We bought two items, solar attic fan and Eco Probiotic system. We have seen zero difference with the probiotic system. This company has horrible customer service and we have had to call numerous times trying to get a refund of the probiotic system. We leave messages and no return calls. We finally spoke to someone who we had left a message for when they answered the phone on one of our numerous calls. They will not give a refund, as they state they cant take back a used unit. They will come out and replace the unit which means they are taking back a used unit. I wish I had done research online before buying their product. As it is we agreed for them to come out and check on the performance of the project but they are no longer in our area and we have no idea when they will be again. I am beyond happy with the work completed and the service they provide. Mike came out to do the estimate himself and was extremely thorough in examining the whole system. He was the only person who came out to discover the gaps in the upstairs ductwork and one of the only who even went upstairs. Mike's estimate was the only estimate I received which included replacing the ductwork and fixing the water output. He provided me with three different pricing options with different systems and we went with the Bosch system that has the option to use as a heat pump or gas. His pricing was right in the middle of the estimates I received but it was a much better system than any of the other options around the price range. I went with my gut and just knew Mike was the best option because he knows his stuff and really cares. Mike is a great communicator and gets back to you really quickly. He answered all of my questions and was clear on all aspects of the project. When Mike and Luis arrived to conduct the replacement I knew I had made the right choice. They immediately put down these tarps to make sure they didn't track dirt in the house. Throughout the whole project they were extremely tidy and the little mess they did make here or there, they made sure everything was very clean by the time they left for the day. Mike explained everything to me thoroughly and showed me how our old system had standing water and mold in it. He also made sure our carbon monoxide output was in a safe location because the previous location was extremely unsafe. He also came back today and installed an EcoBee thermostat after it was back in stock to ensure we have a monitor upstairs too because our thermostat is located in the coolest place in the house downstairs. Scheduling was easy and the basic exterior cleaning work was okay, but unfortunately the…read morefollow-through was disappointing. The crew removed the upstairs window screens as part of the cleaning. According to the company, they were still responsible for cleaning the screens, but they had arranged for my interior cleaners, who were working at the house at the same time, to put the screens back afterward. The problem is that the upstairs screens were never cleaned in the first place, and my interior cleaners said they were never told or asked to reinstall them. After everyone left, I discovered the upstairs screens were still dirty and had been left off the windows. When I contacted the company to resolve the issue, I was told they could not come back because the property was too far away and they did not have any other jobs in the area. I was also unable to personally inspect the windows and screens after they were eventually reinstalled. The current occupants are now telling me that some of the screens appear to be bent. Since I wasn't able to inspect them immediately after the cleaning, I can't say exactly when or how that happened, but it adds to the frustration of how the screens were handled and the lack of follow-through. Regardless of who was supposedly responsible for putting the screens back, cleaning them was part of the exterior company's work and that was not completed. There also appears to have been poor communication regarding who was responsible for reinstalling them. Overall, scheduling was easy and the basic cleaning was fine, but leaving the screens dirty and removed, followed by an unwillingness to return and correct the issue, was disappointing. Based on my experience, I would recommend using a different company.
