When it started getting late, he did call and let me know he couldn't make it until very late, so we scheduled for he next afternoon. I had gotten myself locked out of my RV and these were the first people i called that could come pick the lock for me quickly as my phone was dying and i had no other options. They responded quickly and arrived and got me inside in a matter of minutes there for they deserve the good ratings. The only concern I had was how much it cost for them to pick the lock, which he did in under five minutes. Everyone's worst nightmare is losing the only key you have for a newer car. And to make matters worse it was parked on a side street with 2 hour parking. Ok, this guy... He's amazing. I'm embarrassed to say this is NOT the first time I've locked myself out of my apartment. My complex is extremely secure however that's not a good thing if you forget your keys. I called Matt and he answered after the first ring and was here not 10 minutes later. I spoke to someone about getting a key/fob for my Mitsubishi Lancer, yesterday (04.19.21) @ 9:48PM. I didn't get a call back until 12:29 AM. Unfortunately after waiting 2 hours and by reading the reviews of fast service, I assumed okay maybe they are not coming. Which I then went to sleep being that I had work in the morning. I called back in the morning (04.20.21 @8:17AM) and set an appointment for when I get off today. When I spoke to the locksmith this morning he did give me an estimation on the cost after I had asked. While I was at work I did my own research on aftermarket fobs for my car; priced around 50-70 dollars. I texted the locksmith and asked, "If I get my own fob can you just program it ?" He responded yep. I then ask what the difference in price would be from purchasing my own and having him do the labor vs doing everything at once. No response yet. Since its getting closer to the time I am just going to pay the full cost because I do need to drive my car soon. Would of been nice though to save a little money because it seems like I am paying 200 for labor alone. I will update my review once I meet with the locksmith and if I am able to get the assistance that I need. At the end of the day I judge based on service and satisfaction.
