What can I say about GoKey Locksmiths? Lol, I'm going to say a lot, So here's my story: December 26, 2019 I messaged to any locksmith for a new key, and this company owner "Matt" got back to me, and told me he has a guy that can impress the key for me, and it'll cost $120, so I said ok, the guy came over to my house and impressed a key for my scooter, it worked and ready to go!! Lol nope. He said it's dead and charge it overnight and it'll be ready to go, next morning December 27th, excited to take my scooter out to work, guess again, it's not working. I've message the owner "Matt", and told him what's going on with the scooter, he never messaged me back, so I messaged the guy who made the key for me, he messaged me back and said he'll come by and check what he messed up on. December 28th Saturday, he was supposed to be here around 1:30 or 2, 1:30 passed by 2 passed by, 4:37pm he texted and said he'll be here after he's done, the guy never showed up, I texted him but no response, I texted him the next day and still no response. So I messaged the owner back, and told him what's going on, and sent him text messages and the number. And he said he'll get back to me and find out what's going on, a week later, no response. I messaged him today and still no response. I paid $120 for one key and for his workers to mess up my $1200 scooter. So I went on to the scooter website to purchase a whole new keybox. I'm upset at the lack of communication they gave me and crappy job they provided. I don't know if they do refunds, but I want my money back for sure. I was being really patient with these guys, but sadly my patience ran out. Thanks again for messing up my scooter, and I'm surprised this company has a 5 star rating lol. I want my money back and you can have your key back. Thank you bye. Ahhh you got back, finally, after all those messages I sent you, you finally got back after I wrote that ARTICULATE, EDUACATED REVIEW. Hahaha. You know what your guy did wrong, you F'd my scooter, he went through the "keybox" and fucked up the wirings. Your guy did that. I want my money back. You think it's nice to take people's money back after crappy ass job y'all did? Why can't you admit that "MATT"? I can go back and forth with you "BOSS". Matt was quick to respond to my S.O.S. call on New Years day when I wasn't able to get into my apartment because of a faulty keyfob. The management company was unresponsive because of the holiday and the security company basically told me I was SOL. They arrived less than 20 minutes later. Torn about how I feel about GoKey. I was locked out of my house on a Friday afternoon and called GoKey because of the stellar reviews on Yelp. The technician called me and said that they would be there in 30 min, maximum of 45 minutes. 45 minutes later, I called to check in -- he was running late; I ended up waiting for a total of 1.25-1.5 hours since I first called. Delays happen, that's OK. When the technician arrived, he was very nice and apologetic and was able to quickly open my door with a pick, no drilling necessary -- probably took a total of 2 minutes. Told me the total was $250, but discounted to $200 because of the wait. I balked at the price, but paid. The next day, I looked up GoKey's website where it said that home lockouts only cost $100. I called GoKey, who said that technicians can set their own prices. All in all, their work is good, but don't trust the prices that they list. Should have ended up with the first company I called who would have been here earlier and would have come in at half the price of what I paid. read more

I highly recommend this company. Matt was very professional and arrived at our house just 15 minutes after we called when our house key broke in half while trying to unlock our door.
