We recently visited Hell's Kitchen Miami to celebrate a birthday and had high expectations given the reputation and the $1,000+ spent on dinner for our group. While we enjoyed the overall experience, several service and execution issues took away from what should have been a special evening. Drink service was slow throughout the meal, and one guest didn't receive a refill until dinner was nearly finished. We were also told a birthday glass of wine would be complimentary, but it still appeared on the final bill. For the food, we ordered garlic butter for our steaks but received large portions of cold butter that hadn't melted. We also weren't informed that the filet already included garlic butter. The prawn appetizer had an off flavor, and one of the three filets was overwhelmingly peppery while the other two were properly seasoned. We ordered two bottles of wine and, due to limited tableside attention, often found ourselves refilling our own glasses throughout the evening. Overall, the food was enjoyable and we appreciated the opportunity to celebrate here. However, for a restaurant at this price point, the service and attention to detail should be much stronger. We traveled four hours for this experience and hope these issues were simply the result of an off night.
I rarely give 5 stars. This place was 5 stars. Food was amazing, all the dishes were cooked perfectly, the steaks and lamb chops melt in your mouth, the steak tar tar was great. Mac cheese was awesome, the mash potatoes were good. Add some of that garlic butter to it and it's even better. desserts were very good but that toffee cake is amazing. Lobster risotto I can have a whole pot of that. The service was great, our waitress was on point very patient, and had some fun with us. The drinks were made perfect. Expressing martini was the best I've ever had. The inside is nicely done. Ambiance was very nice from when you walk in. The photos on the wall with all the winners was cool. Sat in front and was able to see how the chefs and cooks operate was nice as well. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend for a special occasion or date night.
I really, really wanted to love this restaurant because I love all Gordon Ramsey's shows and have been wanting to come for a long time, unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. The restaurant itself was nice, with an open view of the chefs with blue and red bandanas preparing the food. The staff were friendly and our waiter was knowledgeable. I ordered a watermelon margarita to begin with and it was soooo delicious. Appetizers: We ordered scallops, chimichurri prawns and the meatballs. I couldn't really enjoy the scallops because they had bacon pieces (I don't eat meat) but I did taste the pea puree and it was it exactly how I had imagined it tasted. Really good! The prawns were very good as well. Entree: my husband had the beef Wellington and I ordered the lobster risotto. I was disappointed when the waiter told us the lobster risotto wasn't available due to issues with the lobster. My husband's opinion on his beef Wellington: too raw and too cold. (I wish it were like TV when they send it back and yell at the chefs just for show lol). Though the Mac and cheese was sooooo good, I'd order that again! I'm not sure I would come back for a second time unless Gordon Ramsey himself asks me to and is present while I'm at dinner :D
We (my partner and I) came here with high expectations since it's a Gordon Ramsay establishment, and ended up deciding that it wasn't worth the price or the hype, unfortunately, mainly because many of the dishes tasted mediocre. While I still thought that most food still tasted better than that in many restaurants I have been to, it was not as good as the food in many restaurants that had similar price ranges as this one. The best dishes in our opinion were the lobster risotto and the crispy salmon, both having good flavor from the lobster and the salmon themselves, and the green curry next to the salmon offering a distinct combination since the flavor profiles contrast was huge. The curry itself tasted pretty standard. The risotto had enough buttery taste and I could taste the truffle in it as well. After that, the crab roll had a good amount of mashed avocado which wasn't common but it worked pretty well. The beef wellington was way too salty, mainly because of the red wine demi-glace and the mushroom mixture in the wellington itself, and the amount of root vegetables was so tiny. The steak sandwich was very filling and had an abundant amount but the steak meat didn't even taste seasoned, and the mustard dominated the flavor way too much to the point that it made the sandwich lose its unique taste. The sticky toffee pudding was so dry and plain inside that tasting the mixture itself without trying it with the ice cream or the caramel just didn't work. My partner and I would've both wanted it to be a bit crispier which would create a good textural contrast. Overall we had concluded that for the amount of money we had spent, we wouldn't recommend this establishment or return, but I was still grateful that I finally had the chance to try the famous Beef Wellington finally. The steak inside did taste good, and I can cross this off my bucket list.
We tried this restaurant for the first time. It wasn't very busy, and the ambiance is really nice. When we arrived, there was no one at the front to check us in, which was a bit odd. We had to wait a few minutes before someone came over and seated us. Our server was good, but overall the service could have been better--I also had to wait quite a while for my wine. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the lobster risotto, filet mignon, tofu rice, and the fixed three-course meal. The tofu rice was much too salty due to extra soy sauce. My steak wasn't the best I've had, but it was still decent. The Brussels sprouts were good, though the potatoes were disappointing. The tuna tartare was enjoyable, and the desserts were excellent. For five people with drinks, the total bill came to about $1,000. See photos of the food below.
The food was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We both started with the Caesar salad, which was one of the best we've had. My mother ordered the restaurant's famous Beef Wellington, and by the time I looked over after taking a few bites of my own meal, her plate was completely empty--a sure sign of how good it was! I had the brick chicken, which was cooked perfectly: moist, flavorful, and paired with a delicious herb sauce. The entire experience was wonderful, and our server was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. We would absolutely return.
With all the hot temper and F-bombs attached to the brand of Gordon Ramsay, this Miami outpost feels surprisingly flat. Not terrible--but not impressive. In contrast, the nearby production of Moulin Rouge! The Musical completely made my day. What We Ordered ~ Seared scallops ~ Short ribs ~ Salmon ~ Two house reds The best part of the table? The thin-stem Rona glassware, and the Anfora earthy plates. Wine-wise, the DAOU Vineyards Cabernet clearly outperformed the Terrazas de los Andes Malbec. Food ~ Scallops: Fine--competent, but forgettable. ~ Salmon: Good, though I still think Trump International Beach Resort restaurant does it slightly better. ~ Short rib: Tender, but oddly lifeless--almost cardboard-dry (柴). Sides: The green vegetable was overly salty; the potato cake completely flat. This is the core issue: everything is technically "there," but nothing has energy. Space & Service The entrance on Biscayne Blvd Way draws in first-timers, but if it's not in use, it should be clearly marked--right now, it just confuses people. The reception area felt understaffed: one person juggling guests and phone calls. By 6:15 pm, the dining room wasn't even half full, which adds to the slightly underwhelming atmosphere. Valet parking is available. Context & Contrast That global, high-energy image makes this Miami location feel even more subdued--almost like a brand extension rather than a destination. Name & Expectation "Hells Kitchen" inevitably brings to mind Hell's Kitchen--a dense, vibrant stretch of Manhattan from 34th to 59th Street, west of 8th Avenue. Gritty, energetic, alive. It's interesting that Ramsay uses that name here, because the spirit doesn't quite carry over. Final Thought I couldn't help but think of Anthony Bourdain--someone who cared deeply about soul in food, not just performance. This feels like performance without quite enough soul. Bottom Line A polished brand name with flashes of competence--but lacking the intensity, personality, and edge you expect. Not bad. Just not worth the hype. We dined there last week, March 17. His staff mentioned, almost casually, that he drops in from time to time--but is currently in Shanghai, cooking during the Formula 1 weekend. As it happens, a friend of mine is there for the race. He ran into Ramsay's team, who, in a small-world flourish, invited him to this Miami outpost. I'm curious what he'll make of it: stay tuned. The booth seat needs better cleaning.
Love this location as much as I love the Vegas location. Sure the surrounding area isn't as fun as Las Vegas, but I found the food and service to be top tier. My bestie and I enjoyed an awesome Virgin Voyages cruise and then booked a reservation upon our return to Miami to celebrate her birthday before we returned home. She had been dying to go to an HK and this was perfect! I only had the Vegas location to compare it too. I was totally ready and happy to accept the challenge. Haha Here's what we ordered. My bestie really wanted to try the Beef Wellington, so she ordered that. I opted for the Curry Salmon this time, just to try something new. We shared the Lobster Risotto and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. . All of it was divine! None of it disappointed! I highly recommend the Curry Salmon if you are going for something different than the Beef Wellington, And, to me no visit is complete without an order of both the Lobster Risotto and Sticky Toffee Pudding. In addition, we got a nice complimentary sweet birthday dessert. It was a wonderful evening! Pls check out this location. Highly recommended!
I would for this a 1 star but this place is beautiful. However we had a horrible experience from food to service. We were sat immediately and to a great booth that let us see the cooking stations. The server came right over asking us what we wanted. We ordered the Pumpkin soup, which tasted like baby puree. It had no flavor whatsoever. We then ordered the beef Wellington, Mac and cheese side dish and braised short rib. Upon ordering the beef Wellington they do tell you it will be Medium rare so this is nice. Oh what a mess that was. We split both entrees and so I began to eat my half and was totally turned off that such a restaurant would have such a horrible quality of meat since they cut it all themselves. (See photos) I showed the manager and she said they would take care of it. I didn't even want it anymore. Between the flavor lacking and the poor quality of meat it was not worth it. Then we had the short ribs. They were hard, it's like they weren't cooked long enough. They needed to be cooked a lot longer. We couldn't even eat it was like eating card board. The only things that was good was the Mac and cheese side dish. That was delicious. We got the sticky toffee pudding and that was ok. Worth trying but nothing special. Our expectations were too high I guess going to other Gordon restaurants. But still I could get better food at outback.
The service, ambiance, and decor was 100/10. Make sure you make a reservation, as I believe they are required. I truly felt like I was teleported into the Hell's Kitchen TV show. From the decorative pitchforks to the photo wall filled with chefs, the attention to detail was next to none. This location had a downstairs and upstairs, and we were sat downstairs in the main dining room with views of the red and blue kitchens. I started off with the scallops, which was paired with a helping of corn, braised bacon lardons, and pickled shallots. These were cooked to perfection and extremely flavorful. I could've eaten five more! I chose the crispy skin salmon. This was when the salmon was served with lentils and veggies, and I think they might have recently changed it to sticky rice instead. The salmon was great, but slightly underwhelming. I think I'd go for the chicken or branzino if I ever make my way back here. For the prices, this is definitely a spot for special occasions and not just for a casual Friday night dinner.
Service was so fast and so quick. How did the beef wellington come out so fast and perfect? We were in and out in an hour and this perfection came out 20 minutes after ordering i couldn't believe it. Side note, this place is great for vegetarian. The lobster risotto was half price which honestly matches the ingredients. The lobster is definitely the most expensive part.
I went with the three course set menu and it set a pretty high bar from the start. The scallops were cooked perfectly and had that rich, buttery flavor you hope for but rarely get with no grit which is equally rare. The Beef Wellington had great flavor too, and the sticky toffee pudding came in at the end like the star of the show. That dessert is the one thing I would tell anyone to order here without hesitation. It is unbelievably good. The Wellington, as tasty as it was, kept falling apart on me. Every time I picked it up, something slid out like it had somewhere else to be. Not the end of the world, but also not what you expect from a signature dish. The lobster tail was good, but for the price, I wanted it to be more memorable than "good." Service was exactly the kind of calm, friendly energy I like. Since gratuity is already added at 20 percent, you can feel the shift to that more European style. No hovering, no checking in every two minutes, just natural pacing and a genuinely pleasant vibe. I ate solo with a reservation and everything moved at my pace, which I really appreciated. The restaurant itself fits Miami perfectly. It has the flash and brightness you expect from South Beach, but still keeps that Gordon Ramsay aesthetic. A little dramatic, a little stylish, and definitely a place where you feel like you are out for a real meal, not just dinner. Between the strong flavors, relaxed service, and the best sticky toffee pudding I have ever had, I would absolutely recommend Hell's Kitchen. It has a couple of misses, but the highs are worth the visit. If Yelp allowed half stars, this would land squarely at a 3.5.
Everything was perfect. The interior is huge and lovely. Reservations recommended, even on a week night. The service was impeccable. Once the server realized my husband is a fish, he never ran out of water. The food. Oh my gosh, the food. My daughter and I are both vegetarian, and the server noted our options. While they have lobster risotto on the menu, it can be vegetarian or vegan. That was my choice, and it was perfectly flavorful with an excellent texture. My daughter went with the tofu fried rice, and that was incredible, too. It was made with a sort of peanut sauce that added so much depth to the dish. I wish I had tried the tofu scallops, too, but I didn't. My husband went with the beef wellington and gave nothing but glowing reviews. The entire experience from walking in the door to exit took about 45 minutes. The entire meal was well executed. Highly, highly recommend.

First time here, been to Vegas location and loved it. Atmosphere seems nice & pleasant, front check was polite and friendly. Service was good but the food was not up to par like the one in Las Vegas. We had the famous scallops that we enjoyed except here they decided to split it in half instead of serving it hole the way it should be which for us it didn't taste the same which was disappointing, the file was excellent. The lobster was excellent. My beef Wellington was slightly overcooked, but tasted OK. The desserts were good for those who like sweetness but offer 2 different desserts that is offer here like Keylime pie & Churros which is not offered in Vegas only here in South Florida. read more

About a year old. Tried the 5 course tasting menu. The harissa flatbread was okay. The harvest kale salad was waayyy too big. Only ate half. Waiter said they were still tweaking the dish sizes. The tuna tartare was only average. Least favorite dish. Flavorless. Then the great food began. The lobster tail and risotto was incredible. Just amazing !!! The petite Wellington also incredible. The meat was so tender. And then the very sweet, very yummy, world famous Sticky Toffee Pudding. Great finish. Go and have a great time. read more

Food was great. Made me wait most 20 mins for an empty table. At the bar. They Charged me $48 for a glass of wine. I Checked the bill. It was someone else's drinks. Corrected their mistake. But Made me feel like it was my fault for checking the bill. Waiters talk to much. Waited ten 15 mins for water. To order. To pay. Etc. Waiter was surprised we had no idea of Gordon's show. We don't watch men screaming at people. $35 to park. Wtf? Overall. It's a tourist trap. With really good food. read more

Wow wow wow! As Gordon Ramsay would say: "stunning!" Every part of our experience here was fantastic. All of these hosts, wait staff, everyone was amazing. Our waiter Mauricio was excellent. He was great at telling us about the menu and giving us recommendations. All of the staff seem very happy there and want to make it a great experience for everyone. All restaurants: take notes!!! The food was incredible. After seeing these dishes on TV for several years, it felt surreal to finally try them. Appetizers - highly recommend the following: The Scallops were so delicious! The Wagyu meatballs were exquisite. And of course, the lobster risotto is just as amazing as you'd imagine. Main course - I mean, you've got to have the Beef Wellington, right??? I had no idea what to even expect but I have to say it was so so delicious! Get that with the mashed potatoes and you'll be golden. Dessert - we had the churros and also tried some of the sticky toffee pudding our friends got. Both were delicious!! All in all, if you are deciding whether to come here or not... just do it! It was such a fantastic experience from start to finish. Very well worth it!! Just wish Gordon Ramsay was there :) read more

Hell's Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay A couple of days ago I went to this new restaurant. To be honest my expectations were not so high, sometimes a restaurant with a lot of marketing and behind the name of a famous chef only delivers nice decoration and not-so-tasty food. Thank God It was the opposite. The restaurant has an open kitchen concept, as soon as you arrive you are welcomed by 2 hostesses and a video of Gordon Ramsey, the venue feels cozy and fresh. The menu is simple, 5 raw/chilled options, 6 appetizers, 4 salad/soup options, 6 entrees (some enhancements), and 6 sides, they also offer dinner prix fixe. They have a full bar, by the way, the cocktails are good, not extraordinary, but they have excellent wine options. Service is polite, extremely efficient, and friendly. Regarding the food, everything was beyond good, they took care of all the details, temperatures, textures, and flavors. All our dishes were delivered impeccably, with a lot of flavor and technique in every one of them. I fully recommend visiting this place. read more

My hubby and I went to celebrate his birthday on a Wednesday night. We're huge fans of the popular show Hell's Kitchen so we had to visit the new restaurant. The website was very helpful to let us know valet parking is $20. We arrived valet took care of the car and we walked into the restaurant where we were immediately greeted and asked if we had a reservation which we did. We were able to be seated right away but before doing so our hostess took some pictures of us in the beautiful lobby area. You'll see photos of past winners of Hell's Kitchen. We made it to our table after and our waitress came by to introduce herself and to take our drink order. Afterwords she took our food order. One thing to note is that you have to order all your food at one time. Meaning your appetizer, entree and dessert have to be ordered together. We were told so the kitchen knows when to begin preparing our food. So now to the food. Everything we had was good. Some were great and others I expected more flavor. The scallops were amazing! The wagu meatballs were okay. It was nothing amazing. I wish there was either a spicy element or just something special. The salmon was really good. The crispy skin was a nice touch, however it was a bit too much salt on top of the skin. The beef Wellington was something to remember. So lovely in flavor. The crust was so flaky. The sticky toffee pudding was good. Nothing special. I feel like it needed a little booze. We received a free dessert because of hubby birthday which was a coconut sorbet with passionfruit. It was nice and refreshing. I had one of the drinks off of the menu, "Meet Your Maker", it was okay. Taste like juice. There is a 20% gratuity already added to the bill. read more

I'll be the one to say it's hyped. It's nothing we can't find in Miami already and that's what I was hoping for from Hell's Kitchen. Why have reservations at close to closing & not greet guests when walking in? Our server was super sweet and prompt at least. The menu looked better than everyone's pictures on here unfortunately, which let me down a little. BF got the crispy skin salmon & I went for the beef short rib. We shared the side of Mac with no drinks and still water that tasted like sink water poured into the Panna. Bill came out to $300 lol. The crispy salmon we added a side of lobster. 2/5. It's lacking that fresh buttery damn this is fresh seafood. The salmon and lobster were just missed on flavor they didn't do nothing too crazy to make you want to order that again.....oh beside The skin in the salmon, that was a hit and that's that for that! My beef short rib was f'ing AMAZING. I'll eat that again. It fell in my mouth, it came with like a fried mash potato patty underneath that was so perfect. I felt like I was eating a top chef entree w this one. No misses. The Mac was creamy and good. It wasn't memorable. The interior was cute. The open kitchen set up was raw, the headbands made me feel like they were on the show lol. Inside is very Miami cute they did their dollar on the interior. All together, my bf said I cook better. Was it worth it? I'd say go to experience it yourself. Will I go again? Mmmmm. read more

I was sooooo excited to come here especially for the experience. The restaurant was very elegant & upscale. The staff was very informative & professional. I had 5pm reservations for a party of three & arrived on time. We were informed that this was a soft opening so they had a very limited menu & my flatbread pizza was only offered on the lunch menu...I was a little dissapeared because the dinner menu wasn't to appealing. We ordered drinks & our margaritas were very good. At 5:30 while we were enjoying our drinks i received an alert on my phone that there was an attempted $75 withdrawal from Hell's Kitchen for a cancelation charge but this was straight robbery because we were on time & never canceled! This is very dissapointing & sneaky because you have to hold your reservations with a credit card card. Thanks but no thanks we wont be back! read more

Hi Tina, thank you for making us aware of this issue, we'd love to…
Great restaurant with very kind, welcoming staff and a beautiful restaurant layout that replicates the Hells Kitchen show look. We really enjoyed the dinner experience here. Unfortunately, they have no Halal or Kosher options. They do have a separate vegetarian/vegan menu, which is super thoughtful and thorough. I will say that the vegetarian options are not good or flavorful, and overall I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're vegetarian. My favorite was definitely the sticky toffee pudding -- that was really, really good. read more

First ever experience at a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Food was solid. Scallops were great and so was the lobster risotto. Beef Wellington was perfectly cooked as was the crispy skin salmon. Elotes, brussel sprouts and the mushrooms were very good, great flavors. And the toffee pudding was fantastic. Here's the thing, the service was just ok. For the pedigree that comes along with the Gordon Ramsay brand, I expected the service to be phenomenal. To be clear, it wasn't that our server missed any of their procedures. We observed tables around us, with different servers, have the same missed details. Water wasn't refilled, empty cocktail glasses were not cleared from the table, spillage on the table wasn't wiped etc. Little things that make a dining experience truly excellent. And for the price (340 between 2 people) I would expect those things, especially since I get that service at "lower tier" restaurants. The selection of wines by the glass as well as after dinner selections was also just ok. Nothing interesting. I was hoping for at least a willamette valley Pinot, or a French Sancerre. But it was the usual suspects, of California, New Zealand etc. Good, not great. And for the price I don't see myself making a return visit. read more

Visiting Hell's Kitchen in Miami was an incredible experience--everything was absolutely amazing and truly top tier. We went in the fall, so we couldn't resist trying the seasonal specials, and they did not disappoint. It was simply average. I expected more for the built hype and well the name of said chef. It's a big build out but the tvs with fake flames were a bit much. It's Miami, they should have just used real gas. The service was lacking and sub par. The food came out of the kitchen luke warm. The scallops were the highlight. The music could have been louder. It's a once and done kind of place, It really belongs at downtown Disney. read more

We visited Hell's Kitchen in 2019 in Vegas. When we heard about the new opening of this restaurant in Miami I knew I had to come. Overall the experience was good we made a reservation for 2 people @2pm on a Saturday. We were accommodated pretty quickly . Our Waitress was attentive . My favorite thing from our dinner was the dessert . Unfortunately I did not like the drinks they were on the sour side for me. The meatballs were very flavorful and soft. I remember from our previous experience the scallops came with a passion fruit sauce however now they come with a different sauce with small pieces of corn and bacon. read more

The food is even better than it looks on tv. Hell's Kitchen was everything I wanted it to be & more. The staff are so accommodating, helpful & pleasant. The Beef Wellington dish was so filling & exactly how I imagined it would be. I could cry the scallops were so good. The potato puree is so delicious. It's tastes exactly like a baked potato. The salmon is phenomenal. Elote was also delicious! Don't waist your time on the octopus , for almost $50 you get 2 pieces. While yummy, it's just not worth it. Your money is much better spent on the scallops! Lovely to see the blue & red kitchens working together & to have the wall of HK winners. My dreams came true when I finally got to come here. I can't wait to come back! read more

Exceptional everything. Beautiful view of the open kitchen from the second floor. We knew we all wanted to eat the tasting menu, however the server was very attentive. If you want a true Hell's Kitchen experience I recommend the tasting menu with scallops, beef Wellington, and adding on a lobster risotto to share for the table. Given infinite money I would dine here weekly. read more

From the moment you walk in, your enjoyment is foremost thought in every employee's mind. The restaurant is brand new, very spacious, and modern. Open kitchen with seating just a few steps away. At first we were reluctant to follow our hostess up the stairs, but were well rewarded when we arrived at our spot. One of only two tables that get a full overhead view of the entire kitchen... wow! There is so much going on down in the kitchen that we could hardly tear ourselves away long enough to order. The wait staff was very understanding and patient, even coming over and offering commentary on what was happening below us. We ordered about 40 minutes after being seated. We started with the lobster risotto and Caesar salad. The lobster in the risotto was prepared perfectly, but the real star of that dish was the cherry tomatoes. Very good, but something we would probably pass on next trip to try something else (seared scallops perhaps). The Caesar salad was well above average with a classic anchovy forward flavor, then a lemon twist from the zest on top. No choice, we will be getting it again. For entrees, we choose Chicken Scalopini and the Fillet Mignon. We decided to save the fan favorite Beef Wellington until the next trip. Both meals were excellent and deserve their place on the relatively small menu (only 6 entrees). Being able to actually watch our plates go through the kitchen was a uniquely delicious experience. For desert we tried the churros. While they were tasty versions, the real winner on this plate was the dulce de leche ice cream. The chocolate sauce contain a pinch of cinnamon(?) which has a wonderful surprising kick (especially when paired with the ice cream). Overall, one of the best meals I have had in my life. To be expected, it is on the pricey side (not over the top like some Miami spots), but in the end we were very satisfied with our entire experience this evening. If I could find one negative, it would be finding the place. Apple maps led us to a location a few blocks away, then to the opposite side of the block from the restaurant (the valet there will not park for this restaurant). This time of night in downtown Miami it can take you 15 minutes to go a 1/4 mile. Fortunately, we were only about 20-25 minutes late for our reservation. The hostess was understanding when we called and said it is something they are working on. Can't wait until next time... read more

Located next to Bayside, this is a wonderful restaurant. Convienent valet parking ($25 plus tax). Just like the show there is a blue kitchen side and red kitchen side. They have a full menu with all of the show favorites including Pan Seared Scallops, Lobster Risotto, and of course, Beef Wellington. They also have a prix fixe menu. The food was delicious and meticulously prepared. The service was top notch. The entire restaurant was beautiful. Great choice if you are in downtown Miami. read more

Place looks just like the show, if you like the show you will like the restaurant. Granted they opened this week I am not sure they are ready. Food was fantastic can't complain about any of the food. Problems I had were we were at the bar and we waited for 15 mins before someone acknowledged us, then they add a 20% service charge, could be why they were not attentive. Then they don't have a corking fee, by that I mean you can't bring bottles and have to suffer the Brickell wine prices. Fantastic wine selection just a bit more than I usually spend even at restaurants. All and all a great date night with a one and done type deal. read more

The decor was amazing w/ the red kitchen/blue kitchen distinctions, the food was as tasty as expected, and the service was spot on, they were extremely attentive and didn't miss a beat nor leave an empty glass. We've suggested it to family that have since visited for their anniversary dinner and we'll definitely be back again The Braised Short Rib was tender and filling, we couldn't even eat it all, Pan Seared Scallops were delicious, well seasoned and perfectly cooked, and the Lobster Risotto even though my husband usually doesn't like Risotto he loved and raved about it on the ride home. read more

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!! Decided to check out Hell's Kitchen on a Monday night and just about every table was occupied. The restaurant is beautiful and we loved all the pitchfork details and the open kitchen which is a great nod to the t.v. show. We ordered several appetizers; the octopus and scallops were perfection and the ahi tuna was fresh and full of flavor. Our main dishes were the Beef Wellington and the Braised Short Rib. The beef Wellington was incredible...honestly one of the best things I've ever eaten. The braised short rib literally melted in your mouth and was plated on top of a potato cake that brought the whole dish to another level. We were stuffed to the gills but went for the sticky toffee pudding anyway and I am so happy we did. WOW...absolutely divine. We also tried a couple of their house drinks: the Pitchfork which my husband loved and I had the Duchess. Both delicious and worth a try. Top all that off with fantastic service!! If you're looking for a spot in Miami that's next level get yourself over to Hell's Kitchen. read more

What an incredible experience! Be sure to get a selfie at the door with Gordon! We were a party of 7 and two of our party have been to Hell's Kitchen before and told us to order the notes of Gordon for our drink it's a gin drink with a little note rolled up in the toothpick! We almost all got the prefix for dinner but also got the lobster risotto and when I say it was tender and creamy and full of goodness I was so impressed. For our prefix we got scallops, beef Wellington, and the sticky toffee pudding! My scallops were actually forgotten and they not only brought me my scallops but brought octopus and a Caesar salad because our server felt bad. Did I mention our server? Andres was so kind and attentive to everyone at the table constantly checking in and see what he could do for us. I cannot recommend this location enough as a big fan of the show Hell's Kitchen the dining experience was exactly what I dreamed it would be! read more
The restaurant is beautiful, the vibes are everything you expect. There is a red and blue kitchen team, the host, bartenders, and servers are friendly. Some dishes were amazing others were okay. The meatball 1000000/10, the sauce is superb. The tuna tartar was exquisite, but the seared scallops, which is what they are mostly known for were cold as ice when they got to us. We ordered the 20oz ribeye medium well, it was served as well done, extremely overcooked. We had already sent back the scallops so we felt bad sending the ribeye back as well, but for $95 I was expecting more. The elotes was beyond amazing, the potatoes were ehh, nothing to brag about. The toffee dessert was okay... expected more. Overall our server Anthony was very nice. read more
Went for my birthday dinner. Had decent hopes but was wildly disappointed. We ordered the lobster risotto which was honestly okay but nothing special. You're going to see the common theme of this restaurant is lack of salt and seasoning. We ordered the harissa bread which honestly was the most flavorful thing of the night, still lacked a bit of spice on it. We also ordered the crispy salmon with the green curry sauce and coconut rice. Salmon wasn't crispy which was literally in the name and it lacked a ton of salt. The green curry sauce was good though and lowkey saved the dish. I ordered the mac n cheese which had way too thin of a sauce and needed a solid smothering of salt, and the potato au gratin was dry as fuck. No creamy sauce, just dry stacked Parmesan layered potatoes. Flavor was fine but the texture made it hard to enjoy. Then the main event, the beef Wellington. Puff pastry was a bit underdone, steak had almost no salt and no char or sear before baking. Puree was just a decorative smear and I could've used more than a spoon swipe for presentation. It was cooked to the right internal temp but had nothing else going for it. I was hyped to try the sticky toffee pudding but after everything else I didn't want to risk ending my birthday with one more letdown. Then the bill came and it was a hilarious 350 dollars. This place honestly felt like eating in Disney Springs, where everything is toned down to fit a crowd scared of flavor. The whole menu and execution seemed catered to white people with no palate or fear of seasoning. Would never come back. Service was great and the ambiance was cool I guess if you like the whole Gordon Ramsay novelty, but overall a big no for me. read more

HK is exactly what i I expected from Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. He should be proud! We visited on a Monday for my son's 21st birthday, hoping to see the man himself but he wasn't there! It did take me 4 calls to confirm my reservation, since every time I confirmed I was told I'd get an email confirmation that didn't come through until my last call, but being that they just recently opened, I think it's acceptable to have some small hiccups. The restaurant is chic and details were not overlooked - from the marble tables to the pitchfork lamp and HK napkins. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable. We had amazing service and a party of 12 with everyone being satisfied with all of their choices. Our server gave us a "food tour" of the menu and answered numerous questions related to the staff, chefs, practices, etc. The training is top tier and the standard is clearly high. We had several appetizers but the lobster risotto and wagyu meatballs were IT! The beef Wellington was exactly as expected - delicious - and the filet, salmon, chicken were also up to par. Even the kids pepperoni pizza was amazing! As far as desserts, I'd skip the churros and make sure everyone tries the toffee pudding, which was delectable. The drinks were well crafted and tasty - try the Meet Your Maker! They also have a nice wine selection. The ambiance at the bar before dinner seems like it would be very nice, but we were there on a Monday so it was rather empty. There are 2 stories, but the action is on the main floor. I recommend making sure you rsvp on the first floor, either closest to kitchen or along the back wall. Note: Valet is over $30 (after tax, before tip), but there is an $8 garage within walking distance. My one and only complaint was that I feel like it smelled like a deep fryer most of the evening. It was noticeable, then hit me really hard upon exiting the restroom mid-dinner and also the smell in my hair was terrible afterwards. But honestly, the entire experience was so good, that it wasn't enough to come down from 5 stars. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for - quality and experience. I would love to return! Thank you, Chef(s)! read more

Are kids of all ages allowed?? I saw other locations was fine. Thought it would be good for brunch with our toddler?
Kids are welcome. I did not see any when I visited, but it was early for dinner. I'd think a kid old enough to watch the TV show might enjoy it, otherwise not sure it's great choice for families.
Do they offer a children's menu?
They offer sides that would more equip to be portion sides for kids however no kids menu.
Is it dog friendly?
I highly doubt unless it's a service animal... I did see an outdoor patio on the second level so possibly out there
Where do you park? Do they valet?
It does have valet parking and I would suggest using it.
Is the bar first come first serve? Can we go without a reservation perhaps just to have drinks and maybe an app at the bar?
Yes, bar is first come first serve
