We quoted our attic air-sealing and insulation job with three companies last summer, and Russell's…read moreexplanation of options and answering of my extensive questions led to us to choose Guardian. Their quote was in-line with the competition as well. Russell has an extensive background doing these jobs himself so he knows what he's talking about. Russell also came over a second time to discuss options for routing our two bath fan exhaust ducts to roof vents when I weighed adding that to our scope. We executed our install over two days in October and everything went smoothly. After air sealing and adding soffit baffling, they blew R30 cellulose over our existing bats. We also added a gasket around our attic access and insulated the back of the panel. My only recommendation is that you, the homeowner, clean your house after the cellulose blowing. There will be fine paper material in the air everywhere, which will settle as dust. Seven months later and our house has been noticeably more temperature stable- warmer over winter and cooler during our recent hot days. Don't skip air-sealing, and make sure to quote with Guardian if you're looking for the best result for your house!

So we decided to go with Your Energy Pros and just finally got our system up and running. It's been fantastic. Steve is very kind, nice, and professional. He has answered all the questions we had and came up with a plan that is sufficient for our need. He's always available to answer questions and phone calls whenever we had questions. He coordinated the team that came to do the installation according to our availability and that was very seamless. We can't thank him enough. The best part was Steve wasn't even pushy like other companies do. He came up with a best plan and the best price, then just let you sit on it to make your decision. I like that a lot. Thanks, Steve!

We had a great experience with Stephen Luck and his team. When we decided to get solar for our…read morehome, I met with four solar providers and I'd like to explain the two main reasons we with Your Energy Pros. First, the bid was competitive and the product os excellent. Second, the attention to detail by Stephen, when compared with the other companies we met with, was amazing. Truly, it's hard to compare the experience we had with Stephen to ANY of the other solar companies. The installation was easy, barely disrupted our lives, and the solar installation company was easy to communicate with as well. I can't say enough about the entire process.

We bought two items, solar attic fan and Eco Probiotic system. We have seen zero difference with the probiotic system. This company has horrible customer service and we have had to call numerous times trying to get a refund of the probiotic system. We leave messages and no return calls. We finally spoke to someone who we had left a message for when they answered the phone on one of our numerous calls. They will not give a refund, as they state they cant take back a used unit. They will come out and replace the unit which means they are taking back a used unit. I wish I had done research online before buying their product. As it is we agreed for them to come out and check on the performance of the project but they are no longer in our area and we have no idea when they will be again. FYI if you get the invitation BEWARE THEY WILL INSTALL WITHIN A FEW DAYS, TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

The installers, Ilya and Max, worked incredibly hard, were respectful of our home, and thoroughly cleaned everything up when they were finished. The installation took place during an intense heat wave, but they both persevered through the two-day job with a smile and a great attitude. A minor issue with the installation came to light a few days later. We called West Coast Heating and Air, and Christian, the technician, came out that same day. He worked overtime to quickly diagnose and remedy the problem, and we really appreciated his dedication and responsiveness. I highly recommend West Coast Heating and Air. Like so many people…read morewith new construction homes, I assumed that because it was new, everything would be in perfect working order. I never imagined that a serious issue with indoor air quality and humidity would end up being tied to something as critical--and overlooked--as code compliance. Before I even knew what HERS was, I had already spent thousands of dollars on inspections, specialists, and endless back-and-forths with the builder. All trying to understand why we couldn't breathe in our own home and why the humidity was constantly high. One phone call. One visit. That's all it took for Kevin to identify the root of the problem: our home was completely missing the whole-home IAQ ventilation system that was clearly listed in the original plans. Within days, he provided a detailed report with his findings and calculations. To say I was relieved would be an understatement. After five years of trying to figure this out, Kevin walked in and found it right away. Kevin was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and eager to share what he knows. He took the time to explain things in a way I could understand, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping families live in safe, breathable homes. From now on, I won't even consider buying or moving into a home without having these guys go through it first. Their expertise is invaluable--and in our case, life-changing.
