Met up here with my siblings for our sibling get together. We were immediately seated with no wait because we got there at 7:30 am. The place is casual. Our waitress was very attentive. Less then 15 or 20 mins all of our food came out. Everything was very tasty, hot and fresh. Did not experience anything greasy or undercooked. We were there for 4 hours catching up and the whole time non of the staff came to ask us to leave. Or waitress kept coming in to check on us even after we paid our bills if we needed more water or anything. When we finally left, we left another big tip for our over stay and for their courtesy. Two crispy Rellenos smothered in meaty green chile and topped with two eggs cooked to your order. Includes homemade hash browns that are more chunky than the common shredded potatoes served elsewhere. A great taste combination and hearty breakfast! - Steak & Eggs ($10.99). A 10-ounce Sirloin and two eggs cooked to your order. The steak was tender and fresh. Good choice when you need a protein overdose! Drinks: Mimosas ($4). They offer Lemon, Pear, Strawberry, and other flavors and drinks. A good price for a good Mimosa! Sides: - Sliced Avocado ($1.99). Pretty much what is says . . . A sliced avocado, and it is fresh. - Banana Bread ($4.49). Two large slices (about 1 1/2" thick) and includes cinnamon butter. Usually, I'm not a fan of Banana Bread because it's always too dry. Not this one! Moist and a good mixture of banana, topped with the wonderful butter! Service: Gabi was our Server, and she was attentive, prompt, and friendly. I noticed the other Servers, and all of them seemed friendly and attentive. Great service. Ambiance: An interesting seating arrangement as tables and booths are split between two sides. There is a bar in the middle that provides seating too. The place is clean, windows provide good ambient light, and warm colors are inviting. Overall: We loved Goody's Eatery! This is a very busy location. Although things move fast and seem to me people are respectful and they don't linger to wait for their food to reach their small intestine. So the wait is pretty reasonable. If you are not attached to the idea of eating at a table then grab one of the spot in the counter. Bam! Perusing their menu this quietly unique Banana Bread French Toast Combo caught my eye. It is two huge signature pieces of their banana bread dipped in sweet egg batter and grilled. Topped with cinnamon butter. Served with two eggs any style and two pieces honey cured bacon or sausage. $8.25. Now when they say big they meant thick not wide. I personally like girth the best. Lol! So yeah this was in my favor from the start. The cinnamon butter on top was the icing on the girth. My inner fatty definitely came out here and partied! The bacon was thick and salty and crunchy. I Like It, I Like It!! Goody's Eatery is really nice! The Banana Bread French Toast should be the first thing you order, whether you're going solo or sharing. It's a mouth party!! If you're not much of a breakfast person, you can order a salad, burger, sandwich, fajita burrito, etc. at any time. I had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with a side of mixed fruit. It was very nice. The ambiance is quite nice as well. It's spacious and not noisy like other breakfast/brunch spots. read more

Goody's is a popular local breakfast joint that lives up to the hype! It's one of those places that has 1,000 things on the menu, but it looks like they do it all well. We waited 10-15 minutes for a party of 3 on Sunday morning. I got the HUNGRY MAN ($10.29) which comes with three eggs, three sausage links, three strips of bacon, hash browns, and toast (or pancakes or a biscuit with gravy). I can't believe all of that was only $10.29, but the really shocking thing is that almost every menu item was about $9-10. So cheap! The hungry man was awesome and it fills you up in a great way. I ended up not eating all of the hash browns, but the bacon, sausage, and eggs were just the right amount. My fiancée and her brother got the corned beef hash ($9.99) and the eggs benedict ($9.59) and they both said it was great, although the corned beef hash could've used some more seasoning. Definitely come through if you're looking for breakfast with great portions at a truly amazing price. read more

The staff was prompt and provided drinks when needed, and the look on my nephews face when he gobbled up his place was the icing on the cake. Goody's Eatery is the perfect breakfast diner (delicious and cheap)! My husband and I stopped here after landing in Denver early in the morning. We were able to catch their early bird specials, where they have so many delicious options for super cheap. My hubby got the sirloin and eggs for less than $10 and he loved it! I ordered one of their hash meals and it was also delicious. I made sure to save room for their Banana Bread French Toast since so many raved about it in the reviews and I am so glad I did. It was soooo good and sugary. I wasn't a fan of the coffee though, I'd skip out on ordering that next time. The service was good as well, we were promptly seated and our food came fast. read more

Good local breakfast joint! We've been a couple of times with family in town, visiting from out of state. All in all, it's a solid, American style breakfast place with a little bit of New Mexican/Colorado here and there. Service can be a little spotty Depending on the day & time you stop by. They recently started serving mimosas which is a big plus in my book! Downside...the food is a little salty. Nothing to cry about just not my fave. read more

But with all, comes balance and the mimosas helped keep the namaste for digestion. My husband got the Farmhouse skillet and I got the traditional eggs Benedict. We both had the same reaction: this is good, not anything AMAZING, but still good food. We got there around 9:00am on a Saturday and we're seating right away which was nice! And our food came out surprisingly fast! All in all we were fed and had our bill in just under 45 min! So quick!! We also got the banana bread French toast a la carte so we could try it (it seems like their "thing") the banana bread itself was SO GOOD and the cinnamon butter on top was a good pair for it. Although if we go back again we would probably just get a side of banana bread because it's cheaper and would probably taste about the same as the French toast (dipping it in batter didn't do much for it.) Good standard place, but not quite on level with some of our other favorite spots! read more

The servers here have been amazing every time we've eaten here. They are so kind and thoughtful and really make a nice experience. Besides the people, the food is good, solid diner food. I just had the best B.E.A.T. Benedict ever! I usually have to order avocado to a regular benedict, but this culinary masterpiece by Lonnie already had it plus the added flavor of bacon. The hash browns are amazing!! Fresh potatoes make all the difference in the world. Every bite tasted like, more. Jennifer was friendly and the perfect amount of attentive. It was ok for breakfast. I got the Denver Omelet and my boyfriend got the spicy one that starts with an S, lol. He enjoyed his omelet and got a side of fries subbed for the hash browns and biscuits and gravy. I got a side of pancakes. The pancakes were nothing to write home about and neither was the omelet really. Honestly probably not a place I would revisit but good if you're looking for basic breakfast. The coffee was ok. A pretty bland taste. The mugs were cool though! Parking is MAD limited up front. I think there's parking in the back but we got dropped off so I'm not sure. Service was good. Our young granddaughters rarely dine out. For a treat, we brought them to Goody's. The wait staff were very friendly to them. Both of the kids were able to find items on the kid menu that they enjoyed eating. And Grandpa and I also found tasty items for ourselves on the menu. Wish I could give it 5 stars as many reviews are excellent on this place. I can say it's clean and has excellent service. My companion had a light omelette which she said was good as she wished for more. I do like the variety on their menu as I was tempted on several of the dishes. Anyway I had the biscuit and gravy combo with eggs and link sausage. My only issue is that the gravy was not tasty and the biscuits a bit off for my taste though I still enjoyed them. I can't say I'm overwhelmed but the food was decent and reasonable. I am interested in other dishes so when we return I'll try something else. It was a bit of a drive for us but if you're in the area it certainly deserves a try. read more

Overall it is a nice place for breakfast. The pice is fair and the servings are generous. The restaurant itself is rather small and there was a wait of 5-15 mins. I had the California Benedict and my guy had the serloin stake breakfast burrito. The stake was cut too big and it needed more egg and something else inside like pico de gallo or tomato salsa and some cream cheese or sour cream on the side for some more flavor. The Benedict was done well but the turkey was just cut lunch meat. The eggs were not over cooked though and the potato side was nice and simple. The coffee was way too hot, I had to put ice cubes in mine. The server was nice. But of note they do not accept America Express. read more
