Well, actually, I found it by a Google search when I got fed up with a computer function that had frustrated me for over a year. I knew that I didn't want to wait in line or wait days for the help I needed, and I knew I didn't want anyone to come to my home. I knew I didn't want to leave my computer anywhere--I have work to do! Night before last I found GenTech on Google. I was able to make an online appointment for the next day at a convenient time. My assigned technician (Title?) was ready when I arrived at the clean, modern, and easy-to-find location. The problem I had was, as I already knew, very complicated. Thirty (30) minutes later my problem, plus several I didn't even know I had, was solved! My only regret was that I had spent hours upon hours trying to fix the problem by myself.
