The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. A different company incorrectly installed my fan and it started to drop from my ceiling and cracked the dry wall around it. Premo was amazing, came out and reinstalled the fan properly and explained what went wrong from the previous install. They also did an amazing patch job. I'm beyond thankful and will be using Premo for all electrical projects going forward!

His bank kept rejecting my payments and I ended up having to pay his wife's zelle account (??) Long version: Romo took almost 2 months to complete my project of replacing the subpanel, adding a 20 amp circuit, and repairing any damaged drywall. He and his team cancelled/ no showed on my tenant more than 5 times and was super unresponsive when scheduling. My tenant had to live in a home with holes in the walls for almost a full month before it was finally repaired. The business operates very shadily. I have asked for a receipt for my payment numerous times, and he still has not provided one. I had to pay him in 3 separate transactions via zelle because his bank kept rejecting my payments. I'm not sure how this business has a 4.8 rating on Yelp, but will not be trusting those reviews from now on.

The staff let me know I could browse around at my leisure and to let them know if I had any questions. After looking at a few, I inquired about the pricing and found them a good value. Yeah, some were out of my budget, but I also found some that were in my range and very nice. Mark was extremely helpful in getting my order placed, and his recommendation of using Electric Green to install the light was a great choice. I know I'll be back when I'm redoing some other fixtures around the house, and can't wait to see what really cool items they have to show me.
