Needed flooring in my mother in laws repaired due to multiple soft spots. Carlos came out when he said he would, provided a quote and kindly worked with our schedule. When he came to do the detailed measurements he even kindly put a patch down to keep her safe until his return a couple days later (again - based on my schedule). He and his team were so friendly, did the work in less time than he stated and really did a good job without our needing to have any worries. Price was fair, quoted up front and didn't try to make any changes at end. Will use again read more

I had Carlos and his team out on 11/2023 and they Installed a dishwasher and I was originally quoted 1500 to run electrical line from wall to the breaker and connect the dishwasher to the sink. Upon install the. Priced that there was an outlet that was hidden which was usable so they wouldn't have to run the electrical. Despite the change of scope in work Carlos would only reduce the price down to 1300. Felt like I overpaid with the change in scope of work. Since then the dishwasher did detach from the counter top as they used 1/8 inch screws not meant for wood Would not recommend Would not recommend read more

Had a need for our range hood to be placed back up. I sent out some inquiries here on Yelp and Carlos was the one who was the most responsive. His prices were competitive and was able to come out the next morning. He took a look at the area of repair and began right away. It was a hefty hood but he found a way to prop the heap of metal and re-installed it. After install he cleaned up his area and had me take a look...the hood feels much stronger in place than last time! Carlos was real cool, went to task, he told me what the issue was. We now have his contact info saved for whenever we are looking for a handyman. Thanks Carlos!! Thanks Carlos! read more

Carlos replaced our exterior side door. He did an excellent job at a great price. Very pleasant to work with and a fast turnaround. Everything went smooth from start to finish. Will definitely be calling him again for our next project. read more

In my shower, I had them repair a few holes in my shower wall where I had to get to the plumbing behind the wall. They repaired the drywall, waterproofed the wall, and then added tiles. They provided me with the best quote for the job. They came out on the 4th of July and they did a fantastic job. They were fast and they knew exactly what they were doing. The job looks great and you can't even tell that there holes in the shower wall. read more

Great work! Easy to work with and very helpful on a handful of projects we had at the house. Would highly recommend!

They spent hours looking for the problem, CUT the WALL without my permission and didn't find or fix the problem. They don't have an idea of safety or common sense if they are cutting walls in old houses without owners permission. read more

Lagunas Maintenance Services - They cut the wall without my permission. Never solved the problem. They offered to patch it up another day but who will match the color?? - Handyman Near Me

I hired Carlos Lagunas to repair drawer slides for my built in kitchen drawers. He fixed the slides along with a piece of the wood that broke off at the bottom. On the way out he even repaired the latch on my gate. Everything including materials was included in the quote. Job was done in a couple of hours. I'd definitely recommend hiring Lagunas Maintenance for handyman jobs. read more

I would highly recommend Carlos and crew to do any handyman related jobs around the house. They came to my rental to replace rotted interior wood around the kitchen sink. They came on time, they wore their Covid-19 masks the whole time they were here, and were very professional with how they handled the job. Carlos was very patient answering any questions related and unrelated to the job and made sure we were satisfied with his response and recommendations. My wife already has a few more jobs lined up for Carlos for future jobs at our rentals and our home. If you need any type of handyman work done around the house, hiring Carlos will be the best decision you can make! read more

We needed some lower level tiles removed and new tiles measured, cut, set and replaced. Carlos sent out one of his colleagues, Ken, who did a great job matching our current grout, and was very upfront about final cost and very competitive on his pricing. Needed professional help installing a new dishwasher. Wanted to replace old copper connection with a flex hose. Carlos responded quickly to my yelp request. After talking to him I felt comfortable setting up an appointment. He was here promptly. He discovered a problem with our disposal, the washer discharged to it and was clogged. He replaced it too. Carlos is very professional. Charges were fair. We have already discussed him returning to help with other repairs. Glad I took a chance on a non-reviewed handyman. Definitely recommend him as your handyman. read more

Carlos came through in the clutch for me. I'm currently stationed overseas and need some repair jobs done around the house that my wife didn't have the time to do in preparation for selling our home. He responded quickly to my request to replace our exterior s reen door and while at our home getting the measurements for the screen door, my wife asked for him to install some drawer pulls and towel rack. His work was phenomenal. I would recommend Carlos to anyone who needs some handyman services completed around the house. His service is top notch. read more

Ever since I bought my current house, the front door and the door to my garage never aligned properly with the deadbolt. The front door had a lot of give and I had to manually put it in the right position to lock while the door to my garage required me to push in with my shoulder in order to lock. Oh, yeah, one other door in my garage needed weather stripping while I was at it. I put out my message for help on Yelp and Carlos was easily the first to respond. Not only that, we arranged for him to come out the very next morning. He showed up early and I showed him the problems and he diagnosed the issues quickly and explained them to me. A little over an hour later, he had fixed all of these issues and now all of my doors lined up perfectly. He charged me a fair price and was on his way. Highly recommend. read more

Fast response to questions. Came out the next day and fixed everything. I now have a go to handyman!

I replaced some cracked tiles on an outdoor patio table that had a tile top. Carlos sent over Ulises who did a great job. Ulises was very friendly and professional. Carlos is good with responding either by text or phone. I would use Lagunas maintenance/handyman services again. A+ read more

Carlos was quick and professional, and he did a great job for a fair price. I plan to hire him again soon.

I was in contact with them about a project, set up and appointment, and no one showed up or called.

Carlos was able to give me a good quote quickly. He is very pleasant and professional. I have to delay my project until later due to a family emergency. But I wanted to give a shout out for this company. read more

Had a issue with my rental property in CA, being out of state it's not the easiest to deal with issues at times. I searched yelp and received a few quotes, Lagunas was very prompt in responding and could get out right away which was a huge plus. Happy tenants, Happy landlord! Carlos called to confirm the appointment the night before and was on time the next morning with the scheduled time with the tenants. Carlos had the repairs done quickly and speaking with the tenant found out about other minor issues that I was not aware of, that if not addressed would have been major issues down the road and very expensive to have fixed so I'm very glad he gave me a call to let me know and he was able to take care of those items as well while he was there. My tenant also sent me a message saying he was very clean cut and friendly. The price was very reasonable and he will now be my first call for any issues down the road. Thanks again Carlos. read more

Carlos and his team were conscientious, courteous, neat and hard working. Well rounded team took care of quite a list of repairs. We will be calling Carlos again. Thank you! read more

Carlos and his crew recently did a small concrete pad (50sq ft) in our back yard. The crew was punctual and hard working. They tore out the old concrete, laid rebar, and poured new concrete all in one day. And they cleaned up everything at the end. I am very pleased with the work. read more

From the time I posted the job on Yelp, to the completion was 5 hours. Carlos obviously responded right away, he was doing a little touch up project in the same neighborhood and came right over. Quoted a fair price and started right away. Good work and left area clean. We discussed future projects. Happy to recommend. read more

Carlos is awesome! We needed a laundry list of things done to one of our rentals before the new tenants moved in. I was skeptical if he could get everything done in one day, but he did! He and his crew are super nice and respectful and it seems like there's nothing they can't do! read more
