Sergio and Jorge did a great job on my place. They are very nice guys, always on time, and do quality work. I had never remodelled before, and was worried that the paint touch-up work would stand out. I can't tell where the paint was touched up. Sergio did a very thorough job from installing fans to drywall work to paint, and a bunch of smaller stuff as well. Sergio Pelayo and his assistant Jorge just finished three weeks of work on our bathroom remodel. They did absolutely top quality work. They are professional and organized. Every day they arrived promptly at 8 o'clock. They were personable and easy to work with, and kept a steady pace all day. They had great attention to detail... I told Sergio he is more picky than I am LOL. In addition every day they completely cleaned up all their tools and left the floor and everything else in pristine condition For the next day. Pelayo Handyman Services provided great results. I will be keeping Sergio in mind for future projects. One of the interior doors in my home was damaged and I needed a handyman to replace it. Sergio was the first to respond. On that same day, Sergio came out to my place and took measurements. He also confirmed his initial estimate, which included going to Home Depot and picking up the replacement door and trim. We agreed that he would come back the following Friday to install it. Friday came and Sergio installed the door. Sergio was very efficient and courteous and cleaned up the work area after the installation. The door looks great. Sergio and his coworker were great. They showed up on time and really went the extra mile. I use contractors for my clients with my business whenever there's a need. My client purchased a new ceiling fan to replace the old one. There was an issue with the fan not working properly after being installed but Sergio stayed longer than expected to find the root cause of the problem. Sergio was great! I had a glass sliding patio door that was sluggish to open/close and appeared to have broken wheels. I called a variety of handymen. No one was willing to help me. I guess because the job was considered "small". I am pretty handy around the house, so believe me I would've done it myself if I could. That sliding glass door has double panes and over 60 pounds. Sergio was willing to come out and help me. He was punctual. He was able to get the job done relatively quickly. I highly recommend him. I contacted several handyman service to take care of a number of repairs to my Home preparatory to placing it for sale in several weeks. Most of these contacted had scheduling conflicts. Sergio was able to fit me into his schedule in time. I had about a half dozen jobs to do (electrical, finish carpentry, duct work, lock installation) some simple, some not, but all beyond my skill level.
