My husband and I attended a dinner presentation at a local restaurant. I should have been suspicious because after the presentation they wanted to come to our home soon after. We bought two items, solar attic fan and Eco Probiotic system. We have seen zero difference with the probiotic system. This company has horrible customer service and we have had to call numerous times trying to get a refund of the probiotic system. We leave messages and no return calls. We finally spoke to someone who we had left a message for when they answered the phone on one of our numerous calls. They will not give a refund, as they state they cant take back a used unit. They will come out and replace the unit which means they are taking back a used unit. I wish I had done research online before buying their product. As it is we agreed for them to come out and check on the performance of the project but they are no longer in our area and we have no idea when they will be again. FYI if you get the invitation BEWARE THEY WILL INSTALL WITHIN A FEW DAYS, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. read more

I have never wasted so much money in my life! I am a disabled woman so my income is very limited but as I was told during an estimate how I would be able to cut my utilities by a significant margin I chose to purchase their products for over $12,000. There has never been a decrease in my home and I have wasted over a year trying to resolve the issue with eco experts. Mostly I hear that the person I most recently talked to no longer works for the company. Lastly they said that they would come and take out the installation but they don't know when they will be back in the Carson City area. I am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. By the way if you read the other reviews with eco experts responses that give Nathan's number, dint bother, Nathan no longer works there. read more

This company charged my mother $7k and her home is completely unaffected by their product. On top of that, she's called and asked them for advice on this issue and they do not respond. Complete waste of money, my wife and I are retired and don't have a surplus of money. We spent $10,566.52 on these products. we went to a presentation at a local restaurant about their products. I had sales person come to the house for an estimate and eventually signed up for two of their products. (EcoGuard & Liquid EcoGuard) The claim was that for summer temperatures would not rise more than a few degrees inside because of the protective blanket, putting less strain on the air conditioning unit and help reducing power consumption and in the winter all heat generated in the house would be held in the house, keeping it nice and warm in the winter. My electric bill for the billing period for July (6/20/2018-7/20/2018) was $158,52 (before the installation on 7/23/2018 of their products) My electric bill for the billing period for August (7/20/2018-8/20/2018) was $198.65 (After the installation of their products) a difference of +$40.13, If these products worked as they were described during the presentation my electric bill should have gone down not up. I went in to the attic and found approximately 12" or more of a gap between the soffit vents and the EcoGuard insulation, numerous spaces between and gaps not covering the attic evenly and two areas where a large amount of EcoGuard crumpled up and shoved between the soffit and the roof looking nothing like what we were shown during the presentation, I contacted Ralph Rincon the sales person who sold us the products, he said that he would see what he could do about sending an installer to look at the installation the next time they were in my area this was in August I contacted him again in September and informed him that I had a family emergency out of state and would not be available until the end of October he told me that he did not know for sure when they would be scheduled to return to Arizona, I contacted him again on November 5 and on November 14, 2018 during that last call he said he would have Nathan Durlester Operations Manager contact me which he did, during our conversation he could not tell me when he would be scheduling a trip to Lake Havasu City, Arizona where I live but he would contact me when he scheduled it. I called him again on December 4, 2018 he again said that they were not scheduled to come to Arizona and that if the insulation was installed per industry standards that there was nothing he would do. Up to this point I'm stuck with a product that does not look like or work as it what was presented to us. Make sure you check everything before they get paid! My husband and I made this mistake. My husband was at work when they finished the job and we were leaving on vacation that same evening. Needless to say, when he got home we finished packing and left for the airport. When we returned from vacation, my husband checked their work and found that they broke a small window while they were putting Tint on it. My husband right away reported it to the salesman. We had to call at least 4 to 5 times before we even spoke with someone about our window and other work that they did not finish. To make a long story short, the worker who worked on the window lied to them about breaking the window. Common sense would be all anyone need to figure out what happened. He pushed on the window too hard while he was trying to put the Tint on it and he broke it! Instead of bringing it to his Supervisor's attention or to my attention, he just went on and put Tint on the part that was not broken and said nothing. I know he thought he was going to get away with it because the window was up high. He just knew no one was going to go up a ladder to look at his work. When he was asked about the window he flat out LIED when he told his Supervisor he saw it was broken before he started working on it and he came down stairs and told me about the broken window. According to his Supervisor, he said I said it was all right and not to worry about it. When the Supervisor told me this, I said you guys were working in the same room why did he not say anything to you about it. The Supervisor did not find out anything about the window until we reported it was broken to them. That guy never said anything to me about the window. Even though the window was broken their worker went ahead and put the Tint on the part that was not broken. Eco Experts did not take responsibility for our broken window. I asked for their insurance info to file a claim against them. They would not give me the insurance information. The work was done in December and it is now July. My window is still broken and my next step is to take them to Small Claims Court. Be very careful when you are dealing with these people. Not only that, we paid them $10,000 for the work they did. If we had it to do all over again, we definitely will not use ECO EXPERTS! read more

I would really like to express just how pleased we are with the system Eco Experts installed in our home. We have lived in this house for over ten years and the entire upstairs has always been really hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We have had the products for about 8 months now, and immediately after installing the solar fan and reflective insulation in our attic, the hot and cold spots completely disappeared. Also, the A/C supercharge treatment has really improved the efficiency of our air conditioner. Some days it only runs for about 20-30 minutes and doesn't need to come back on for the rest of the day. Communication on my project was great! I love working with people that tell you what they are going to do and then do it. I did some research on the fan and insulation they put in and they are good products so I am excited to see the savings. They are not the cheapest outfit in town so I'm holding back the five star review, but bottom line, they let you know what your going to get and give it to you. Quality company. read more

i really want to express how displeased i am with the system they installed in my home. thanks to them my bedroom now registers hotter than before. (currently 90 degrees). called the rep. he promised someone would return a call to fix it. a week has gone by and no one has called. don't waste your money on this product. i feel i was taken. has the ceiling painted (it now keeps the heat in and is hotter.) has the solar fan installed. went on the roof and cannot tell that it is working. no air is excaping. (don't think they made the hole in the roof any larger. and had the insulation installed as well as the charge to the air conditioner. the air conditioner now run all the time. read more

We just finished an energy efficiency project with Eco Experts. I am writing this review because we have been highly impressed with the whole experience! We have been in the process of a house renovation for the last nine months. We have dealt with many different contractors but none as good as the team at Eco Experts! Right from the start, we felt we were in good hands with Patrick who came to survey our house to see what they could do to help with energy costs. He took the time to educate us as well as explaining what would be the most effective things we could do right away to reduce our energy bill. He was patient and answered all of our questions. He went over and beyond to provide solutions for us. Some through the company and some on our own. Then the crew came in to do the work. They were the nicest guys around! They were considerate, cleanly, and really personable. We actually made friends with Zack the lead of the crew and were a little sad when the job was completed. We miss that guy! I waited to post our review until we received our next months energy bill. What a shock! It went from over $900 to just a little over $400. Worst rip off of my life, and I'm nearly 70. I spent nearly $4000 on this purchase, and my position has been made worse. I went to a presentation at a restaurant about their products and they were quite convincing. The presenter was not a slick salesman, more like an engineer. I had them come to the house for an estimate and eventually signed up for one of their products. When the installer came, he said I could not have the product (protective paint) I signed up for, I'd have to buy the blanket at an increased price. The claim was that all heat generated in the house would be held in the house, keeping it nice and warm in the winter. For summer, temps would not rise more than a couple of degrees inside because of the protective blanket. The heat does not stay in in the winter, and now that I've experienced a hot weekend, not only does the temperature rise more than a couple of degrees, it gets hotter than it did before I had the blanket installed. I believe the blanket is trapping the heat so that it can't get out (which is their claim for the winter benefit). Beware, beware, beware!! Complete waste of money. read more
