Good news is that I'm able to find one with an affordable price. Bad news is that they seem to lack options not only for chargers but other products as well when I was looking for phone cases, headphones, and other products. I guess that you'll have to go through online shopping if you want more options. From the beginning, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. During our interaction, he told me to "shut up," threw my receipt, and then asked me to leave the store. I was shocked by his behavior, especially since he is a manager and is supposed to represent the company. This treatment was disrespectful, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated this way. He clearly lacks basic customer service skills and does not know how to handle situations calmly or professionally. Best Buy seriously needs to address this issue, hold their management accountable, and provide proper customer service training. Experiences like this damage the company's reputation and make customers feel unwelcome. Hiring very young, inexperienced staff who aren't trained in basic professionalism shows a lack of concern for customer service. When hiring employees, management should consider personality, maturity, and how they interact with customers--not just availability. If corporate reviewed this location's feedback, they'd understand why the ratings are so low. It's disappointing that corporate doesn't check on the store manager or properly evaluate employee behavior. Shame on the lack of oversight and accountability.

    I drafted my business card but did not know how to upload it to the OfficeMax website. I went to…read morethe Alameda, CA Office Max at 1:00 p.m., and Mee P. advised me to enlarge the font size to make the card clearer and add a background color for a better presentation. Although she was the only person working at the counter, she multitasked efficiently and still took the time to help finalize my business card. She remained patient, calm, and professional while assisting four different customers at the same time as I worked on enlarging my font size. The final product looked great. I left the store at 2:00 p.m. and will return after 6:00 p.m. to pick up my order of 250 business cards. The $10 design assistance fee was absolutely worth it, along with the order of 250 business cards. I highly recommend Mee P. to anyone visiting the store for help with their projects.

The associate i spoke to offered no help. Another time, i watched a little old lady come in asking to send a fax. The associate said, "printing services are closed, you can come back tomorrow or use self service." she asked for help using self service and he said, "its real easy, someone will be in printing tomorrow morning if you need help." Then leaned on a counter to chit chat with another sales associate as the little old lady, slowly walked out. I could not believe they didn't just offer to send her fax.
