I also found them using my kitchen sink to watch their rags, which really peeved me because they did not ask for my permission first. They left my place a mess, left several supplies in my garage without letting me know in advance that someone would not pick it up till the following day. They left for the day without letting me know they were finished, which was an inconvenience as i wasn't sure if i should stick around or wait for them to come back. They arrived on time (7:30am on a Saturday--incredibly convenient for us, as weekdays are difficult). The whole service was completed in around an hours time, with the majority of time used for setup, cleaning and moving supplies in & out of the house. Their first goal was to ensure everything in the surrounding area was covered--they laid down a plastic tarp for anything in danger of cement splash, and covered fixtures like light switches. I stepped outside for a while and was surprised to see the walls fully patched when I returned. They matched the "orange-peel" wall texture and explained that the wall would need 24 hours to dry before painting (we did not request painting services). They swept and mopped, leaving the area cleaner than when they arrived. Furthermore, the value for his service is unbeatable---another vendor quoted me 5X higher than Raul's price-- which in reflection does not seem like it would have been a fair price given how quickly Raul showed the job can get done and I am assured that final product (including clean home) is of the same (if not superior) quality as any other vendor. Raul is also extremely friendly and easy to talk to. I would 100% recommend him and would use again in the future.

They told me this without actually pulling out my CPU to test it, and claimed that I damaged it by installing my cooler wrong, and there was only a 50/50 chance my processor was still working - I don't know how they could've possibly known that without actually touching the processor at all. When they returned my computer, it was missing the card rail clip, the velcro straps that I use to manage my cables, and the front panel header had been unplugged and rewired incorrectly. This store made an already incredibly stressful situation twice as stressful and last twice as long by giving me wrong information and leaving my computer in a worse state than they received it in.

You stated in your response that customers would be getting their TVs back soon and that you do not keep customers' TVs. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Despite multiple promises over the past several months, my TV remains in your possession. What has been particularly frustrating is seeing recent reviews from customers whose TVs have apparently been repaired and returned while I continue to wait without updates or communication. I am not questioning that personal hardships may have occurred. I am simply sharing my experience as a customer: my 85" Sony TV has been gone for nearly 12 months, I have paid nearly $500, I still do not have my TV back, and I am currently receiving no responses to my messages. First, our rep Robert came to our house with tons of options and suggestions. He was able to give us a wide variety and help us select something that uniquely fit our style and budget. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly with any questions we had. When we came to the showroom, Robert dopped everything to lead us through the selection process. We could tell he was highly knowledgeable and much more intent on making us happy rather than upselling us on unnecessary products. When instillation day came our installers, Miguel and Israel, were also very professional and highly knowledgeable and skilled. Rarely have I seen harder workers than these two! Their attention to detail--such as lining up the carpet pattern on the stairs and making sure the cut pattern on the risers were balanced--was impressive. The entire job, including moving large furniture, was completed in two days. We couldn't be more pleased! We highly recommend this team for high quality products, professional treatment and advice, and an impressive installation experience.
