We got a few quotes for our home solar system and Your Energy Pros gave us the best quote for the system we needed. So we decided to go with Your Energy Pros and just finally got our system up and running. It's been fantastic. Steve is very kind, nice, and professional. He has answered all the questions we had and came up with a plan that is sufficient for our need. He's always available to answer questions and phone calls whenever we had questions. He coordinated the team that came to do the installation according to our availability and that was very seamless. We can't thank him enough. The best part was Steve wasn't even pushy like other companies do. He came up with a best plan and the best price, then just let you sit on it to make your decision. I like that a lot. Thanks, Steve! read more

We had a great experience with Stephen Luck and his team. When we decided to get solar for our home, I met with four solar providers and I'd like to explain the two main reasons we with Your Energy Pros. First, the bid was competitive and the product os excellent. Second, the attention to detail by Stephen, when compared with the other companies we met with, was amazing. Truly, it's hard to compare the experience we had with Stephen to ANY of the other solar companies. The installation was easy, barely disrupted our lives, and the solar installation company was easy to communicate with as well. I can't say enough about the entire process. read more

I didn't end up needing any service from Your Energy Pros, but Steve was so nice on the phone and provided some great insight into home energy and the solar market. He talked to me for 10 minutes just to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you, Steve! read more

These guys turned our house from a shack on the hill into a totally climate controlled, energy efficient, luxury resort. They did everything including changing every lightbulb in the house, even the one in my sewing machine, to new LED BULBS, which have been burning, in one instance, 24 hours a day for 1-1/2 years now. They knew the best contractors for our new HVAC system. We called on another company accidentally to come change the filters on it; he wasn't allowed to do it, of course, but he was deeply impressed by our system. He called it "the Ferrari" and took pictures of the motherboard to show off to his co-workers. No to mention the honest, straightforward style of our two engineers and their superb communication skills. We are still in touch with Jon and Steve. They really care about us and the work they did for us. I cannot recommend them highly enough! read more

The team at Energy Pros are the best technical services people that I've ever encountered. I've spent at least ten years each as an electrical, mechanical, and computer science engineer; so I know a little of what I'm talking about. They are exceptionally knowledgeable, and regularly researching & assessing new products, policies, practices and vendors. This enabled Energy Pros to present numerous options and alternatives for my solar system. They were fully engaged from beginning to end with my solar system specification, installation, and going "on line." They communicated with me beyond my expectations! read more

Your Energy Pros are amazing! They really understood my needs and met all my energy requirements. I've done a lot of research on solar companies and have gotten numerous proposals. Steve and Jonathan, from Your Energy Pros, stood out from the rest from the very beginning. Their analysis of my energy needs was way more in depth than the other companies. Most solar companies simply ask to look at your electricity bill. However Your Energy Pros used my electricity bill and performed a comprehensive energy analysis to ensure the system they proposed to build would be more than enough for my families needs for the next 20-30 years. The goal for me was to pay nothing for electricity cost with the exception of the utility line cost that is unavoidable. When I asked Your Energy Pros if the system they designed for my house would accomplish that, they said it would absolutely do that. When I asked the same question to other solar companies I got proposals from, they either said I might incur a bill during hot summer months and said I could consider using less AC. What's the point of investing in a solar system and still having to pay an electricity bill and not being able to use my house they way I want to. Your Energy Pros was not pushy at all and advised me on certain things when I talked to other companies. Every company, except Your Energy Pros, was just interested in making a sale, even if the proposed system didn't meet our needs. They would throw at us time limited promotions as a way to entice us as time progressed. Your Energy Pros didn't rely on gimmicks or promotions to get my business, but their understanding on my specific needs and the appropriate technology that would be the best fit for me. I also really like that fact that Your Energy Pros is not tied to any specific panel manufacturer. They gave me a variety of suggestions and together we choose the components that would comprise of my solar system. A year later I still contact Your Energy Pros and they still answer any questions or concerns I might have. I highly recommend Your Energy Pros if you are considering installation of a solar system or making your home more energy efficient. read more

I had an exceptional experience with Steve from start to finish. I had been interviewing solar, roofing and HVAC companies, and fortunately the person with HVAC, knowing all the time and effort I was putting in to gathering information, recommended Your Energy Pros. It was like a burden was lifted. I explained to Steve everything that I wanted and he took it from there. Your Energy Pros have vetted many companies and know the right fit for your project and will put the whole project together for you. I had my HVAC completed, then my roof, and finally the solar panels and it all went seamlessly and professionally. Steve just visited me .. it's 9 months after the final installation ... to check in to see if I'm happy with everything and to go over my data with me. You will be very happy if you hire Your Energy Pros! read more

We are so pleased with our choice to go solar, and specifically trusting the Energy Pros design and expertise to help guide us. They really do know their stuff. The other companies we had design and bid did the typical review of our SDGE bill to design a solar plan for us but the Energy Pros dug into how we used our power and found that our older pool pump was consuming 1/3 of our power. They spent time talking us through what we should replace it with and other energy saving ideas in the house. They helped us understand how the panels worked and best option for our house specifically. Their design was so well thought out and doesn't look so obvious from the front with half the panels on the backside of the roof. These guys watched our project progress and helped us understand the process. It was such s great help. They work with solar companies to design and sell their products so there is no extra charge to use their service. I highly recommend using the Energy Pros for your solar design and other energy savings needs. They have very great experience and have a passion to share that knowledge. read more

Steve and Jonathon did an amazing job vetting and finding us the best companies to replace our HVAC and our solar based on our usage and needs. There a lot of information you need prior to choosing the right company. They explained everything we needed and didn't. They saved us a ton of money! We started the process August of 2018 and by mid September it was completed. The process was so easy, they took care of everything! I'll we did was kick back and in no time we had new heating/AC and solar panels on our roof. Both companies did a fantastic job; In and out, professional, friendly and tidy. I would highly recommend Your Energy Pros for any needs on your home or your business. read more

Your Energy Pros. Yelp review. Where do I start? First, for any guidance regarding anything solar, Call Mr. Steve Luck of YOUR ENERGY PROS. Why, I'm sure everyone remembers the torrential rains of winter 2018/19. I certainly do. 2 roof leaks in February on my 30+ year old original roof. Knowing I would need a complete "lift and relay" of my tile roof, I knew I would have to float a loan for repair and if so decided to include a PV solar installation as well. During my search for a Roofing contractor and Solar contractor I was refereed to "YOUR ENERGY PROS" by one of the Roofing Contractors I had contacted. I received a call from Mr. Steve Luck. We chatted on the phone for well over 1 hour. He presented himself and his partner as Consultants for potential PV solar customers, with no particular allegiance to any solar product manufacturer nor any particular solar installation company. Their only goal is to interview and work with potential customers to help them obtain the solar system that best fit the needs of the new solar system owner. I explained I was a retired Factory HVAC service technician and somewhat self taught solar guy having recently built a small "off grid" solar system in Baja. Our discussion included the urgency I was under with the leaking roof and soon to expire Federal tax credit. Also, including my scheduled double knee replacement surgery late February. Over the next 2 months I interviewed 3 roofing contractors and 4 solar contractors (including one sheister contractor) all while consulting with Steve of Your Energy Pros. With his help we went through three design changes and I signed a contract for installation of my system which began immediately after my roof repairs were completed. My solar system was installed by Smart Solar Designs (my review for them to follow soon), in 4 days over the following 2 weeks due to persistent spring rains. I could not be happier! read more

Steve and Jonathon are one of the most attentive and knowledgeable contractors I have ever worked with. You would be in good hands with him.
