Vlad is all of those things: with a few days notice he was able to get our schedules to match, arrived on-time with every possible tool needed, and understood what I was hoping to accomplish. We started by clearing out the living room together, but Vlad would have done everything himself. I was reorienting the room and wanted to clean under the rugs, so we emptied that out and I cleaned while he went on to installing some bathroom fixtures after both had been painted - if he had any questions about placement he asked, otherwise everything came out level and looks great. Installing the new TV and stand was the primary thing I wanted to accomplish that day. The stand was heavy and allegedly only needed its feet installed. Sure enough we open the box and it's in 100 pieces. Vlad wasn't phases, he went about systematically emptying the box, laying out and matching parts to ensure everything was there and undamaged (a Wayfair miracle if ever there was), consolidated all the trash into the box, then meticulously assembled and leveled the stand. You'll see by his other reviews that his work mounting TVs is epic. This house is a rental so I wanted the TV on a stand at the right height. This is a man who knows how to carefully unbox and setup a new TV like his own, with Gorilla gloves on. One thing I did observe that everyone should note: when in doubt he reads the instructions. The bathroom mirror has an unusual setup for the hooks, he doubled checked it before installing. Once the TV came out of the box he double-checked the instructions for the feet before installing them - again they have an unusual option to place legs outside or inside and a height adjustment where you move screws on the leg and then push-click the legs-in. I would have just jammed it in to test, Vlad paused and confirmed before doing it right. Friendly, competent, focused, clean (himself, his work, and his work area after finishing) - Vlad is a handyman unicorn. If you need help finishing that project I can't recommend him enough.
