Friendly service and open late for that area. The food was pretty basic and not that great. But I didn't have too high expectations. The best thing was the cheese fries. I would skip the ravioli, the menu said they were highly requested return but I'm not sure why. We got our order to go. They had a cute ice cream counter. They had games for the kids. If there was a 3.5 stars that's what I would put service is always joyful and welcoming and everywhere is relatively clean but the food expected from somewhere like friendlys all I would improve is the food quality but the effort by employees is truly appreciated and the energy is welcoming It's my second time here and I've had the same experience everytime The ice cream is good and has lots of choices I feel like friendlys is a good place for an ice cream break but not as much as a meal because you can just tell the second u taste it that it could be better but i don't expect much better the summary is food could be better for its price but the service and energy definitely makes up for it read more

The hostess, server, & cashier were all friendly. I got the Captain's Platter. It's a nice assortment of seafood. I also had a cup of clam chowder, & medium Reese's Pieces sundae. We didn't get to sample the food. We were asked to wait and apologized to for the delay only to be told that there was a 20-minute "hold" for ice cream due to staffing issues and left at the desk to make up our minds. The restaurant was about one-third capacity but everyone I saw was trying their best to handle that volume. Nobody on staff seemed particularly stoked to be there. Did we want to wait around 20 minutes for ice cream? No. Friendly's ice cream isn't that great and the mood of the restaurant was lousy due to the pressure on staff to keep up with what they had. Waiting was not how I wanted to spend part of my holiday. If this location is still open in six months, I will be shocked. read more

We sat at our table for 10 minutes with servers walking right passed us and never once acknowledged or greeted our table. When we told the hostess that the servers were too busy to greet us and that we were leaving, she said she could find someone else. Every one of the servers watched us just sit there.... Food was great, we really loved the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla! All of the staff was friendly, attentive and personable!

This was always my go to spot for brunch. It's usually nice with no problems. I went in Saturday, ordered pancakes, and they came out burnt. I asked my waitress to have them replaced and she did. She came back stating, the cook made them again, however, he made blueberry by mistake , and asked if I was ok with that. I couldn't believe it. I said, no. Next thing we know, my child (wearing full athletic sneakers) slips right on the tile floor and bumps his head. We come out and immediately ask to see the manager and for him to immediately address the floor. Neither of those things happened. Your liability is off the charts, Friendly's. You put yourself in a position to have a severe injury on your property, you've opened yourself up to being sued and your management staff severely needs training on these aspects. Our waitress was Jazzmine and she seemed a bit distracted when she came to take pur order. My partner ordered an all American cheese burger which was listed on the senior menu. When the order came, the burger had no cheese. He took it back up to the front desk and instead of apologizing about the order being wrong, her and another waitress argued that if he didn't say it was the senior menu then they would assume it is the all American burger. When she made the sandwich correct she nearly threw the plate on the table. Then when it came to the ice cream she slid my ice cream across the table. We have NEVER had anything but great service at this restaurant UNTIL tonight. I'm VERY disappointed in this bad service. I know that being wait staff is not easy but Jazzmiine needs instruction on how to deal with uncomfortable situations. We walked in Asked to be seated at a table Once we were at the the table the young lady who is assigned to us threw a fit screaming "I am so done with this" There was Something about helping more people there are plenty of other open tables why did I get stuck with them. It has been a while since we have been there on a regular basis and it was pretty good. I had a bacon cheeseburger with pasta on there (they say call it Mac and cheese but it is not the right noodle) but to me it taste just like a bacon cheeseburger. Mom tried the turkey burger. I ordered takeout from Friendly's. I was able to pick it up at the ice cream window outside, and it was ready when I was told it would be. I ordered a Set Up burger with no mayo. It came with fries, and I also added a side of coleslaw. I also got a Kit Kat Friend-Z, which is supposed to be like their version of a Blizzard. I got home and found that I had a different burger with lots of mayo. My plan was to just eat it without the bun to avoid most of the mayo, but then I saw I didn't get the coleslaw I paid extra for, so I decided to take it back. When I got there, there was no one at the hostess station. The woman who came had her mask down at her chin and acted annoyed that she had to pull it up. I told her my order was wrong, and she got someone else, who I think was maybe a manager since he was wearing a different shirt than everyone else. Originally I was going to ask them to fix my order, but the employee barely wearing a mask grossed me out, so I asked for my money back. The manager told me refunds are issued at the corporate level and that I would get it in a few days or however long it would take my bank to process it. Nobody apologized for my order being wrong or offered to fix it or get me something else. They took the bag before I could even say they didn't need to refund the ice cream. I'm glad I didn't get a chance, though, because when I ate it later the whole thing had maybe the equivalent of one mini Kit Kat, pulverized into bits so small I don't even know for sure that's what it was. It was basically a big cup of vanilla soft serve with little bits of something chocolatey for $5 something. I won't be going back. read more
