We recently visited Hell's Kitchen Miami to celebrate a birthday and had high expectations given the reputation and the $1,000+ spent on dinner for our group. While we enjoyed the overall experience, several service and execution issues took away from what should have been a special evening. Drink service was slow throughout the meal, and one guest didn't receive a refill until dinner was nearly finished. We were also told a birthday glass of wine would be complimentary, but it still appeared on the final bill. For the food, we ordered garlic butter for our steaks but received large portions of cold butter that hadn't melted. We also weren't informed that the filet already included garlic butter. The prawn appetizer had an off flavor, and one of the three filets was overwhelmingly peppery while the other two were properly seasoned. We ordered two bottles of wine and, due to limited tableside attention, often found ourselves refilling our own glasses throughout the evening. Overall, the food was enjoyable and we appreciated the opportunity to celebrate here. However, for a restaurant at this price point, the service and attention to detail should be much stronger. We traveled four hours for this experience and hope these issues were simply the result of an off night.
I rarely give 5 stars. This place was 5 stars. Food was amazing, all the dishes were cooked perfectly, the steaks and lamb chops melt in your mouth, the steak tar tar was great. Mac cheese was awesome, the mash potatoes were good. Add some of that garlic butter to it and it's even better. desserts were very good but that toffee cake is amazing. Lobster risotto I can have a whole pot of that. The service was great, our waitress was on point very patient, and had some fun with us. The drinks were made perfect. Expressing martini was the best I've ever had. The inside is nicely done. Ambiance was very nice from when you walk in. The photos on the wall with all the winners was cool. Sat in front and was able to see how the chefs and cooks operate was nice as well. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend for a special occasion or date night.
I really, really wanted to love this restaurant because I love all Gordon Ramsey's shows and have been wanting to come for a long time, unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. The restaurant itself was nice, with an open view of the chefs with blue and red bandanas preparing the food. The staff were friendly and our waiter was knowledgeable. I ordered a watermelon margarita to begin with and it was soooo delicious. Appetizers: We ordered scallops, chimichurri prawns and the meatballs. I couldn't really enjoy the scallops because they had bacon pieces (I don't eat meat) but I did taste the pea puree and it was it exactly how I had imagined it tasted. Really good! The prawns were very good as well. Entree: my husband had the beef Wellington and I ordered the lobster risotto. I was disappointed when the waiter told us the lobster risotto wasn't available due to issues with the lobster. My husband's opinion on his beef Wellington: too raw and too cold. (I wish it were like TV when they send it back and yell at the chefs just for show lol). Though the Mac and cheese was sooooo good, I'd order that again! I'm not sure I would come back for a second time unless Gordon Ramsey himself asks me to and is present while I'm at dinner :D
We (my partner and I) came here with high expectations since it's a Gordon Ramsay establishment, and ended up deciding that it wasn't worth the price or the hype, unfortunately, mainly because many of the dishes tasted mediocre. While I still thought that most food still tasted better than that in many restaurants I have been to, it was not as good as the food in many restaurants that had similar price ranges as this one. The best dishes in our opinion were the lobster risotto and the crispy salmon, both having good flavor from the lobster and the salmon themselves, and the green curry next to the salmon offering a distinct combination since the flavor profiles contrast was huge. The curry itself tasted pretty standard. The risotto had enough buttery taste and I could taste the truffle in it as well. After that, the crab roll had a good amount of mashed avocado which wasn't common but it worked pretty well. The beef wellington was way too salty, mainly because of the red wine demi-glace and the mushroom mixture in the wellington itself, and the amount of root vegetables was so tiny. The steak sandwich was very filling and had an abundant amount but the steak meat didn't even taste seasoned, and the mustard dominated the flavor way too much to the point that it made the sandwich lose its unique taste. The sticky toffee pudding was so dry and plain inside that tasting the mixture itself without trying it with the ice cream or the caramel just didn't work. My partner and I would've both wanted it to be a bit crispier which would create a good textural contrast. Overall we had concluded that for the amount of money we had spent, we wouldn't recommend this establishment or return, but I was still grateful that I finally had the chance to try the famous Beef Wellington finally. The steak inside did taste good, and I can cross this off my bucket list.
The food was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We both started with the Caesar salad, which was one of the best we've had. My mother ordered the restaurant's famous Beef Wellington, and by the time I looked over after taking a few bites of my own meal, her plate was completely empty--a sure sign of how good it was! I had the brick chicken, which was cooked perfectly: moist, flavorful, and paired with a delicious herb sauce. The entire experience was wonderful, and our server was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. We would absolutely return.
Had an amazing anniversary dinner! The hostess and server recognized our special occasion and congratulated us! I had the short rib and it was delicious. So tender and fell apart with my fork. My husband has the filet and Gouda Mac and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was so creamy. Highly recommend.
With all the hot temper and F-bombs attached to the brand of Gordon Ramsay, this Miami outpost feels surprisingly flat. Not terrible--but not impressive. In contrast, the nearby production of Moulin Rouge! The Musical completely made my day. What We Ordered ~ Seared scallops ~ Short ribs ~ Salmon ~ Two house reds The best part of the table? The thin-stem Rona glassware, and the Anfora earthy plates. Wine-wise, the DAOU Vineyards Cabernet clearly outperformed the Terrazas de los Andes Malbec. Food ~ Scallops: Fine--competent, but forgettable. ~ Salmon: Good, though I still think Trump International Beach Resort restaurant does it slightly better. ~ Short rib: Tender, but oddly lifeless--almost cardboard-dry (柴). Sides: The green vegetable was overly salty; the potato cake completely flat. This is the core issue: everything is technically "there," but nothing has energy. Space & Service The entrance on Biscayne Blvd Way draws in first-timers, but if it's not in use, it should be clearly marked--right now, it just confuses people. The reception area felt understaffed: one person juggling guests and phone calls. By 6:15 pm, the dining room wasn't even half full, which adds to the slightly underwhelming atmosphere. Valet parking is available. Context & Contrast That global, high-energy image makes this Miami location feel even more subdued--almost like a brand extension rather than a destination. Name & Expectation "Hells Kitchen" inevitably brings to mind Hell's Kitchen--a dense, vibrant stretch of Manhattan from 34th to 59th Street, west of 8th Avenue. Gritty, energetic, alive. It's interesting that Ramsay uses that name here, because the spirit doesn't quite carry over. Final Thought I couldn't help but think of Anthony Bourdain--someone who cared deeply about soul in food, not just performance. This feels like performance without quite enough soul. Bottom Line A polished brand name with flashes of competence--but lacking the intensity, personality, and edge you expect. Not bad. Just not worth the hype. We dined there last week, March 17. His staff mentioned, almost casually, that he drops in from time to time--but is currently in Shanghai, cooking during the Formula 1 weekend. As it happens, a friend of mine is there for the race. He ran into Ramsay's team, who, in a small-world flourish, invited him to this Miami outpost. I'm curious what he'll make of it: stay tuned. The booth seat needs better cleaning.
We tried this restaurant for the first time. It wasn't very busy, and the ambiance is really nice. When we arrived, there was no one at the front to check us in, which was a bit odd. We had to wait a few minutes before someone came over and seated us. Our server was good, but overall the service could have been better--I also had to wait quite a while for my wine. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the lobster risotto, filet mignon, tofu rice, and the fixed three-course meal. The tofu rice was much too salty due to extra soy sauce. My steak wasn't the best I've had, but it was still decent. The Brussels sprouts were good, though the potatoes were disappointing. The tuna tartare was enjoyable, and the desserts were excellent. For five people with drinks, the total bill came to about $1,000. See photos of the food below.
First time since they opened over 3 yrs ago. Full transparency I was hesitant because the reviews were kinda rough. I'm glad I decided to give them another look and took notice many recent reviews were pretty good. The service was pleasant and the food was outstanding! Overall the ambiance was modern, lux and comfortable. They have valet available which is convenient however the price point is way higher than expected at a whopping $28! Regardless the entire experience was worth it! The Beef Wellington, Waugh Meatballs, Lobster Risotto and Mac & Cheese were all chefs kiss!
Love this location as much as I love the Vegas location. Sure the surrounding area isn't as fun as Las Vegas, but I found the food and service to be top tier. My bestie and I enjoyed an awesome Virgin Voyages cruise and then booked a reservation upon our return to Miami to celebrate her birthday before we returned home. She had been dying to go to an HK and this was perfect! I only had the Vegas location to compare it too. I was totally ready and happy to accept the challenge. Haha Here's what we ordered. My bestie really wanted to try the Beef Wellington, so she ordered that. I opted for the Curry Salmon this time, just to try something new. We shared the Lobster Risotto and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. . All of it was divine! None of it disappointed! I highly recommend the Curry Salmon if you are going for something different than the Beef Wellington, And, to me no visit is complete without an order of both the Lobster Risotto and Sticky Toffee Pudding. In addition, we got a nice complimentary sweet birthday dessert. It was a wonderful evening! Pls check out this location. Highly recommended!
I would for this a 1 star but this place is beautiful. However we had a horrible experience from food to service. We were sat immediately and to a great booth that let us see the cooking stations. The server came right over asking us what we wanted. We ordered the Pumpkin soup, which tasted like baby puree. It had no flavor whatsoever. We then ordered the beef Wellington, Mac and cheese side dish and braised short rib. Upon ordering the beef Wellington they do tell you it will be Medium rare so this is nice. Oh what a mess that was. We split both entrees and so I began to eat my half and was totally turned off that such a restaurant would have such a horrible quality of meat since they cut it all themselves. (See photos) I showed the manager and she said they would take care of it. I didn't even want it anymore. Between the flavor lacking and the poor quality of meat it was not worth it. Then we had the short ribs. They were hard, it's like they weren't cooked long enough. They needed to be cooked a lot longer. We couldn't even eat it was like eating card board. The only things that was good was the Mac and cheese side dish. That was delicious. We got the sticky toffee pudding and that was ok. Worth trying but nothing special. Our expectations were too high I guess going to other Gordon restaurants. But still I could get better food at outback.
The service, ambiance, and decor was 100/10. Make sure you make a reservation, as I believe they are required. I truly felt like I was teleported into the Hell's Kitchen TV show. From the decorative pitchforks to the photo wall filled with chefs, the attention to detail was next to none. This location had a downstairs and upstairs, and we were sat downstairs in the main dining room with views of the red and blue kitchens. I started off with the scallops, which was paired with a helping of corn, braised bacon lardons, and pickled shallots. These were cooked to perfection and extremely flavorful. I could've eaten five more! I chose the crispy skin salmon. This was when the salmon was served with lentils and veggies, and I think they might have recently changed it to sticky rice instead. The salmon was great, but slightly underwhelming. I think I'd go for the chicken or branzino if I ever make my way back here. For the prices, this is definitely a spot for special occasions and not just for a casual Friday night dinner.
Service was so fast and so quick. How did the beef wellington come out so fast and perfect? We were in and out in an hour and this perfection came out 20 minutes after ordering i couldn't believe it. Side note, this place is great for vegetarian. The lobster risotto was half price which honestly matches the ingredients. The lobster is definitely the most expensive part.

From tip to bottom, the custom decor in this place are is beautiful. Our server was lovely and attentive. I got the lunch prix fixe. Started with pancakes with berry compote. They were light and fluffy and the compote was a great addition. Entree was the beef Wellington and had them add the seasonal truffle. Perfectly done. Not a huge serving which I appreciated since I had eaten the pancakes. Overall a very pleasant lunch and would love to come back. read more

The service was amazing and the food was delicious. The place was always clean and the workers very attentive. Only thing that was i kept hearing from a couple of tables waiters saying happy birthday dessert complements of Hell's Kitchen. I was celebrating my birthday with my wife and it was written on my reservation and my waiter knew as well but they never gave me a dessert on the house that I had heard and saw from three other tables. Other than that I enjoyed my meal and will highly recommend. read more

I've watched every episode of Hells Kitchen and was looking forward to eating here. We were here for brunch on a Saturday and it was pretty quiet. I didn't hear any yelling and the service was amazing. I think these were the best scallops I've ever had with the puree and bacon. The English muffin looked like it was fresh baked - no Thomas's muffins here. The breakfast potatoes were so good, as was the sticky toffee pudding. My husband said his Wellington was really good and he had never eaten anything like it. He doesn't watch Hells Kitchen, so I made him order it. read more
My friend, his mother, and I were in Miami and decided to go to Hell's Kitchen. We made last minute reservations early on a weeknight and walked over. I'll admit I was skeptical because the last Gordon Ramsay restaurant I went to was disappointing but this was Hell's Kitchen so we had to give it a go. I am glad we did because this was superb. The restaurant is a bit of a spectacle - cathedral high ceilings, monitors that show flames, Gordon Ramsey on repeat in the entry way, pitchforks everywhere. It's fun though! The service was very professional and transactional. Nothing wrong with that. The food and cocktails were exquisite. The cocktails were perfectly balanced, masterful concoctions of flavor and easy to drink. The food was perfect. The braised short rib was so tender it likely would have fallen apart with a sharp word or a dull spoon; the fork felt like overkill. The red wine demi-glace was savory perfection paired with the most flavorful short rib I've eaten. I fear the bar now is set impossibly high. Yet, that Yukon potato cake stole my heart. I had never had anything like it - super flavorful, great mouthfeel, fabulous texture; I thought I'd miss out on the potato puree but this was soooo good! I ended the night on the sticky toffee pudding. The caramel popped, the cinnamon was fabulous, but next time I'll order the ice cream on the side. This was a delightful experience! read more
The service, the atmosphere, and the esthetic of the restaurant are superb. Very beautiful decorated. The booths are super comfortable and give it a feel of almost dining on your own privately. I ordered the lobster risotto. I thought the truffle in the dish really stood out and the risotto was cooked well as was the lobster. read more
The wait was over in our highly anticipated journey to a Hells Kitchen. Lovers of the show. Restaurant is beautiful. We sat at the bar. Bartender was amazing. Even gave us some secret show tips most people would know. The staff was so amazing. Even witnessed them deal with an unruly customer. Handled the situation like pros. The food was BETTER than expected. Words can't describe. It was literally the best meal I have ever had. The flavor were top notch. Highly recommend anyone try it. read more

Tried to hell's kitchen in Miami yesterday and overall was an excellent experience. The food is delicious the ambience is always modern and energetic. The surface started a little slow, waiters seem to be annoyed, but by the time it ended he was friendly so overall Good. Tried the prefix menu, had the parfait to start which honestly was just average. The beef Wellington is always a signature dish and excellent. And a sticky toffee pudding as always is delicious. read more

As a long-time Hell's Kitchen fan who can quote Gordon Ramsay yelling "It's RAW!" way too easily, I was beyond excited to finally step into the Miami location. Thankfully, Miami Spice is currently in full swing, which made it the perfect excuse to try the 3-course menu I've been eyeing forever. Starters: Parfait with macerated mangoes, Greek yogurt, chia, and granola. Basically a fancy breakfast in a darling glass. Light, refreshing, and the only hiccup was that I had to ask for a spoon. Main Event: The petite Beef Wellington. How do you come to Hell's Kitchen and not order the Wellington? Flaky pastry wrapped around tender beef. Gordon would've been proud. Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding. Rich, sweet, decadent...the kind of dessert you think you'll take two bites of, and then suddenly it's gone. Drinks: * Hell Yeah (mezcal, lemon, agave, ginger, pineapple, sage). Balanced and smoky-sweet. I definitely said "hell yeah" after the first sip. * Espresso Martini. Smooth, bold, exactly what I needed to end my brunch. The only catch was a surprise $5 upcharge for Casamigos Reposado that I didn't ask for. Still tasty, but next time I'll confirm the tequila reposado that normally comes with the espresso martini. Service & Experience: Friendly and attentive overall. The unexpected tequila upgrade kept this from being a perfect 5-star, but it was still a great dining experience. All in all, the hype is real. The food is solid, the cocktails are fun, and if you're a fan of the show, it's just cool to finally experience it in person. I'll definitely be back. read more

Came for dinner on Friday night...Let's get the bad out of the way: Miami traffic sucks!!, and the valet situation...A complete hot mess. A small area with no spots. We had to find a spot down the street. Plan accordingly. Now, the good--which was basically everything else. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even with us running late (thanks, Miami traffic) We started with the Octopus appetizer - Tender, flavorful, a strong start. Onto entrees , I opted for the Beef Wellington, which is a signature dish for a reason. It was great! First time I've ever had it too. My wife opted for the Lobster Risotto, Another known dish, and she loved it. For a side we had the Baked Mac n' Cheese...and yes, worth the few extra calories. Of course we had to finish with Sticky Toffee Pudding. Our server's recommendation, and let me tell you..she was spot on! We also had a great bottle of white wine, handpicked by their sommelier, which paired great with everything. Despite the Miami valet/traffic nightmare, Hell's Kitchen is absolutely a good spot. Just Uber if you live in Miami, otherwise if you are coming from up north, patience or eat locally to you. read more

(This experience was done on July 2025.) Gordon Ramsay's Hells Kitchen is one of the best restaurants I have ever tried, it's almost like I forgot the "hell" part! Our server Eldar and the receptionist Eduardo were really nice, and gave us some complementary cards with Gordon Ramsay's quotes. The Ambiance was amazing, and it is modled after the show, Hell's Kitchen! But our server told us there is no drama here. Overall, if you like the show Hells Kitchen, and want an amazing taste of Gordon Ramsay's food, I highly recommend eating here! read more

Easily one of the best dining experiences I've ever had!!! I came here on a date night with my wife. The service was top notch: attentive and friendly throughout the whole experience. The ambiance and space were great for a dining experience. The only thing missing was Gordon yelling at some poor chef. I highly recommend going with the 5 course menu. They initially did not bring out a copy of the menu but I had seen it online and asked if they still did it which they do. I think it's the best bang for your buck because it is only $15 more than the 3 course menu and you get to experience two more things on the menu. Complimentary harissa flatbread: exceptional flavor and freshly delivered 1. Harvest salad: one of the best salads I've had. Everything was fresh and delicious 2. Tuna tartare: the taro chips were a great compliment to the tartare which was sublime in the vinaigrette that they flavor it in 3. Lobster risotto: perfect risotto with exceptional flavor. Lobster also perfectly tender with a generous portion 4. Petite Wellington: perfectly cooked with the divine red wine Demi-glacé and smooth potato puree 5. Sticky toffee pudding: no better way to end the meal than this iconic Ramsay dessert. Some tips if you do this tasting menu: -you can definitely bring some stuff home and the staff is really great about boxing things up for you. I highly recommend going light on the harissa flatbread and salad and take those home since the remainder of the dishes are probably best fresh. -i was initially hesitant about the petite Wellington because I wanted a whole one but I think it's the perfect size with this menu. It's basically just half of a whole Wellington I will definitely be back here again for another amazing experience! read more

UPDATE 11/28/24 Thanksgiving Day We decided to have our Turkey dinner at the fabulous Gordon Ramsay's. We love the ambiance of elegance and decor. Instead of ordering their turkey dinner, we opted to have their delicious Beef Wellington meal instead! It was fun to eat something besides turkey on T Day. For dessert, we had their fabulous Sticky Toffee Pudding, which is their very popular selection by guests. It did not disappoint. Our server, Alexa, was wonderful and helpful with menu suggestions and checked on us at the right times. Eduardo, the manager on the first floor, was very welcoming and even brought us a complimentary sample of their Pecan Pie. It was the best Pecan Pie that I have tasted. Our Thanksgiving celebration was special to us, and we were happy to have it here. Valet parking was easy, and the valets were in a good mood and very attentive. read more
Around 1pm on a Wednesday, we went for a quick lunch to celebrate a friend's birthday. We ordered the margherita and Hell's Kitchen, 5 cocktails and 1 beer and we got the two pizzas before the drinks with no acknowledgement of the delay. The restaurant was not busy at all so I am disappointed with our service. The Hell's Kitchen pizza is what is saving this review from receiving two stars because it was delicious. It has a sweet and spicy kick to it but the avocado crema balances it out well. read more

TOURIST CATCH. NOT RECOMMENDED. Other reviews are right. I went with my wife since both of ir are fans of the show. Food:. Except for the Beef Wellington that was great the rest of the food is average. I asked for input about the cheesecake and waiter said is his grandmother's recipe: nothing impressive. Food overpriced for the quality. Service was good WHEN ARRIVE REQUEST TI HE SEATED IN THE FIRST FLOOR. You want to see the action in the kitchen and the decor. The second floor was so overwhelmed with smoke odor that I wanted to leave this place as soon as possible. Also the bathrooms are so dark that is hard to see. Facility and ambiance: not impressed. Good to try if you are fan of the show but not a place I will return. read more

Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen has been on our list to try since it opened late last year. We carefully read through the reviews and were happy to hear the experience is the same as it is in other cities with both food quality and service. As soon as we learned that they were participating in Miami Spice for 2024, my wife and I made our reservation for a Friday lunch since we both work nearby. The restaurant is located in a busy part of Downtown Miami right off of Biscayne. It is around the corner from Silverspot Cinema and other higher end restaurants like Zuma and Novikov. The restaurant space itself is very expansive with a very modern, upscale interior like other Hell's Kitchens around the United States. Lots of white and lighter colored woods. The focal point of the restaurant is an open kitchen that's split between the red team and blue team, as is done on the actual show. We were seated quickly and were able to look through both the regular lunch offerings and the Miami Spice offerings to decide how we were going to move forward. We both decided to order the following from the Miami Spice Lunch menu: Appetizer - Market Salad - Sweet Corn Soup Entrée - Petite Beef Wellington (+$8 per person) Dessert - Sticky Toffee Pudding There is something about high end steakhouses/restaurants and their ability to make a damn good salad or soup that really could be an entrée if it were served as a larger portion. The Market Salad offered with Miami Spice was a cesar salad with pecans, avocado and pineapple. This helped an already delicious salad feel even heartier! My wife absolutely devoured the Sweet Corn Soup. Although she did find it on the saltier side, this just seems to be something common with soups in general and how they're made-- hard to strike that balance so this isn't something I would hold against them. Just to keep in mind. While we normally like ordering different things to try, this was our first time at a Hell's Kitchen restaurant so we both needed to order the Petite Beef Wellington (+$8 supplement) and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. Being the "petite" size, we weren't sure how filling this Beef Wellington was going to be, but it was thick and dense! If you haven't had a Beef Wellington, I only know how to describe it as a filet mignon cooked in a puff pastry with a layer of some sort of mushroom sauce. It is served on a plate with a red wine sauce and a side of mashed potatoes. The puff pastry is soft and flakey and the filet mignon just melts in your mouth. Oh. My. God. It's so delicious! My wife shared the same sentiments. We were honestly feeling very content after finishing our Petite Beef Wellington's but knew we needed to have the famous Sticky Toffee Pudding! Our server wasn't lying when he said this is the best toffee pudding around! I'm sure the Vanilla Cheesecake would also have been good, but everything just works harmoniously. The sponge cake, made with plenty of dates, was so warm and complemented with a nice scoop of ice cream and plenty of toffee. I would categorize this as a life changing dessert-- one of the best ones we've ever tasted! Can't wait to return to Hell's Kitchen and try another one of their prix-fixed menus that's offered year-round! I'm already dreaming about an order of a full portioned Beef Wellington dish, and of course the Sticky Toffee Pudding! read more

I'm a fan of Gordon Ramsay, since i was a kid. I watched most of his kitchen nightmares shows and I always wanted to try the Beef Wellington, I saved up for my birthday weekend and I came to try it. The Beef Wellington was on point, tender meat, rich flavor, perfect mashed potatoes and sauce. I was really disappointed on the lobster risotto. Was not al dente, and same with Mac & cheese. The food was phenomenal. I had the lobster risotto and a Caesar salad with shrimp. Everything is ala carte. They also have a pre fix menu paired with wine. The service was excellent they were very attentive to us (party of 7). The ambiance was perfect for sharing an anniversary dinner with friends and great conversation. read more

I really enjoyed the experience. I went with a group of friends to celebrate an anniversary and tried the prix fixe menu along with wine pairings for the full effect. My starter was the pan seared scallops and I also added a caesar salad. It took about 40 minutes to get the first course. The scallops were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. Of course Beef Wellington is the main entree. I was surprised by the carrots being a bit undercooked but still tasty. I believe the other veggies were parsnips, they were properly cooked. The Wellington was very tasty and cooked to a perfect medium rare. It lived up to the hype. But the star of the show was dessert! The sticky toffee pudding and madeira wine were perfect together. If it's your first visit to Hell's Kitchen go with the prix fixe menu, it doesn't disappoint. read more

I would give 3.5 stars. The restaurant is beautiful and the service was very good. The food was a mix of meh and delicious. The beef Wellington was a favorite hit but the short rib was very dry and average taste. The Mac N Cheese and other side dishes were good. For the cost, I expect the dishes to be great across the board. Over $700 (20% service charge included) for 5 guests (no dessert) for me is just not worth it to come back. Downtown Miami also a hassle to park, either way you are paying for garage or paying for valet. read more
Been wanting to go to Hell's Kitchen for a long time. Couldn't get in at Tahoe so jumped at the opportunity to try again. It was well worth the wait. Went at lunch and it was not busy. Service was top notch. Cocktails were the best I've had. Best tofu fried rice I've had before. My friend tried the scallops for the and normally does not like seafood but said they were so good. She got a Caesar salad and the beef Wellington. Salad was very large. Was amazed by the beef Wellington. Beautiful decor and an amazing overall experience. Highly recommend coming here. read more
DELIGHTFUL. The food was incredible. Great flavors and seasoning. I highly recommend the short rib, which i believe is a signature dish. Tasteful, satisfying servings. The decor is on brand: there are red and blue kitchens and very good service. Our server made us an amazing cortado!!! read more

As a longtime foodie, a Gordon Ramsay fan from the very beginning, and someone who's dreamed for years of finally trying his famous Beef Wellington, I was beyond excited to finally visit Hell's Kitchen Miami. I came in for dinner recently, ordered the prix fixe menu with wine pairing, and even added a Caesar salad. Unfortunately, it ended up being one of the most disappointing meals I've had in the past five years -- and that's saying a lot. As someone who dines out nearly every day, works in the service industry, and rarely leaves negative reviews, I was shocked by the quality. The Wellington, the dish I had been waiting for, had no crust or crunch at all -- it flaked away completely and was honestly just bad. The scallops were the only highlight, perfectly cooked and enjoyable, which, along with the excellent service, is why this is a three-star review instead of less. The Caesar salad was also a letdown -- overdressed to the point that the leaves were almost wilted. While the server mentioned the dressing was homemade, the flavor fell flat and lacked the bold, garlicky, anchovy punch a great Caesar should have. It wasn't inedible, but it definitely needs work. I sat at the bar and the staff treated me wonderfully -- friendly, attentive, and professional. My disappointment is 100% with the kitchen execution, not the front-of-house team. I know Gordon Ramsay prides himself on the highest standards, and I'm not here to hate on him personally. But whatever is going on at the Miami location needs to be addressed. Will I come back? Honestly, probably not -- unless there's a compelling reason to give it another shot. I might try the Las Vegas location or Lucky Cat instead, but Hell's Kitchen Miami won't be at the top of my list anytime soon. read more

I finally made it to Hell's Kitchen. I was at their Las Vegas' Strip location about 5-6 years ago and my experience at the Miami location was much better. As any other Gordon Ramsay, this location is gorgeous, so I'm not going to spend too much time describing the esthetics. I went for Brunch early on Sunday morning and started with a delicious Eighteen Stars cocktail which is essentially a spicy passion fruit margarita. It's was perfectly crafted. For the main dish I had their popular petite beef Wellington. Oh boy, that meat was cooked to perfection, juicy, tender, just delicious as it could be. It was paired with mashed potatoes, steamed roots and a wine reduction sauce. It was the perfect bite. I gotta say that the customer service was impeccable. There was actually a mixup with my friend's main course where they brought something else instead of what it was ordered. They quickly turned things around, delivered the right dish within minutes, and in a gesture of courtesy they brought us another round of cocktails without even announcing it. I guess it worked on our favor :) . This is what a truly good customer service is, you drop the ball, and immediately fix the problem and make the best out of it. I had the opportunity to eat here back in February. As a fan of the show, I have to say, I wasn't overly impressed. The decor is fun. It mimics the show to a degree, but the longer I sat there, the less I liked it. The evening started with the Lobster Risotto. This was terrific. The risotto was perfectly cooked and was so creamy. I could have had that for my entree and been very happy. The problem came with their signature dish, the Beef Wellington. To be honest, it was just okay. It really lacked seasoning and was way undercooked. The service was adequate. I'm glad I got to try it, but I would not go out of my way to eat here again. read more

Are kids of all ages allowed?? I saw other locations was fine. Thought it would be good for brunch with our toddler?
Kids are welcome. I did not see any when I visited, but it was early for dinner. I'd think a kid old enough to watch the TV show might enjoy it, otherwise not sure it's great choice for families.
Do they offer a children's menu?
They offer sides that would more equip to be portion sides for kids however no kids menu.
Is it dog friendly?
I highly doubt unless it's a service animal... I did see an outdoor patio on the second level so possibly out there
Where do you park? Do they valet?
It does have valet parking and I would suggest using it.
Is the bar first come first serve? Can we go without a reservation perhaps just to have drinks and maybe an app at the bar?
