Sadly, the experience at Not So Friendly's hasn't improved in the last two years. On a quiet Thursday night, the restaurant was nearly deserted and they still managed to be slow. We waited 10 minutes to be seated only to be abandoned again. There was seemingly only one server working. With the addition of our table, it only left him serving 4 tables total. When the waiter finally returned to get our drinks, we decided to leave the restaurant without ordering. No ice cream or meal is worth unnecessarily slow service and servers with body odor don't inspire confidence in the cleanliness of the kitchen. Take my advice and stay away!!! read more

TLDR: A must go if you want the wildest sandwiches you've ever had. Food (5/5): Ok. This place. I felt like I was in some weird dream where anything your mind comes up with, there was a menu item for. I mean, we got a Cool Ranch Doritos sandwich with gravy on it! Who comes up with that?! It was good too! The milkshakes were amazing too! If you're on a diet, do not come here. If you're looking for an item under 1200 calories, don't come here. If you're looking for a normal burger, don't come here. If you decide to venture on over to Friendly's, be prepared for a wacky burger at max calories & to be on the treadmill for a whole week. The place reeked of cigarettes. The service was awful. My main course was wrong and she messed it up. Then I waited for 22 minutes for someone to come back around. The food was inedible at that point. I decided to order ice cream and specifically said no whipped cream because it will make me sick. She brings me whipped cream on my ice cream. Then took it back after I said I couldn't have it and brought it back out forgetting the PB sauce. It was ice cream and PB sauce... simple. I decided not to say anything the second time because it took so long to get my order the first time she messed it up. Two meals, two happy ending spice creams and almost $50.... Lived on the East Coast for over six years but I never made it to a Friendly's until today. I had the crispy chicken wrap, Mom had a steak & cheese, Dad had the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and we all had delicious ice cream treats. Service was mostly prompt and friendly. I liked my wrap and mom definitely liked her steak & cheese. The ice cream treats were next level. I recommend on the ice cream treats alone! I stopped by because I was needing lunch and there's ice cream- what could be bad? The BLT sandwich was very good but could have used a few more pieces of bacon. Fries were crispy, as asked for. My senior meal came with a sundae. OMG! This hunka chunka ice cream is out of this world! Peanut butter, vanilla and fudge!!) The server, Anna was delightful. She is one of the managers. Did something to my to go food. Cheeseburger tasted like armpits and ice cream left nasty taste in my mouth. When we got home my mother's cheeseburger was warm like you'd expect. Service was extremely bad, we were told that only one server was working and rest of staff maybe 3-4 others were all in training. Staff unsure of menu items and brought out drinks with one specific as being diabetic and was told "I think this is the right one ". Then on original order asked for a side of ranch with one meal and appeared to write down order, no mention about an up charge. When meals arrived we were missing ranch, but was delivered by another person and was looking for server. No drink refills and had to share my drink with my daughter who had a kids meal. Once server found was told there was an up charge for sauce and agreed. I could see sauce sitting in window to be brought to table under heat lamps, all but two fries were eaten when ranch was finally brought out to table and container was hot to touch not to mention coagulation of ranch on top. But we were charged none the less, and upcharged on free kid's dessert. Worst service and sad to see a family favorite going down hill fast. Would not recommend unless it's the only thing available which they aren't. read more

Me & my boyfriend come here all the time for icecream. I always get the Reese's cup sundae & it is DELICIOUS. I recommend it with chocolate icecream if you're a chocolate addict like myself. My boyfriend always gets the forbidden fudge brownie sundae & he LOVES IT. The icecream comes out really fast. The staff is always super friendly & we've never had any issues here. We visited Friendly's last night after our original plans fell through. We were seated almost immediately upon arrival. Our server, Destiny, was incredibly kind and patient while we made our meal selections. Food came out quickly, it was hot and tasty. Felt very rushed to order. Waitress was training a new waitress. Trainer needs to be trained more before training new waitresses. Ordered soup and a Reuben. Asked for the soup to come out first. Which technically it did. About 30 seconds before sandwich. Was fresh out of the microwave oven and I had to use half my ice from water to cool it down. Staff was nice enough to take my sandwich back to kitchen under heat lamp. Soup done, after being rushed waitress never stopped back to see how things were or to even refill my drink. Brought me my sandwich and fries..... too half of sandwich was nice and hit bottom half that didn't see light of heat lamp cold. Fries were the same way. I was in the mood for a meal and a sundae.... I just want out of here now. Sorry but I couldn't even leave a pitty tip. If it were busy I could see why they may have been rushing me to order. But this was just not good.
