We recently visited Hell's Kitchen Miami to celebrate a birthday and had high expectations given the reputation and the $1,000+ spent on dinner for our group. While we enjoyed the overall experience, several service and execution issues took away from what should have been a special evening. Drink service was slow throughout the meal, and one guest didn't receive a refill until dinner was nearly finished. We were also told a birthday glass of wine would be complimentary, but it still appeared on the final bill. For the food, we ordered garlic butter for our steaks but received large portions of cold butter that hadn't melted. We also weren't informed that the filet already included garlic butter. The prawn appetizer had an off flavor, and one of the three filets was overwhelmingly peppery while the other two were properly seasoned. We ordered two bottles of wine and, due to limited tableside attention, often found ourselves refilling our own glasses throughout the evening. Overall, the food was enjoyable and we appreciated the opportunity to celebrate here. However, for a restaurant at this price point, the service and attention to detail should be much stronger. We traveled four hours for this experience and hope these issues were simply the result of an off night.
I rarely give 5 stars. This place was 5 stars. Food was amazing, all the dishes were cooked perfectly, the steaks and lamb chops melt in your mouth, the steak tar tar was great. Mac cheese was awesome, the mash potatoes were good. Add some of that garlic butter to it and it's even better. desserts were very good but that toffee cake is amazing. Lobster risotto I can have a whole pot of that. The service was great, our waitress was on point very patient, and had some fun with us. The drinks were made perfect. Expressing martini was the best I've ever had. The inside is nicely done. Ambiance was very nice from when you walk in. The photos on the wall with all the winners was cool. Sat in front and was able to see how the chefs and cooks operate was nice as well. I would definitely come back. I highly recommend for a special occasion or date night.
I really, really wanted to love this restaurant because I love all Gordon Ramsey's shows and have been wanting to come for a long time, unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. The restaurant itself was nice, with an open view of the chefs with blue and red bandanas preparing the food. The staff were friendly and our waiter was knowledgeable. I ordered a watermelon margarita to begin with and it was soooo delicious. Appetizers: We ordered scallops, chimichurri prawns and the meatballs. I couldn't really enjoy the scallops because they had bacon pieces (I don't eat meat) but I did taste the pea puree and it was it exactly how I had imagined it tasted. Really good! The prawns were very good as well. Entree: my husband had the beef Wellington and I ordered the lobster risotto. I was disappointed when the waiter told us the lobster risotto wasn't available due to issues with the lobster. My husband's opinion on his beef Wellington: too raw and too cold. (I wish it were like TV when they send it back and yell at the chefs just for show lol). Though the Mac and cheese was sooooo good, I'd order that again! I'm not sure I would come back for a second time unless Gordon Ramsey himself asks me to and is present while I'm at dinner :D
We (my partner and I) came here with high expectations since it's a Gordon Ramsay establishment, and ended up deciding that it wasn't worth the price or the hype, unfortunately, mainly because many of the dishes tasted mediocre. While I still thought that most food still tasted better than that in many restaurants I have been to, it was not as good as the food in many restaurants that had similar price ranges as this one. The best dishes in our opinion were the lobster risotto and the crispy salmon, both having good flavor from the lobster and the salmon themselves, and the green curry next to the salmon offering a distinct combination since the flavor profiles contrast was huge. The curry itself tasted pretty standard. The risotto had enough buttery taste and I could taste the truffle in it as well. After that, the crab roll had a good amount of mashed avocado which wasn't common but it worked pretty well. The beef wellington was way too salty, mainly because of the red wine demi-glace and the mushroom mixture in the wellington itself, and the amount of root vegetables was so tiny. The steak sandwich was very filling and had an abundant amount but the steak meat didn't even taste seasoned, and the mustard dominated the flavor way too much to the point that it made the sandwich lose its unique taste. The sticky toffee pudding was so dry and plain inside that tasting the mixture itself without trying it with the ice cream or the caramel just didn't work. My partner and I would've both wanted it to be a bit crispier which would create a good textural contrast. Overall we had concluded that for the amount of money we had spent, we wouldn't recommend this establishment or return, but I was still grateful that I finally had the chance to try the famous Beef Wellington finally. The steak inside did taste good, and I can cross this off my bucket list.
We tried this restaurant for the first time. It wasn't very busy, and the ambiance is really nice. When we arrived, there was no one at the front to check us in, which was a bit odd. We had to wait a few minutes before someone came over and seated us. Our server was good, but overall the service could have been better--I also had to wait quite a while for my wine. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the lobster risotto, filet mignon, tofu rice, and the fixed three-course meal. The tofu rice was much too salty due to extra soy sauce. My steak wasn't the best I've had, but it was still decent. The Brussels sprouts were good, though the potatoes were disappointing. The tuna tartare was enjoyable, and the desserts were excellent. For five people with drinks, the total bill came to about $1,000. See photos of the food below.
The food was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We both started with the Caesar salad, which was one of the best we've had. My mother ordered the restaurant's famous Beef Wellington, and by the time I looked over after taking a few bites of my own meal, her plate was completely empty--a sure sign of how good it was! I had the brick chicken, which was cooked perfectly: moist, flavorful, and paired with a delicious herb sauce. The entire experience was wonderful, and our server was knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. We would absolutely return.
With all the hot temper and F-bombs attached to the brand of Gordon Ramsay, this Miami outpost feels surprisingly flat. Not terrible--but not impressive. In contrast, the nearby production of Moulin Rouge! The Musical completely made my day. What We Ordered ~ Seared scallops ~ Short ribs ~ Salmon ~ Two house reds The best part of the table? The thin-stem Rona glassware, and the Anfora earthy plates. Wine-wise, the DAOU Vineyards Cabernet clearly outperformed the Terrazas de los Andes Malbec. Food ~ Scallops: Fine--competent, but forgettable. ~ Salmon: Good, though I still think Trump International Beach Resort restaurant does it slightly better. ~ Short rib: Tender, but oddly lifeless--almost cardboard-dry (柴). Sides: The green vegetable was overly salty; the potato cake completely flat. This is the core issue: everything is technically "there," but nothing has energy. Space & Service The entrance on Biscayne Blvd Way draws in first-timers, but if it's not in use, it should be clearly marked--right now, it just confuses people. The reception area felt understaffed: one person juggling guests and phone calls. By 6:15 pm, the dining room wasn't even half full, which adds to the slightly underwhelming atmosphere. Valet parking is available. Context & Contrast That global, high-energy image makes this Miami location feel even more subdued--almost like a brand extension rather than a destination. Name & Expectation "Hells Kitchen" inevitably brings to mind Hell's Kitchen--a dense, vibrant stretch of Manhattan from 34th to 59th Street, west of 8th Avenue. Gritty, energetic, alive. It's interesting that Ramsay uses that name here, because the spirit doesn't quite carry over. Final Thought I couldn't help but think of Anthony Bourdain--someone who cared deeply about soul in food, not just performance. This feels like performance without quite enough soul. Bottom Line A polished brand name with flashes of competence--but lacking the intensity, personality, and edge you expect. Not bad. Just not worth the hype. We dined there last week, March 17. His staff mentioned, almost casually, that he drops in from time to time--but is currently in Shanghai, cooking during the Formula 1 weekend. As it happens, a friend of mine is there for the race. He ran into Ramsay's team, who, in a small-world flourish, invited him to this Miami outpost. I'm curious what he'll make of it: stay tuned. The booth seat needs better cleaning.
Love this location as much as I love the Vegas location. Sure the surrounding area isn't as fun as Las Vegas, but I found the food and service to be top tier. My bestie and I enjoyed an awesome Virgin Voyages cruise and then booked a reservation upon our return to Miami to celebrate her birthday before we returned home. She had been dying to go to an HK and this was perfect! I only had the Vegas location to compare it too. I was totally ready and happy to accept the challenge. Haha Here's what we ordered. My bestie really wanted to try the Beef Wellington, so she ordered that. I opted for the Curry Salmon this time, just to try something new. We shared the Lobster Risotto and the Sticky Toffee Pudding. . All of it was divine! None of it disappointed! I highly recommend the Curry Salmon if you are going for something different than the Beef Wellington, And, to me no visit is complete without an order of both the Lobster Risotto and Sticky Toffee Pudding. In addition, we got a nice complimentary sweet birthday dessert. It was a wonderful evening! Pls check out this location. Highly recommended!
I would for this a 1 star but this place is beautiful. However we had a horrible experience from food to service. We were sat immediately and to a great booth that let us see the cooking stations. The server came right over asking us what we wanted. We ordered the Pumpkin soup, which tasted like baby puree. It had no flavor whatsoever. We then ordered the beef Wellington, Mac and cheese side dish and braised short rib. Upon ordering the beef Wellington they do tell you it will be Medium rare so this is nice. Oh what a mess that was. We split both entrees and so I began to eat my half and was totally turned off that such a restaurant would have such a horrible quality of meat since they cut it all themselves. (See photos) I showed the manager and she said they would take care of it. I didn't even want it anymore. Between the flavor lacking and the poor quality of meat it was not worth it. Then we had the short ribs. They were hard, it's like they weren't cooked long enough. They needed to be cooked a lot longer. We couldn't even eat it was like eating card board. The only things that was good was the Mac and cheese side dish. That was delicious. We got the sticky toffee pudding and that was ok. Worth trying but nothing special. Our expectations were too high I guess going to other Gordon restaurants. But still I could get better food at outback.
The service, ambiance, and decor was 100/10. Make sure you make a reservation, as I believe they are required. I truly felt like I was teleported into the Hell's Kitchen TV show. From the decorative pitchforks to the photo wall filled with chefs, the attention to detail was next to none. This location had a downstairs and upstairs, and we were sat downstairs in the main dining room with views of the red and blue kitchens. I started off with the scallops, which was paired with a helping of corn, braised bacon lardons, and pickled shallots. These were cooked to perfection and extremely flavorful. I could've eaten five more! I chose the crispy skin salmon. This was when the salmon was served with lentils and veggies, and I think they might have recently changed it to sticky rice instead. The salmon was great, but slightly underwhelming. I think I'd go for the chicken or branzino if I ever make my way back here. For the prices, this is definitely a spot for special occasions and not just for a casual Friday night dinner.
Service was so fast and so quick. How did the beef wellington come out so fast and perfect? We were in and out in an hour and this perfection came out 20 minutes after ordering i couldn't believe it. Side note, this place is great for vegetarian. The lobster risotto was half price which honestly matches the ingredients. The lobster is definitely the most expensive part.
I went with the three course set menu and it set a pretty high bar from the start. The scallops were cooked perfectly and had that rich, buttery flavor you hope for but rarely get with no grit which is equally rare. The Beef Wellington had great flavor too, and the sticky toffee pudding came in at the end like the star of the show. That dessert is the one thing I would tell anyone to order here without hesitation. It is unbelievably good. The Wellington, as tasty as it was, kept falling apart on me. Every time I picked it up, something slid out like it had somewhere else to be. Not the end of the world, but also not what you expect from a signature dish. The lobster tail was good, but for the price, I wanted it to be more memorable than "good." Service was exactly the kind of calm, friendly energy I like. Since gratuity is already added at 20 percent, you can feel the shift to that more European style. No hovering, no checking in every two minutes, just natural pacing and a genuinely pleasant vibe. I ate solo with a reservation and everything moved at my pace, which I really appreciated. The restaurant itself fits Miami perfectly. It has the flash and brightness you expect from South Beach, but still keeps that Gordon Ramsay aesthetic. A little dramatic, a little stylish, and definitely a place where you feel like you are out for a real meal, not just dinner. Between the strong flavors, relaxed service, and the best sticky toffee pudding I have ever had, I would absolutely recommend Hell's Kitchen. It has a couple of misses, but the highs are worth the visit. If Yelp allowed half stars, this would land squarely at a 3.5.
Everything was perfect. The interior is huge and lovely. Reservations recommended, even on a week night. The service was impeccable. Once the server realized my husband is a fish, he never ran out of water. The food. Oh my gosh, the food. My daughter and I are both vegetarian, and the server noted our options. While they have lobster risotto on the menu, it can be vegetarian or vegan. That was my choice, and it was perfectly flavorful with an excellent texture. My daughter went with the tofu fried rice, and that was incredible, too. It was made with a sort of peanut sauce that added so much depth to the dish. I wish I had tried the tofu scallops, too, but I didn't. My husband went with the beef wellington and gave nothing but glowing reviews. The entire experience from walking in the door to exit took about 45 minutes. The entire meal was well executed. Highly, highly recommend.

This was a dining experience. The staff were amazing, and added to the fun. The scallops and sticky toffee pudding along with the wine pairing were so good I still dream of them. There was a warm feeling to the whole place. read more
I am a huge fan of Gordon Ramsey and the 'Hell's Kitchen' show. Ambiance is definitely a 10/10 as you're seated inside a blue vs. red team restaurant setting with your entree dishes coming from one color and your appetizers coming from the other. Drinks: The drinks were both innovative and flavorful. We tried the top 3 [ notes from Gordon, 18 stars and smoke on the water ] and all 3 were perfectly crafted. The same can be said for the appetizers, which felt very representative and catered to Miami's love for Latin spices and flare, especially the croquettes if you're not afraid of a little heat. Entrees: When it comes to the entrees, we were not necessarily wow'ed. The top 3 recommendations were: the Beef Wellington, Roasted Chicken, and the Crispy Salmon Skin. All 3 were cooked accordingly and as expected, but there was nothing memorable about them and no one in the party finished their individual plate. Desserts: The desserts were spectacular, we ordered the Lemon Berry Cheesecake and Pineapple Carpaccio, and both were exquisite and I would highly recommend. If you're a native Miamian or wanting to stop by on a whim you can enjoy the full menu at the bar during service hours without a reservation. That being said, I would more than likely go back to enjoy the drinks & appetizers, but skip over the entree portions of the menu; making this spot a more cozy, intimate happy hour vibe for locals or those wanting to interact with the AI version of Mr. Ramsey at the entrance and immerse themselves in the 'Hell's Kitchen' show experience. Service: 10/10. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive and thorough throughout the duration of the dining experience. read more

When I heard Hells Kitchen had a location in Miami, I had to try it. I brought my husband for his 40th birthday because we love the show. I made a reservation a few weeks in advance. While waiting for our table, we sat at the bar. It was pretty dark and hard to see the menu but the drinks had some quirky titles. I tried the obligatory vodka drink which was made with grapefruit, it was very tasty. My husband tried the fujiwhara effect. He said the homemade ginger beer was a bit too strong for him. There are two floors in the restaurant. When the hostess took us to our seats, she brought us to an intimate table upstairs. The downside was there was no view to the open kitchen so we asked to be moved. They accommodated our request immediately and we got a prime table in the middle of the dining room. It was perfect because it had a great view and was just far enough that you didn't get the heat from the kitchen. We started with the wagyu meatballs. Plenty of sauce and flavor. The polenta croutons were a neat addition. For my entree I ordered the braised short rib. It was melt in your mouth good. My only complaint is I wish it had more wine demi-glace. The delicious yukon potato cake soaked up all of it. My husband's entree was the roasted chicken. Surprisingly, the parsnip purée and apple au jus made the dish too sweet so he did not really enjoy. At the end of our meal we were delighted to receive a complementary slice of the sticky toffee cake! This was so kind of the staff to remember I had noted a special occasion was being celebrated in the reservation. We were disappointed there wasn't more of an experience during the dinner service. The kitchen staff wore the blue and red bandanas but no entertainment at all. Our server also confirmed no one was actually on the show working at this location, they are all local hires. Parking was simple, valet was $28. read more
Th beef wellington was amazing! It was cooked perfectly and was flaky on the outside. The dish didn't come with a side so that was the only thing that came with the dish but the main dish itself was great! Service was good! read more
Absolutely delicious. I ordered the brisket (which was delicious) but my fiancé ordered the famous beef Wellington and it definitely lived up to its hype. We also ordered the famous sticky toffee pudding which I have been craving ever since and still cannot stop thinking about. It is so so sooo good. We got a complementary key lime for a his bday which was great. The service was quick and impeccable. I can't justify going here for any other reason than a celebration due to the price but I overall had a great experience and loved the vibes. I will definetly be back! read more

This review is solely for the Miami Spice Menu and regular menu cocktails! Made our reservations and our way here for Miami Spice Months. Definitely do not come here without reservations. We came in on a Saturday and the place was full. But the ambiance and the staff are so pleasant. It makes it all the better. Before we hop in to the menu, lets talk about the cocktails. WOW WOW WOW!!! If you go here just for drinks at the bar, you will not be disappointed!! We were a table of 4 and we each got a different cocktail so we could try different ones and I can't say I had a favorite. I loved them all!! Lets break them down: Notes from Gordon: Gin based drink with lemongrass and other refreshing flavors. Very light and delicious. Comes with a little note from Gordon. (The most hilarious notes) Meet your Maker: Bourbon based drink with apple, mint and cinnamon. Sounds super weird, but it tastes amazing! The combination of those flavors meshes so well with the bourbon. It is sweet and the bourbon is not overpowering. Fear and Loathing: Mezcal based drink with maraschino liqueur, blood orange, pineapple and lemon. You faintly pick up the smoke of the mezcal, but the other flavors combine for the perfect sip. Not overwhelming at all. Good starting place for someone wanting to try Mezcal cocktails. Smoke on the Water: Whiskey based cocktail with aperol, amaro, and vermouth. 10/10 presentation! Comes in a smoked box where it's being infused with Cherrywood smoke. They open the box and you get to pull out your drink! So cool!! This drink is freaking amazing. I don't even like whiskey and this was delicious. All the flavors blend together in such a magical way. It was great! This Miami spice menu is available for all of August and September. We did the dinner menu which is a $60 3-course menu. For appetizer I went for the truffle risotto which comes with crispy onion on top. It was delicious! You get the umami of the truffle without it being too overwhelming. The waitress also explained you have the option to add upgrades to your risotto. You can add a lobster tail or freshly shaved truffles on top for an additional price. For entrée I went with grilled branzino which comes plated on some swiss chard, with an almond gremolata and roasted cherry tomatoes on top. It doesn't have any sides. But you can always add sides from their menu if you like. I did not add any cause I get full pretty quickly and there was still dessert to come! The fish was perfection! It was grilled to perfection. And the gremolata on top had olives and pickled onions which gave it the perfect kick of acidity. In my opinion, the swiss chard served as a good side and didn't take away from the glory of the fish. I was definitely full at the end of this course. You do also have the option of getting the coveted beef wellington as an entree for an upgrade charge of $14 which I totally think its worth it!! Keep in mind their usual price fixe menu is $115... My hubby go it and omg it is the best! (that one does come with a smear of potato puree similar to what you see on the show) So go for it! For dessert I got the vanilla cheesecake and my hubby got the sticky toffee pudding. The cheesecake was good but nothing really special. If i were to go again I would go for the sticky toffee pudding. It has such a unique flavor. It's served warm with a toffee sauce and a nice cool scoop of vanilla ice cram on top. Absolutely delish! Check it out before the months are up! read more

Thank you for your feedback, Stephany! We are thrilled you could dine…
My daughter and I had gone to Miami for the day and were looking for somewhere special for lunch!!! It's here!! Our waiter Trent was excellent! We began with a cocktail and menu to check out.... We chose two appetizers, Sweet corn soup and Market salad and we shared both, both were delicious. We both chose Chicken Scaloppini for our entree. Desserts we chose Sticky Toffee Pudding and Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake! The place is awesome and food and service way better than great! If you're in Miami or just going for a visit, please check out HELL'S KITCHEN....... read more
Another amazing dinner experience. We were a large group celebrating a birthday. The staff gave us the chefs table by the kitchen where we can see all the culinary magic happen. Our server was amazing, unfortunately I didn't get her name. And food was cooked to perfection, every single dish. The drinks were outstanding as well. They have a Miami Spice menu where the portions are the regular size and the choices are really fantastic. Most of us did the Miami Spice and added some appetizers to share amongst the group. For cocktails, the Notes from Gordon is so incredibly tasty. We had many appetizers and it is difficult which o e was best, but I still think the seared scallops have the edge. In addition we had the truffle risotto, Wagyu meatballs, snapper crudo, corn soup, lobster risotto, and grilled octopus. All were a 10 out of 10. For entree, most of us got the Beef Wellington, which is by far the staple and you have to come just for it. But again also outstanding dishes were the branzino, short ribs, and filet mignon. For dessert we all had the sticky toffee pudding. This was an incredible experience that I think you won't be disappointed. read more

I've been wanting to come here since it opened. Our boss invited us to lunch- party of 4. Excited we left in our Uber - we arrived to an empty establishment that holds 500+ patrons. Better for us, since we wanted a quick Miami Spice lunch (last day). Turns out our cold salad took 30 minutes- 40 minutes later our main course arrives- Three burgers - did not include the chopped pickles as described but included fries (nothing as advertised) the 4th dish, a medium rare Beef Wellington. Although everything was cooked as requested it came out cold except for the boiling fries. go figure. Service was snails pace slow. Server never asked us if we needed anything or if everything came out as ordered. Nothing- totally mute. Miami Spice is a time to shine and give it your all. Why? You want return customers. First and last time. Extremely disappointed read more
The best way to describe our experience here was mid. The service was just ok the waitress serving us was constantly yelling and a seat at our table didn't have any cutlery. On to the food I ordered the Miami spice menu. I started with the truffle risotto. The risotto itself was flavorful but the "crispy" onions on top were chewy and not crispy at all. I had the beef wellington as my main. It was ok not super flavorful and the bottom pastry was a bit undercooked. The redeeming factors of the meal were the sticky toffee pudding, which was absolutely delicious and the lychee mocktail was also very good. My mom ordered the fish which came out cold. Another person at our table ordered a steak that was cooked horribly. We sat in front of the kitchen and it was very hot so I don't recommend wearing and long sleeves or jackets. Overall I would say save your money and try somewhere else. read more

1. They do have valet but be careful with Maps, it took me to the opposite street vs front of restaurant so we ended up parking in a garage near by and walking. Came here for lunch. Service was definitely top notch and I cannot say anything lacked in our service. The starters were delicious I would have happily ate those as an entire meal. The tuna tacos alone were a show stopper. My sister ordered a signature drink that came with a quote from Ramsay which was cute. I ordered and Empress gin sour which came out without the egg whites. Which was odd since any recipe I've seen has it included. On my second I did ask and they added it (starting to notice with more restaurants I need to do this). I ordered the petite Beef Wellington but the meat tasted a bit grainy. I've had this at another of his restaurant and this one definitely was not as good as the other. Dessert again was phenomenal. I would come back if I'm ever in the area but probably try something other than the Wellington. read more
My mom and I celebrated Mother's Day at Hell's Kitchen. We came to enjoy the brunch menu. Everything we had as delicious but my favorite dishes were the beef Wellington and the toffee sticky cake. I want to go back for dinner to have the full size beef Wellington and more dessert. I'm also looking forward to trying more dishes. The place is gorgeous. The server was super nice and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. Although, it came recommended from many friends I was still a bit skeptical but I was not disappointed. read more

Dear Brittany,…
This is the first time at any of the hell kitchen restaurants. I loved that it looked just like in the show. All the decor was amazing. We had the beef Wellington, short rib, and the sticky pudding for dessert. They close at 10 pm, we had a reservation for 9:30 pm and the staff never rushed us. If I had to order something again it would be the lobster risotto. read more

Came for their Miami spice. Food wise, felt like it was over hyped. Lychee grapefruit cocktail- 3/5 I like the combination of the sweetness of the lychee and the grapefruit but the amount of ice there... We came as a group for Miami spice so was kind of able to taste almost everything? Corn soup- 2/5 Was too salty for me. I couldn't finish the soup. Scallops- 3/5 Was very juicy Beef Wellington- 3/5 Was kind of too chewy for me. I wish it was like more melt in your mouth type of beef instead of like chewiness. Chicken- 4/5 I like this better than my beef Wellington. Kind of regret not getting this instead. Toffee dessert- 3/5 It taste good the first like maybe 5 bites and then it gets too sweet Probably won't go here again. Just one time is enough for the experience and for fans of the show read more

An absolutely phenomenal restaurant (in a horrible location) but I'm willing to overlook that because of the exceptional service and phenomenal food and drinks they have to offer here. They only offer valet and it's a few dollars during the day but at night I believe they charge $25 to valet for this location. Entering the restaurant, I loved the giant wall with all the winners from the show on it and exactly which season it was that they won! It was cool to see and a nice little touch to show they care about the winners every year. We were seated very quick, which was amazing and checking in for our reservation was less than thirty seconds. Once we were sat, we were bombarded (in the best way) by the servers asking us for our drink order and giving us the perfect amount of time to look at the menu and order our food. We decided to split some appetizers and got the only thing that matters for our main dishes, the beef wellington. Everything was described in detail as it was delivered. The scallops were melting like butter the second I put it in my mouth and the little sauce on it made the perfect creamy texture. I was trying so hard not to inhale them. The short rib and shorty so Croquettes were absolutely heavenly unfortunately I wish it had a little more short rib in it because it was mainly potato. Overall though that was exceptional because the short rib meat was seasoned perfectly and had the right amount of crisp coating on it! The Lobster arancini was divine as well and all the flavors Blended beautifully together in that one as well. For the beef wellington the puff pastry was out of this world and the beef was cooked to Absolute perfection. They will not cook it any other way other than medium rare which is the only way that you should be having beef wellington! The meat cut like butter and the sauce had an explosion of flavor that I wanted to drink straight up so badly because of how phenomenal it was! For dessert we got the sticky toffee pudding and it was the perfect size. It was the right amount of sweetness and for me who thinks stuff can be very sweet easily, while it was very sweet the vanilla ice cream that is made in the restaurant somehow managed to cut the sweetness of the drizzle of caramel and the cake. What I love is this is his mother's own recipe that he has been cooking for years on end! Definitely on the price your side but what else can you expect when you are dining at Chef Gordon Ramsay's restaurant in the heart of miami. This place is a place I will dream about going back every single day and I hope to be back as soon as possible! Absolutely impeccable staff and Heavenly food are the best things about this place! read more

Listen, this place is pretty good, I can't lie. But, it's not the best food I've ever had. The Shirley Temple was delightful and the scallops and lobster risotto were very tasty. The beef Wellington tasted pretty good. The service was ok since it was very busy, but the vibes were on point. I live an hour away so it definitely wasn't worth the hour drive here and I'd rather go to a local steakhouse that is really good. read more

Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen did not disappoint. If you are a fan of the reality show, all the famous dishes are here: beef wellington, seared scallops, lobster risotto and toffee pudding. Everything we ate was 5 stars and service was great too. The dining room was very clean. There is no kids menu, but they can make a burger and fries to please any kid. My first time in this specific location. To be honest the dining room was smaller than usual and there was a wait. I was surprised to see a wait as it wasn't that full. The food was great and the filet was on point. The only thing that wasn't the best was the service. It was slow and again was not that busy. In the end we waited for our check and there was only 3 tables. It could have been a bit quicker but other than that the drinks and food was delicious. read more

So we ( husband and I ) came because we are huge Gordon Ramsay fans , the food was good as we would assume but just so you know the famous beef Wellington was extremely red , ( not under cooked just cooked to the way it's supposed to be ) to red for my liking. If you're a big eater I wouldn't recommend going just because big prices and little food , service was good. Other than that very nice dress code was less fancier than we had thought more beach flowy dress and casual clothing. read more
Hi everyone! We had a few birthdays on the docket so we all had been thinking about checking out Hells Kitchen for a while so we made some reservations and made it happen. The restaurant is located in Downtown Miami and to say that there was lots of traffic is a major understatement. It took us forever to make it to the valet once we were in Downtown, so you should leave earlier and give yourself some time just in case so you don't get there too late. So, let's head inside why don't we! Upon entering we all breathed a sigh of relief and were promptly greeted by the staff who were all awesome and friendly. The restaurant decor is very nice and definitely takes on the Hells Kitchen theme with beautiful hues of red and orange along with a number of video displays that are pretty cool. Upon entering you will see a wall with photos of prior contestants that have been on the show which is pretty cool as well. Atmosphere was very laid back but upbeat as the music was fun yet relaxing as well. The perfect excuse to hit the bar while we wait to be seated and hit the bar we did.... I have to say that the bar was a bit of a let down for me. No most of the drinks were very good but how is it possible to mess up a Smoked Old Fashioned in a restaurant like this? For $28 a drink they need to make sure the mixologists are firing on all cylinders here but on this occasion, it did not seem like this was the case. Honestly I have to say that it was so bad that I sent the drink back and decided to go with top shelf bourbon straight up as it is impossible to mess that up right. Normally I would not be this brutal but for this type of restaurant it is 100% expected that all the drinks should be spot on. To be fair though the bar staff were very nice and apologetic about it which was cool. Another item I found interesting, is that they do not allow for corking fees at the restaurant. Now I understand this is a business decision, but did not make much sense to me as I have dined at Michelin rated restaurants that allow customers to bring special wine vintages along so this was somewhat unexpected. Table service was very good and our server team really did a great job of answering our questions. After some discussion we decided to go with the following. For appetizers we opted for the Tuna Tartare and the Pan Seared Scallops. Both were awesome, very fresh and delicious. For our main courses, went with the Lobster Risotto, more Pan Seared Scallops, both of which are Gordon Ramsay known dishes. We also ordered the Crispy Skin Salmon, 8oz Filet Mignon, 20oz Filet Mignon and the Shaved Asparagus Salad. We also ordered the baked Macaroni and Cheese which was awesome. As expected almost everything we ordered was flavorful and delicious; however, we were very surprised to find that the signature Lobster Risotto dish was not all it was cracked up to be. Those of us that had the risotto noted that it was not hot at all and actually lukewarm warm with some cold spots here or there. Not sure what to make of this as how can a risotto be cold unless it was sitting around forever waiting to be served or even worse pre-cooked and heated up to serve. I cannot imagine it was the latter as that would be heresy but for $34 it really needs to be perfect. Honestly any restaurant can have a bad day but it seems that others have had a similar experience with the risotto at HK's. Outside of the lobster risotto being a let down, everything else was very good. For desert, we all had the Sticky Toffee Pudding and the Berries and Cream Cheesecake and I have to say both were amazing ingredients but the Sticky Toffee Pudding was the star of the show. If you plan on going to Hells Kitchen this desert is a must have. Outside of desert, we had some cappuccinos and coffees which were great as well. Needless to say we did some damage and outside of some issues at the bar and with the risotto it was a great evening and we had a great time that is until we headed down to the valet parking stand. So apparently there is some rule here that if you go over 3 hours at the restaurant, you get hit with a $40 charge even if you are over by 5 minutes. It felt like these guys at the valet were counting the minutes to hit people up with these extra charges which manages to upset almost everyone picking up their cars. Not sure what sort of arrangement Gordon Ramsay has in place with the parking company but this was really ridiculous. I figured I would mention it here as there is no way around dealing with the valet company and knowing is half the battle. That said, do not let that discourage you from checking them out. To be honest, I am not sure when I will be going back but we all had a good time which is what it's really all about. Wishing you all a great time at Hells Kitchen! Enjoy and Bon Appétit m'es amis! read more
This place is definitely worth all of the hype! It is an experience. The service is great from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is a replica of the tv show. The waitress gave us a rundown of how the kitchens are divided and their specialties. She was very welcoming and attentive. I had the prefix menu which includes one of two appetizers (pan-seared scallops or shaved asparagus salad), main course beef wellington, and the most delicious toffee cake with ice cream which was his mother's recipe. The scallops were delicious and the beef wellington was as amazing and so tasteful. I had heard the rave from others and can totally agree. read more
Really nice setting. Super cool and trendy. Food is great, especially the risotto. My favorite was the scallops. Dessert was to die for and the drinks look really good. The mock tails are not good and I do not recommend. Service was great, everyone was super nice. I totally recommend this place and will be returning. read more
This is not my first Gordon Famsay restaurant experience but Hell's Kitchen did not disappoint. I came here for my birthday and absolutely loved my experience along with the food. My server was very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out in a timely manner. The ambiance reminds you exactly of the show. There is both a red and blue kitchen but the pressure is not the same . I had the filet mignon and the steak almost melted in my mouth. I also had the potato puree which was very smooth and creamy. My mom had the braised short rib and she said it was very tasty. If you have a chance to go make sure you check out Hell's Kitchen ! read more

We visited Hell's Kitchen for a special occasion and as soon as you enter it's like you've stepped into the TV show. Our server was attentive and welcoming and really went the extra mile to make our night feel special. We had the scallops and the lobster risotto to start. The scallops came as a plate of three in a rich buttery sauce and it was a perfect appetizer portion. The lobster risotto was creamy and had a citrusy flavor from the lobster that balanced the richness. It's a slightly larger appetizer so keep that in mind if you're saving room for the entree. I couldn't leave without trying the iconic beef Wellington. It was so different than I imagined from watching the show, but in all the right ways. The beef was cooked a perfect medium rare and the pastry and sauce really made it a perfect bite. The braised short rib was tender and delicious and we'd definitely have it again. We finished with the sticky toffee pudding. It's not a pudding in the American sense. It's a cake soaked with a buttery caramel sauce and topped with ice cream and I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. A perfect way to end the meal. I would highly recommend this restaurant for fans of the show looking to celebrate a special occasion. For anyone who hasn't tried fine dining before, this is a perfect introduction to the experience as it had all the fine dining elements and ambiance without feeling intimidating like some high end restaurants can be. If you're on the fence about fine dining, give this place a try. read more
What a great experience for my stepdads birthday celebration! Making lunch reservations for New Years eve is not an easy task in Miami. But making reservations here was so easy and stress free. Upon arrival valet was quick amd we were greeted and seated right away..I love the look and of course the famous open kitchen. Alexandra, the best waitress ever, was superb, like seriously no joke. She gave us a little history and ifo about the famous chef Ramsey. She also went over dishes with us and asked about any allergies. That's a big issue for me as I recently.discovered I have alot of food allergies. Looking through the lunch menu had me really wanting to try one of the burgers. It was just one of the days. But everything sounded really good. We ended having the pumpkin soup (awesome presentation), the ham & chorizo croquetta's (perfect combo) and then I had the HK burger (minus the bacon n avocado). I absolutely loved my spicy burger and the fries were perfectly salted. Moms.has the scallops.and my stepdad had the beef wellington with a lobster added. We all enjoyed our meals and discussed coming back to try something new for dinner. Since it was a birthday celebration they brought out Mr Ramseys mother's famous dessert, som sticky taffy. OMFG the dessert was ridiculous. I will order this everytime I visit. We had such a nice time celebrating. They really.made hus birthday special. read more

Thank you for your review, Ericka! We are thrilled to hear you…
Great new spot in Miami! The vibe is beautiful, open , super clean , and has interesting design details . Our waiter Georgeo was fantastic ! The food is excellent as expected! Honestly, the menu item that I saw online before we booked a reservation , the short rib grilled cheese (was what sold me on choosing this particular restaurant that day) and I was very disappointed when we arrived and they don't have that on the Miami menu. It sounded so good! Our waiter explained to us that their Miami location has a few different menu items than their New York location. Because Miami has such a huge Cuban population, they felt like they needed to create a Cuban sandwich and do it justice! It was New Year's Day when we went to lunch and it's a tradition to eat Sauerkraut for good luck on New Year's Day so my husband ordered the Cuban Reuben. I don't like Cuban sandwiches at all, but when I took a bite of this, it blew my taste buds away! It was so perfect and delicious that I had to eat half of my husband's half of sandwich! We started with the short rib and chorizo appetizer and it was delicious. It comes with two large pieces, ( see pics ) so it was perfect for us to share! I ended up getting the hells kitchen burger per our waiter's recommendation over the backyard burger. It was a bit spicy , so I don't recommend it ,if you don't like spicy food. Our waiter also said that they have really great quality dough / pizzas, so we are anxious to go back and try more menu items at hells kitchen! I suggest adding this to your list of new restaurants to try if you haven't already! ( another sidenote , their bathrooms are really nice! ) read more

Might be the absolute best food I've ever put in my mouth. Had the pre fixe with the beef Wellington... pricey but worth every penny. Fabulous food and great service. read more
I've watched Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen since the beginning and have followed his career for a few decades. I enjoy his books and seeing him pop up at F1 races. I had high expectations and expected things to be perfect. I'm glad to say they were. We booked a table for lunch through the web site. It directed us to Seven Rooms and the experience was seamless. It was easy to get a reservation for the hour we chose. When we arrived in downtown Miami we valeted the car. In the end they had it handy on the corner of the street and it took seconds to get it. The cost was a reasonable $8. When we entered the restaurant the hostess was very professional and super friendly. She led us to a nice big booth and we met the lady that would guide us through lunch, Desiree. She gave us some background on the restaurant and included our sons in the conversation as she told us done anecdotes about the times when Chef Ramsey was in the restaurant. Unfortunately he wasn't when we were there, but I believe his high standards were met. We decided to have an eclectic variety from the menu. I had the prix fix menu that included the Petit Beef Wellington and the mushroom soup as well as the sticky toffee pudding. We ordered the seared scallops and the Hellfire wings. We also had the Idiot Sandwich, named after one of Chef's catch phrases, a salad, a burger, a kids burger, and a side of fries with "fancy sauce". My son ordered an additional Wellington. My family shared all of the above and we were a hundred percent happy with every dish. The soup was unbelievable. One of the best I've ever had. The beef Wellington and scallops are well known Ramsay staples and delicious. We expected the decor to be pretty and it was. The restaurant and open kitchen were divided in red and blue sides like on the show. Many details included the HK pitchfork. In Miami people don't always dress up for meals and HK was no exception. We saw many different types of people. We can't know for sure but I got a business lunch, families, and tourists vibe. Some were dressed in business attire and some in summer wear. The staff was very attentive to my six year old who likes to stretch his legs from time to time. Thanks guys! I'm one of those dads that has changed his babies in restaurants. While that is no longer needed I must mention the most beautiful changing table I have ever seen. The restroom was clean and my son loved the newer style Dyson hand dryer. I personally loved the nice hand towels. I recommend visiting this restaurant. The food is great, it's a pretty space to be in, and Chef trained his people very well. I have a feeling he treats them well from speaking to his crew. read more

Are kids of all ages allowed?? I saw other locations was fine. Thought it would be good for brunch with our toddler?
Kids are welcome. I did not see any when I visited, but it was early for dinner. I'd think a kid old enough to watch the TV show might enjoy it, otherwise not sure it's great choice for families.
Do they offer a children's menu?
They offer sides that would more equip to be portion sides for kids however no kids menu.
Is it dog friendly?
I highly doubt unless it's a service animal... I did see an outdoor patio on the second level so possibly out there
Where do you park? Do they valet?
It does have valet parking and I would suggest using it.
Is the bar first come first serve? Can we go without a reservation perhaps just to have drinks and maybe an app at the bar?
Yes, bar is first come first serve
