Don't look any further. These guys are absolutely awesome! I requested a quote to get my new home re-keyed and they responded immediately. They finished 5 locks in a flash. They take pride in their work and have great customer service. Prices were super reasonable considering the response time. I highly recommend. read more

Went outside to take off the trash and forgot that one of my RV locks had not been unlocked. Needless to say, I locked myself out. Our keys were stolen on a Sunday evening.... panic can set in quickly. We looked on Yelp and called Matt due to the reviews on his quick response. We were not disappointed! He came right away and in no time our locks were changed. He was also able to change our car locks. What a relief! Definitely recommend. He is reliable, fast and honest. read more

My door knob broke and wouldn't open.. I was unable to take it apart and get it out so I called GoKey Locksmiths! The were prompt in answering the phone and sending a locksmith out! Alex arrived within 15 minutes and was very courteous and helpful! He also struggled getting the door knob out so I didn't feel so bad! Lol! Alex was awesome and did a great job! Only bummer is I was charged 20 bucks to rekey a smart key lock which I could've easily done myself. I have used GoKey in the past and will continue to use them! Great fast service! read more

I booked an appointment over the phone, which they answered very quickly. Matt showed up on time and was very professional and friendly to rekey my house. I have an older lock style which he explained my options and he finished the job quick and easy. I will definitely be using them again if I need anything else. read more

GoKey rocks! I found their prices to be fair and their service exceptional. Highly recommend, would use again.

We needed a couple of locks re-keyed and they were able to schedule same day. Joe was friendly, professional and the process was quick. I highly recommend and will definitely refer GoKey to anyone in need of a locksmith. read more

Just had my car unlocked by Matt and he did a great job. Called them up, gave them my address and they showed up very quickly. Afterwards they had my car unlocked in less than 5 min and the price was very fair and pretty much what I expected for a car lockout such as mine. In all, he did a great job and hopefully I don't have to use them again but I know I definitely will if need be. read more

Matt and his team did an amazing amount of work to install our gate lock in May but by September the lock fell apart. It was eventually replaced but the new lock didn't work properly. Matt never responded when I reached out about that. After doing a fix myself that lasted a few months the lock now doesn't work at all. Now we have to find another locksmith to install a new lock that will cost us the same as the original job read more

I locked myself out of my apartment before work, they were able to get someone out very quickly and unlocking it took a matter of seconds. They did a great job and were very reasonably priced compared to other quotes I got. I'd definitely recommend their services! read more

BEST LOCKSMITHS EVER! I had to make a copy of keys within a time frame and found GoKey Locksmiths on Yelp. I gave them a call and they told me to come right over. Met Matthew, the owner, and his brother who run the business. They are by far the most humble and down to Earth guys I have ever met. Their prices are beyond reasonable and they are super quick. I definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. Customer service is phenomenal. Thank you for the great service! read more

Pricey, but life saving: After 10 phone calls to services that would not answer the phone, GoKey answered right away and did not hesitate to help. Service was extremely quick, and professional. The service was so quick and painless that I almost felt like I wasn't locked out to begin with. It was the quickest $100 I ever spent for a single lock, but well deserved. read more

Super fast reply. Texted Matt, got a response immediately requesting photos so he could better understand what type of keys I needed. Drove to their work location, met up with brother Joe. Joe has a positive attitude and can-do work ethic that a lot of bigger companies lack. Work time was under 30 minutes for about 12 copies of keys. Definitely will be recommending this Veteran-owned business to my coworkers, friends, and family. read more

Phenomenal service!!! I lost my keys tonight my puppy was inside and every locksmith I called were either extremely expensive or didn't have appointments until the weekend just before I was going to give up I came across them called Matthew told me they could be at my apartment in 20 mins!!! And would charge me an affordable rate. Jordan showed up and was nothing but exceptional I have a tricky janky door knob that I doubted at first that it would be able to be re-keyed and BOOM he got the old knob off and replaced it gave me a set of keys in under 15/20 mins I am so very pleased! :) did I mention It was pitch black outside and Jordan had did everything with a head light I will not think twice if me or anyone I know is in the same situation. Thank you very much guys!! read more

Matt is the absolute man! My buddy broke the key to his apartment door, well technically he broke BOTH keys to the door. We jumped on yelp and went to 2 different lock smith locations that were closer to our address. The first was closed and the second had been shut down. We then found Matt who was a slightly further drive from our location and we called him. Instantly he was attentive to what we were trying to fix and our situation. He asked us to send a picture of the broken key to him to make sure he can fix it and make a new copy. We did, and within moments he told us he believes he could do it. He asked us when we needed it done, we said asap! Matt sent us an address because we were already on the rode, and we went there. We met up with Matt who came out and greeted us like we were long time friends. He took the key and quickly worked while making small talk with us. He finished the first key and compared it to the broken one, looked like exact copies. He then offered to make us a second key for free! We thanked him and told him we'd shoot him a message when we got home to inform him whether or not it worked. He said if for some reason it didn't, he would drive to us to fix it! No need for that, both keys worked brand new! Matt thank you for your service! You were extremely helpful and worked diligently, I can't explain how much I can recommend Matt for your key replacements! read more

They came and reprogrammed a fobik key for me the next day. It didn't take to long and they were very curtious. I highly recommend them if you lose your keys or just want an extra key call GoKey! read more

This is a good company. In hiring GoKey, I was looking for knowledge, communication, and a reasonable cost (in that order). They more than exceeded my expectations. The job I hired them for got much larger in scale than the description I initially provided them. I told the guy 8-13 locks for rekey and it ended up being over 20, with several masterlock cut-offs, locking picking, etc. It was truly a test of a locksmith's skill. The gentleman that came out (Joe) was more than qualified to complete the work I needed. He even provided details about his process while completing the more involved tasks. The bill was reasonable given the extensive work, but it is the quality of the work that is well beyond standard. Each lock opens to each key smoothly, his recommendations during the process were spot on, and I would certainly use this company for my future locksmith needs. read more

A+ Service. Matt came to our house in a timely manner and was very professional. His attention to customer service, specifically the way he treated both myself and my wife reminded me of the way customer service used to be. Attentive, respectful and competent. Outstanding service, will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Matt. -Micah read more

I wanted my blank car key to be cut. I ask the locals what their quotes would be and the price range of over 50 bucks is just absurd for an unemployed, university student. As my final resort, while I'm still in the area, I give these folks a call. This is where I'm directed to Jordan. In timely fashion, after handing the keys over and trusting him with my source of transportation, comes back out with the duplicate. Tests the duplicate and it works just fine. Great place to go to get an affordable duplicate made. read more

Texted Matt and he responded to me within 5 minutes. I needed some locks rekeyed and he was at my house that evening. He gave me a quote via text. He went above and beyond expectations. We had a really tricky mail box lock that needed to be fixed and a really really old unknown lock. He had to file & sand a few things that didn't quite fit. He's the best! Super sweet and respectful. I highly highly recommend him. read more

Girlfriend and I needed some keys made on a late afternoon. Called for availability phone answered after first ring. Matt greeted us soon as we arrived. Great service friendly guy. I very rarely take the time to write reviews, but the service I got was worth the time. Matt was very busy when I called, but was willing to try to accommodate my same day appointment. When it started getting late, he did call and let me know he couldn't make it until very late, so we scheduled for he next afternoon. The next day I got a call from Eric who works with Matt and let me know that Matt was taking care of some stuff, but he would be able to take care of my locks. Eric was amazing! His degree of customer service is so rare hear days. The service he provided is beyond words. He made sure his installation was perfect. He fixed the mistakes the previous home owners had made. He showed me how to use the special features of my lock. He explained to me the importance of locksmiths showing customers their contractors license. I really can't say enough. I will definitely use him for all of my locksmith needs and anyone/everyone I know who needs a locksmith will be using his services! read more

Long story short, I called Matt and GoKey because I lost my only set of car keys, along with my house keys. Since I had a key with a transponder, after a quick consult, he advised me I would be better off to go to a dealer since it would be way cheaper for me. Matt could've taken advantage of the situation, but instead gave me sound, professional advice instead. Since his job didn't end up as big as I mentioned on the phone, he proceeded to give a me a deal for the quick copy he did for my house keys. Good guy, fast service and very professional. Excellent customer service and communication. Upon further assessment of my lockout situation, John gave me several options on how we could proceed.. very patient and empathetic. Didn't charge me anything -not even a call fee- after I chose not to go with the extra labor that was required. My roommate eventually ended up letting me in and John offered free copies as well. Honestly I couldn't ask for better service - more than fair and upfront. Matt and John have definitely earned my loyalty for any future lock troubles I hope not to get into! read more
