This went on for about two years and then stopped working altogether. I had a couple of other companies come out for a quote - each had different approaches to repair/replace but they didn't seem confident they could fix the issue despite the cost and wanted to tear open walls and bypass existing outlets and switches. Enter Lowell. He was prompt to bid and was able to start relatively quickly. He didn't talk himself up and was realistic with expectations, but within a half hour, he found the issue and had the lights on and figured out a repair that wouldn't involve gutting plaster walls and tearing up concrete. He updated various outlets and even repaired a glitchy interior light switch. His years of experience, especially with older homes, is exactly what I was looking for and needed. The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. A different company incorrectly installed my fan and it started to drop from my ceiling and cracked the dry wall around it. Premo was amazing, came out and reinstalled the fan properly and explained what went wrong from the previous install. They also did an amazing patch job. I'm beyond thankful and will be using Premo for all electrical projects going forward!
