He even took the initiative to repair a vent that had been left broken and unattached by a previous company (before we had even committed to moving forward!) On the day of service, Dominic called ahead with an estimated time of arrival, which was greatly appreciated. Tyler, Patrick and Mike arrived right on time and immediately began preparing the space with floor protection and plastic sheeting to contain any dust or debris. As someone who works from home, I also appreciated how quiet they were throughout the process. They provided progress updates with photos along the way, and the results were impressive--everything looked clean and well-finished. Tyler also shared images showing that they had corrected and properly sealed ductwork that had previously been patched with duct tape by another company. They completed the job well before I expected it would be done and then cleaned up and left the place spotless! Overall, a highly professional and very detail-oriented team. The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. I would highly recommend Premo for their fast service, good pricing, and competent technicians. So happy to have used them!!!

A different company incorrectly installed my fan and it started to drop from my ceiling and cracked the dry wall around it. Premo was amazing, came out and reinstalled the fan properly and explained what went wrong from the previous install. They also did an amazing patch job. It seemed that our house built in 73' had just about 1 inch of insulation which we were definitely lacking and feeling (too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter). Mr. Doug gave us the best option and fair price to insulate our attic. The Red trailer crew, in our case, just two gentleman with foreman being the son of the company, came in and quickly filled (in a little over an hour) our attic to its correct level of insulation. We are so glad we chose ACH to insulate our home, we finally have the comfortable cozy temperature that we require for the winter and summer months. We have a home that has a basement. It has three opening with about 3100 sq ft of storage. During…read morethe 23 years we have lived here it became an area filled with everything that we brought from our prior house and a dumping ground for anything else. It also became to home to rats, rodents, urine, feces and chewed up belongings. It became obvious that this was a real hazard. Trying to find a company that could perform all the services that would be needed was difficult until I contacted Advanced Insulation System. There are not enough superlatives to describe this company. Everyone I have had contact with is professional, personable and hard working. First they had to empty the contents of the basement, which was an enormous job. I will show photos. Once emptied, the hazardous things, rats, rodents, feces, urine, chewed up belongings were removed. All the areas were sanitized and sealed against any intrusion by creatures. Heavy insulation plastics were used on the foundation and floors and insulation was blown in to seal the entire basement. They assigned workers to assist me in sorting out the contents of the basement. The things that I wanted to keep were sorted and placed in the basement, charity items were separated and they loaded up anything that was not salvageable in their big truck and took it to the dump. It seemed overwhelming until the fellows, who are very organized, helped me make decisions about what to keep, give to charity and throw away. This took many days and the crew were spectacular. They left everything clean and organized. I really appreciate the dedication and expertise they showed in dealing with this unhealthy and messy condition. The employees all represent the company in a positive light and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I feel that their pricing was fair and everything was done to perfection.

Although we were told the team would be working from 8AM-5PM, but then would come back the next day to finish. They insisted (but first asked for our permission) to keep going because they wanted to finish the job for us in one day so we can have running air conditioning ASAP! These hardworking guys ended up working until 8PM. We sincerely appreciated the entire team's attention to detail and their concern for us and our home.
