I ordered The Pad Thai and it is dry got no flavor so disappointed can do better with more sauce. I usually like their sushi.

I came here tonight to have dinner with my cousin and father. The sushi bar had seats available as soon as we entered. The food was great. Everything was delivered correctly and fast. The dining area was busy, and all the waiters still provided excellent service. Water and tea were topped off. The sushi was excellent. My father really loved the flavor cooked into the Lion Kong rolls. I enjoyed my bowl of seaweed salad. This is my 4th time here. I will keep coming and offer to bring my friends and family here for food every time.

I've been to this place for almost as long as I've been alive, back when they had the buffet and I almost bankrupted them getting only unagi to their change becoming a fusion restaurant. We've hosted friends from abroad here, I've taken exes (still friends), and now seeing them expand their menu. The food is good and you'll probably find something you like. I'm a fan of the chicken lettuce cup and whispering waves (sashimi). Hopefully their spicy beef noodle soup is tasty as well.

Sushi rolls are AMAZING. We were a bit nervous about the reviews until we showed up. Those who said the soup is cold might be lying because ours came out clean and steamy and delicious. Service is super sweet, waitress was patient and funny. The spot itself is pretty and soothing, we love the overall vibe of the restaurant. (If you're under 21, or over and want something alcohol free, get a virgin mojito. It really helped cleanse the palette after I bit off more the I could chew- literally.) great spot, does NOT deserve the hate it's getting (at least in my experience.)

Came here for my birthday party that my friends arranged. They took care of everything from drinks to food and reservations. Love that there is ample parking, we had the private room off to the side. Once food ordered was placed, food came out flying fast and it was fresh and hot. We had a variety of dishes. The sweet and sour pork, thai basil chicken, salt and pepper wings, as well as salt and pepper shrimp. We also got the fried rice, chow fun and sushi. Everything that we ordered was flavorful and delicious. We got a platter of the cooked sushi and the platter of raw sushi along with sashimi. The raw sushi was really good and fresh. The sashimi slices were super thick. I definitely need to come back to try other stuff on the menu. Drinks were good too, red lotus was delicious, not exactly sure what was in it but had lychee and it was sweet. Overall it was great evening celebrating with the best of friends and good food.

Great service, large portion of fried rice and broccoli chicken. The hot and sour soup was flavorful and the maguro sashimi was buttery and fresh. We ordered multiple rolls and there were no left overs to bring home. The Sauvignon blanc was cold and crisp and they had a good selection of beers. No one left hungry or thirsty. Good job.

Went here for lunch with the boss man and absolutely enjoyed everything I ate! True rating 4.5 THE GOOD ° Lemon Chicken lunch dish - absolute BANGER! - The crisp on the chicken was on point, the lemon sauce had depth, and it had actual lemons served with it ° Even the salad was super enjoyable because of the dressing/sauce ° Miso soup was made well. Don't consider myself a miso soup connoisseur. ° Personally I liked the decor. Old doors, old artifacts... But still feeling clean and modern ° Service was good and easy to call over when needed. - you could tell they took care of their older clientele, the usuals, very well and caring. THE BAD ° Nothing that I could note THE UGLY None

Let me just say that I absolutely love this place. I've never ordered to go though. Every time I dine in it's perfect service and a great time. I decided to DoorDash this time and it didn't really pan out too well. I ordered right when they opened and the food did come rather fast. I got a few rolls and they were delicious as was the assorted sashimi. The rolls were the Cherry Blossom & Home Sweet Home. I also ordered the chicken chow fun which was good but had very few noodles in it. It was basically just chicken. The gyoza was good but I didn't like the sauce that came with it. The golden crispy rolls were kinda slimy. Didn't seem like they were cooked all the way. I got the bbq short ribs but they didn't look anything like the picture on DoorDash. In the picture they were red and saucy and what I got was brown and dry with sesame seeds as pictured in this review. Not sure if the picture is wrong or they gave me the wrong thing. They weren't bad, just wasn't what I expected. The most disappointing part was that I ordered and paid for the warrior chicken and they didn't give it to me. I'll definitely order from here again as I stated I love it but I hope it'll be a better experience the next go around.

Went to this restaurant with my kids, staff was super bubbly and sweet as pie. Our food was brought out before my three year old could even start up a rampage. Drinks were refreshing- (I got a pomegranate martini, 10/10 would recommend!!). The restaurant had such a peaceful atmosphere and its a great place to unwind after running errands all day. They played smooth RnB in the background and its just a great spot. Believe me, we'll be back.

Staff and Service: - Our waitress was super nice. I walked in and she asked if I would like an air conditioned room or warmer room (there's been a heat wave recently in the Bay Area). She was very accommodating, answered the questions I had, and was quick to help out Food and Drinks: - Lychee Punch: cocktail on the happy hour menu (lychee, lemonade, vodka). Fun cocktail that has a stronger taste of lychee and vodka (less on the lemonade) - Spring Rolls: ordered this off the happy hour menu (comes with 4) - 49er Roll: different than other 49er rolls as the inside was cucumber instead of a California roll - Double Salmon Roll: lots of salmon, which is why I ordered this - Overall: the rolls were okay, but they were quite small compared to other restaurants. The rice was a little sticky and lacked the vinegar of sushi rice Miscellaneous: - Plenty of parking available via a shared parking lot - Single stall bathrooms available through a door in the back - Happy hour menu is available from 4:30pm - 6:30pm Monday - Friday - Bento boxes are priced for lunch on the menu. If you want a bento box for dinner, it's an additional $5 to what is listed on the menu - Good for one on one or large groups - The acoustics in the restaurant are pretty bad - every time someone moved a table or chair, it became near impossible to hear the person right across from me. This continued to happen for a solid 30 or so minutes

It's time to give Genghix the credit it deserves. We've been coming here for years, and I'm finally leaving a review. My parents have always raved about this place, and now I understand why. It's the perfect spot for those craving both sushi and Chinese food. Their sushi is consistently fresh, and the Chinese dishes are packed with flavor and wok-charred goodness. The service was quick and efficient! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure to check on us from time to time. The drinks, especially the margaritas, are always a highlight! They're strong and delicious!

Salt and Pepper tofu! We loved it! Super crispy.

I originally came to Fusion Delight because of the purple interior…read more Seriously. The giant lotus chandeliers, the deep violet lighting, the old-school banquet hall atmosphere - it immediately reminded me of the large Cantonese restaurants that used to define family dining in the Bay Area years ago. But after eating here during a packed weekend dinner service, I realized the real attraction is not the decor. It is the operational consistency. The dining room was completely full, with a long line of people still waiting outside. Under that kind of pressure, many large Chinese restaurants start losing control somewhere: fried dishes soften, stir-fries lose wok hei, food arrives unevenly, service becomes rushed. Fusion Delight somehow keeps the system together. And what impressed me even more was that the staff never became impatient. Even with the restaurant running at full capacity, the servers stayed friendly, patient, and organized. No chaos, no attitude - just steady service under pressure. That is not easy in a restaurant this size. The Mongolian beef was the first thing that stood out. Instead of thin slices hidden under sauce, the beef here is cut unusually thick and long - some pieces nearly two inches. Thick-cut beef is risky because once overcooked it immediately turns tough, but here the meat stayed tender while still carrying proper wok sear and caramelization. That tells me the kitchen understands heat control and timing. The crispy pork intestines were even more impressive. These were clearly braised first, then fried before the final stir-fry. The outside kept its gelatin-rich texture while the inside still carried fat and aroma, but without the unpleasant odor that ruins this dish at weaker restaurants. Even people who normally avoid intestine dishes could probably eat this version comfortably. That level of cleaning and pre-processing matters. The braised lamb with skin was another old-school banquet dish done correctly. The lamb was soft without collapsing, while the skin still retained structure. More importantly, the prep work was meticulous -- no gamey smell, no rough trimming, no shortcuts. The sea cucumber and pork tendon dish also showed strong banquet-kitchen fundamentals. The pork tendon had clearly been oil-expanded beforehand, giving it that proper soft and elastic texture instead of rubbery chewiness. The sea cucumber still retained bite and structure. The Singapore-style rice noodles and scallop egg white fried rice were textbook Cantonese banquet staples. The rice noodles stayed dry and separated while still carrying wok aroma and oil fragrance. The scallop egg white fried rice looked simple, but every grain remained distinct and lightly coated without clumping together. That level of consistency under volume is difficult. Even the red bean dessert soup at the end was handled carefully. The red beans still held their shape instead of dissolving into paste, while the sago remained fully intact and translucent. Most restaurants stop caring once dessert leaves the kitchen. Fusion Delight clearly does not. And honestly, that may be the best way to describe this restaurant overall. Fusion Delight is not trying to be trendy. It is not trying to become minimalist fine dining. It is not trying to be social-media bait. This is a high-volume Chinese banquet restaurant operating with old-school Cantonese production discipline. Hot food arrives hot. Fried dishes stay crisp. Wok hei survives peak hours. Plating still looks intentional during a packed dinner service. That kind of consistency is harder than people think. And somehow, inside a giant purple dining room filled wall-to-wall with families, they make it work. - Dr. C Purple room approved. Wok heat calibrated. Banquet discipline detected. Consistency at scale = correct.

However, within about an hour, the restaurant was almost full. Even though it wasn't the weekend, it was still very busy. This is one of my favorite dim sum spots because the food is consistently delicious, especially the siu mai--it's a must-try! The service is fast and friendly, which makes the experience even better. There is also plenty of parking, which is a big plus. The restaurant is spacious, with beautiful purple lighting that really catches the eye. The high ceiling also makes the space feel very open and comfortable. Although this place doesn't have the highest ratings on Yelp, it's definitely still very popular and worth visiting.

Don't expect tons of seating, and it might not be ideal for a huge group, but there's plenty of parking and the service is excellent. Friendly, quick, and on point. Now let's talk food. Popcorn Chicken - Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly salty. Dangerous in the best way. I could've ordered a second round and called it a day. Won Ton Soup - Different from the usual won ton soup I've had. The broth had a slightly creamy vibe, and it was loaded with dumplings and chicken. Not my favorite dish of the night, but still solid. Hawaiian Platter (three meats + mac salad) - The meats were tender and flavorful, and that mac salad? Delish. Simple, comforting, done right. Kimchi Beef Sizzling Rice Plate (with fried egg + garlic butter) - Ohhhhh the garlic butter!!! This was the MVP. Came out sizzling hot, smelled amazing, and absolutely popped with flavor. I do find the food taste is bland and certain dishes are just okay. Food taste and quality is below my expectation for a somewhat expensive price tag comparing to what's served. The miso black cod was bland, the eel over rice was just nah, and the mackerel nigiri was super fishy. We didn't finish some of the nigiri even though there were only 6 of them total served. We added Otoro for extra $18 a piece and it was good (I mean how could you go wrong with Otoro?!) a bit too fatty of a cut so torching it make it better.
