.

Love this location as much as I love the Vegas location. Sure the surrounding area isn't as fun as Las Vegas, but I found the food and service to be top tier. My bestie and I enjoyed an awesome Virgin Voyages cruise and then booked a reservation upon our return to Miami to celebrate her birthday before we returned home. She had been dying to go to an HK and this was perfect! I only had the Vegas location to compare it too. I was totally ready and happy to accept the challenge. Haha Here's what we ordered. My bestie really wanted to try the Beef Wellington, so she ordered that. I opted for the Curry Salmon this time, just to try something new. We shared the Lobster Risotto and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. . All of it was divine! None of it disappointed! I highly recommend the Curry Salmon if you are going for something different than the Beef Wellington, And, to me no visit is complete without an order of both the Lobster Risotto and Sticky Toffee Pudding. In addition, we got a nice complimentary sweet birthday dessert. It was a wonderful evening! Pls check out this location. Highly recommended!

I would for this a 1 star but this place is beautiful. However we had a horrible experience from food to service. We were sat immediately and to a great booth that let us see the cooking stations. The server came right over asking us what we wanted. We ordered the Pumpkin soup, which tasted like baby puree. It had no flavor whatsoever. We then ordered the beef Wellington, Mac and cheese side dish and braised short rib. Upon ordering the beef Wellington they do tell you it will be Medium rare so this is nice. Oh what a mess that was. We split both entrees and so I began to eat my half and was totally turned off that such a restaurant would have such a horrible quality of meat since they cut it all themselves. (See photos) I showed the manager and she said they would take care of it. I didn't even want it anymore. Between the flavor lacking and the poor quality of meat it was not worth it. Then we had the short ribs. They were hard, it's like they weren't cooked long enough. They needed to be cooked a lot longer. We couldn't even eat it was like eating card board. The only things that was good was the Mac and cheese side dish. That was delicious. We got the sticky toffee pudding and that was ok. Worth trying but nothing special. Our expectations were too high I guess going to other Gordon restaurants. But still I could get better food at outback.

The service, ambiance, and decor was 100/10. Make sure you make a reservation, as I believe they are required. I truly felt like I was teleported into the Hell's Kitchen TV show. From the decorative pitchforks to the photo wall filled with chefs, the attention to detail was next to none. This location had a downstairs and upstairs, and we were sat downstairs in the main dining room with views of the red and blue kitchens. I started off with the scallops, which was paired with a helping of corn, braised bacon lardons, and pickled shallots. These were cooked to perfection and extremely flavorful. I could've eaten five more! I chose the crispy skin salmon. This was when the salmon was served with lentils and veggies, and I think they might have recently changed it to sticky rice instead. The salmon was great, but slightly underwhelming. I think I'd go for the chicken or branzino if I ever make my way back here. For the prices, this is definitely a spot for special occasions and not just for a casual Friday night dinner.

Service was so fast and so quick. How did the beef wellington come out so fast and perfect? We were in and out in an hour and this perfection came out 20 minutes after ordering i couldn't believe it. Side note, this place is great for vegetarian. The lobster risotto was half price which honestly matches the ingredients. The lobster is definitely the most expensive part.

      Beef Wellington with Lobster Tail
      Kyle J.

I went with the three course set menu and it set a pretty high bar from the start. The scallops were cooked perfectly and had that rich, buttery flavor you hope for but rarely get with no grit which is equally rare. The Beef Wellington had great flavor too, and the sticky toffee pudding came in at the end like the star of the show. That dessert is the one thing I would tell anyone to order here without hesitation. It is unbelievably good. The Wellington, as tasty as it was, kept falling apart on me. Every time I picked it up, something slid out like it had somewhere else to be. Not the end of the world, but also not what you expect from a signature dish. The lobster tail was good, but for the price, I wanted it to be more memorable than "good." Service was exactly the kind of calm, friendly energy I like. Since gratuity is already added at 20 percent, you can feel the shift to that more European style. No hovering, no checking in every two minutes, just natural pacing and a genuinely pleasant vibe. I ate solo with a reservation and everything moved at my pace, which I really appreciated. The restaurant itself fits Miami perfectly. It has the flash and brightness you expect from South Beach, but still keeps that Gordon Ramsay aesthetic. A little dramatic, a little stylish, and definitely a place where you feel like you are out for a real meal, not just dinner. Between the strong flavors, relaxed service, and the best sticky toffee pudding I have ever had, I would absolutely recommend Hell's Kitchen. It has a couple of misses, but the highs are worth the visit. If Yelp allowed half stars, this would land squarely at a 3.5.

Everything was perfect. The interior is huge and lovely. Reservations recommended, even on a week night. The service was impeccable. Once the server realized my husband is a fish, he never ran out of water. The food. Oh my gosh, the food. My daughter and I are both vegetarian, and the server noted our options. While they have lobster risotto on the menu, it can be vegetarian or vegan. That was my choice, and it was perfectly flavorful with an excellent texture. My daughter went with the tofu fried rice, and that was incredible, too. It was made with a sort of peanut sauce that added so much depth to the dish. I wish I had tried the tofu scallops, too, but I didn't. My husband went with the beef wellington and gave nothing but glowing reviews. The entire experience from walking in the door to exit took about 45 minutes. The entire meal was well executed. Highly, highly recommend.

Are kids of all ages allowed?? I saw other locations was fine. Thought it would be good for brunch with our toddler?

Kids are welcome. I did not see any when I visited, but it was early for dinner. I'd think a kid old enough to watch the TV show might enjoy it, otherwise not sure it's great choice for families.

I think they fit Miami well, and are slight twists in classic drink options. Our bartender was awesome. She was super knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations as we decided what to order, and you can tell she really put effort into making sure the drinks were good. The drinks were really good! My only complaint is the price. Of course handcrafted cocktails are expensive, especially in Miami, but wow. The drinks were really small, and had so much ice that they ended up being not very many sips at all. They were definitely good, but the very small size for almost $20 a drink was kind of outrageous.

No pressure !! :(…read more With such an amazing and innovative decor, dazzling bar and great vibes, my sibling, husband and I knew this was the place to be to enjoy ourselves with some drinks! The bar was lit, poppin' and vibrant. We were waiting by the end of the counter where they checked out other patrons near the sitting area. We were overlooked many times... I locked eyes with one of the bartender and she completely looked away from me.. several times :( took about 15 minutes and we reached our arms out and flagged bartender Reilly. Her greeting and attention was genuine so I was happy to get her. Unfortunately, she got busy and we got the initial lady that ignored us. She was not kind, not attentive and didn't really want to help us - she was very fake. With that being said, we had to remind her of our drinks after 20 minutes of placing the order, in which she responded with an attitude "it's being made. We're busy" -_- -_- :( the attitude was not needed. We watched others that came in before us being served. :( I was completely annoyed and upset. She didn't even bring the drinks to us like the other bartenders were doing, she made us get it. Poor service from this one bartender while the others were happy and servicing their patrons. After our first drinks, I noticed she spoke to her colleague and he came over and asked if we wanted to close out.. . Wtf kicking us out? We said no and he opened a tab. When she noticed we were ordering more, she was a bit more attentive. So wrong. Luckily, the drinks were delicious. Perfect. We did end up coming back to the Lasseter and got a gentleman bartender that was so kind and attentive and made our drinks even better! The attention to detail and love he made in my drinks, so that is why I decided to make make this a 3 stars rather than two. He saved this place. The toilet sitting area is very warm, not very air conditioned properly so expect to be a little warm especially after a couple of sips. It's also the walkway to an actual big restrooms for the whole building. The drinks are VERY pricy but the setting is perfect and makes up for it. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. Disney priced drinks without the Disney customer service. Do I want to come back? Yes. Am I going to be picky with the vibes coming from the bartender and chose who to go to? Also yes. Hopefully, I can increase the rating.

The biggest thing for me was the overall energy and engagement from the staff. I'm naturally a pretty social and engaged person, especially when I'm sitting at a bar, and I made an effort to interact with the bartenders. I just didn't really feel that same engagement coming back. Nobody was necessarily rude or disrespectful--it just felt disconnected, and the energy was a little strange to me. I also didn't realize until I tried to pay that the bar doesn't accept cash. Maybe that was posted somewhere and I missed it, and once they told me, it wasn't a big deal. But little things like that, combined with the overall interaction, affected the experience. Another thing I didn't realize until receiving my check was that gratuity was already included. I wasn't verbally told about it, and I personally didn't see it disclosed anywhere beforehand. From my understanding, an automatic gratuity or service charge is required to be disclosed to the guest before the purchase, not something they should only discover when they receive the check. Maybe there was a notice somewhere that I missed, so I'm not saying there wasn't one, but I definitely wasn't aware of it. I think that's an important thing for guests to know upfront, especially because someone could easily add another tip without realizing gratuity was already included. Ironically, the one person I genuinely connected with and had a good conversation with was another guest at the bar, not a member of the staff. That interaction actually helped make my time there more enjoyable. For me, hospitality is about more than serving a drink. Especially when someone is clearly open, friendly, and trying to engage, that's an easy opportunity to create a connection and turn a first-time guest into someone who wants to come back. I felt like I gave plenty of opportunities for that interaction, but it just never really happened. I still had a good time because I can have a good time pretty much anywhere, and nothing happened that would make me say Lost Boys is a bad bar. It just didn't feel like the staff cared much about enhancing the experience beyond serving the drinks. So four stars because I respect what the place is and can see why it works as a neighborhood bar. It just didn't give me a reason to come back, and personally, I don't think I would.

Speaking of Manhattans... they're exactly the way we like them: balanced, boozy, and dangerously easy to order "just one more." Pair that with a great cigar, comfortable seating, and an atmosphere that somehow feels both upscale and relaxed, and you've got one of the best spots in Miami to unwind. We came for a drink. We stayed for the cigars. We left wondering if we should install a red phone booth at home. I told the door servant that I knew the DJ or something like that, and he let us right in. Once inside, the bar has that edgy big city, small hallway type of vibe. You could barely stand around in there, let alone get to the bar to order a drink. The mix of flapping gums and mixologists concocting cocktails made for a cacophonous distraction from the actual "music" we were there to "listen" to. My ladyfriend and I ducked out across the street to Black Market Miami Bar where the game was on and you could actually order a drink that didn't cost $50+. After a few libations, we headed back to Miami Sound Machine Bar (they need to put 'Miami' in every bar's name down here in case you forget where you are). There was a weird looking guy playing depressing vinyls with singing in different languages. I was more in the mood for something upbeat and groovy like salsa or merengue that I could dance to with my girls. Although I did hear the 12" Andrew Weatherall remix of Happy Mondays "Hallelujah" at some point, a staple at the Haçienda nightclub in Manchester - an institution that shook the music world and changed club culture forever. The head servant at the bar looked like Nirvana (yes, one man looking like a whole band). He was jaded and rude. I don't blame him! As the night wore on, the crowd got larger and more deplorable, and the room got smaller and smaller. I got stuck in an awkward conversation waiting to use the bathroom. I don't think sound bars are for me. Pros: The bar across the street had really fair drink prices, and the servants are polite and efficient. Cons: the ratchet yuppies that inhabit Miami's nightlife, always on the prowl to ruin a subculture with their tackiness.

I know it normally books up most nights so I figured if we got early we could snag a couple spots. My plan worked. We had a very nice bartender who got things going. We both got a creative drink from there menu. The DJ arrived the same time as us so he was just getting set. We were there long enough to hear him blend in about 5+ songs. I was digging how he was shaping the set from some chill song to some that had some pep. It was just long enough to know that next time we are done this way I think we will check out the Sound bar again.

The bouncers outside were nice to us, and the line to get in was not too bad. There is only one elevator going up, but it's just a short ride up. Once we got up, the music is loud, the lights are going, it's dark, and it's packed. All great signs of a solid and popular spot. I don't drink alcohol anymore, but my friends were able to get attention pretty quickly from the bartenders. There was a section there where I felt like I was being packed like sardines, but once we moved we were in comfortable spot. My feet started killing me since I wore heels the whole night, so to my delight, I found out there was an area to sit, and that pretty much saved my feet from falling off. The rooftop is such a vibe. We were able to get a section with a table by the balcony railing and see the downtown area in all it's glory with the lights and the Brickell sign in the background. It was thee perfect spot for photos, and we took advantage of it and had our mini photoshoot there on the spot. I was rather surprised that this place started to shut down by 2 am, I had the impression that FL goes until 5 in the morning, but it was no big deal since we were starting to wind our evening down anyways. I am thankful we got to experience going here, it truly made our night special for our bride to be.

The Mule is a standout, and the White Cloud (gin, sake, lime, and yuzu foam) was lovely. For food, the buffalo chicken empanadas were tasty. I'd skip the pork bao buns, as the meat was overcooked, but our server easily swapped them for the hamachi crudo, which was fantastic. Service was very pleasant, and the music set a great vibe at the perfect volume. Overall, it is a great rooftop spot that I would recommend.

I had the Be My Baby, a vodka based cocktail with strawberry, basil, vanilla, and sparkling wine, and my friend had the That's Life, a tequila based drink with coconut essence and lime. For appetizers, we ordered the Parker loaf with smoked butter, which came with five pieces and was delicious. We also tried the caviar topped deviled eggs, which were great, and the crispy blue crab served with chipotle aioli. Our appetizers came out pretty quickly, and everything was really enjoyable. Apparently, there had been a missed ticket in the kitchen. Things happen, though, and I really appreciated how they handled it. She also explained all the items of the menu and the concept of the restaurant. We tried everything on the Miami Spice menu, except the lamb, and everything was delicious. The explosion of flavors from each dish made it obvious all the thought process behind each ingredient. My friend described it best, "each bite taste so different" and she was right. Each dish has so many ingredients that each bite was different. I can't think of another place that has put that much thought into every dish. I also loved how fresh everything was. Even the leaf on the my cocktail was the farm. It cannot get any fresher than that. The cocktail I tried was the Watermelon Sugar High and it was so delicious. They also brought me an extra dessert with a candle for my birthday. I loved this thoughtful thought. The service was excellent. Our plates and utensils were replaced after every dish. The table was also cleaned between each round of food. This small gesture can make a big difference. The whole staff was attentive to our table despite the restaurant being full and I absolutely loved that. The service upon arrival was excellent. The staff were very attentive and the food came out fresh. It was raining that day so I didn't get to see the coastal view, but I love the Italian feel that the restaurant gives. I would love to return to try dinner. Definitely a great place to celebrate a special occasion or dine for the Miami experience. The pizza was delicious!! The salmon with quinoa 10/10

Where do I even begin? The restaurant is dimly lit and cozy and it's perfect for any occasion. We…read moresat toward the back near the kitchen and honestly, it was the perfect spot. I ordered a Mango Tamarind (I think that's what it was called) and it summery, tropical, and refreshing. We all decided to do the summer prix fixe menu. Items we ordered were the tuna conserva, summer salad, chivo guisado, kampachi, and the flan. We also received a "compliments of the chef" dish and I wish I remembered what it was called. I was so focused on how cute it looked that I didn't catch the name or explanation (I'm sorry, I'll do better next time...it's the dish with the 3 bite size pieces.) While small, they had big flavor and immediately had me wanting another. In terms of service, I liked that when each dish was placed in front of us, our waiter took his time explaining what everything was and how it was made. The tuna conserva with the bone barrow vinaigrette was absolutely delicious. I also had a bite of the summer salad, and that was a 10/10 use of mangos. The Kampachi got a "this is great" from the table and my dish the Chivo Guisado was amazing. Now my absolute favorite part, the flan. I'd like to say that being born and raised in a Cuban household, I know flan. I love to tell everyone that my mom's is the best, because well, it is. But this flan, this flan (mom, don't read this), was probably the best ever. Call me dramatic, but I think it brought tears to my eyes. It was that good. *Forehead kiss to the chefs and everyone at Ariete*

Since we live in Miami we decided to finally try Ariete. Unfortunately, the experience was shocking. When I politely explained to our server that there were certain foods I don't eat, she responded, "I'm sorry, we don't serve chicken wings and burgers here." I was completely stunned. The comment was not only incredibly disrespectful but was made in front of my husband and left me genuinely humiliated. I have never been spoken to this way at a fine-dining restaurant or anywhere for that matter, let alone a Michelin-starred one. My husband immediately requested a change of a server and addressed the situation with management. We have never heard from the restaurant since. A Michelin star should represent not only exceptional food but exceptional hospitality and professionalism. Sadly, that was not our experience at Ariete.

I am not a massive fan of fish and do not cook it very often either. Having said that I saw trout was on the menu. Let me tell you it was ONE of the best pieces of fish I have ever had. The skin was crisptyand yet melted in your mouth. The flesh was creamy. Everything else was divine too. Simply put faultless, timeless, a must visit! Staff were sweet, professional and attentive. The decor was gorgeous. Special shout out to Nick, who I had the pleasure of a very nice conversation.
