Jordan did an outstanding job replacing a water-damage ramp over a set of stairs. He demolished and removed the old ramp and built a new one out of concrete, which will never rot away. And he did it for a set price which was almost half of the average other quotes. I am definitely adding him to my speed dial for future projects. read more

Everything you could ask for in a handyman. Knowledgable. Kind. Respectful. Good communicator. Does great work. Reasonably priced. Honest. He did flooring, hanging new slab doors, framing a closet and some drywall repair. Usually when we have workers in the house we all feel uncomfortable and like we can't be ourselves in our own home. We never felt that way with Jordan. We will definitely hire again if we need a handyman! read more

Terrible communication. Awful workmanship. Wouldn't hire again. Okay, no, I've got to be honest - I'm just trying to keep Jordan to myself. I will be hiring him many times over. Jordan was the most responsive person I've ever had work on my home. Both his workmanship and work ethic are truly excellent. He is clean, tidy, works WAY faster than I anticipated, and I'm not sure there is anything he can't do. He is also very polite. As for his prices, I'll be honest, I didn't shop around. He was so communicative, and his reviews were really good, I was willing to pay a little more. I'm not sure I would have saved much at all if I had shopped around, though. His prices seemed VERY reasonable, but paired with his communication, his workmanship, and his speed, it was honestly a steal. My 9 year old daughter said I should give Jordan at least 20 stars. She doesn't know the max is 5. I would do 20, though, if I could. read more

Had Jordan come out to convert my barstools to counter height. The barstools are designer and expensive. I probably reminded Jordan more than once that the legs needed to be even and clean. Just watching Jordan set up outside made me feel good. Jordan was prepared and considerate of our property by using a drop cloth and closing the sliding glass door to prevent saw dust from getting inside the house. Jordan's use of a laser confirmed to me that he wasn't "freelancing" this job. The end product was exceptional. No one will ever know that our counter height stools were once barstool height. Very pleased with the outcome. Jordan was easy to talk with and did a great job listening to my wishes. read more

Very poor communication. Said he would come over for an estimate and never showed up to give an estimate.

Unfortunately, he did not do the work I asked for. He had trouble with his phone, which was understandable, and we just decided to go a different route with putting polyurethane on our floor. read more

Jordan is now our go-to handyman. Our very best handyman was retired, and we were struggled to find the right person. Finally, found it. Needless to say, just watch his work, absolutely beautiful. Old dark tiles replaced with bamboo LVP. He also repaired about 100 sqf hardwood floor that was not installed properly by the other contractor. This repair saved money a lot. read more

I recently had some work done in my backyard by Handyman Jordan and I wanted to share some before and after pictures. First he built custom shelves inside my Tuff Shed and installed a sturdy ramp and safety hand rail. Jordan also replaced my old pavers and created an ample walkway from my patio to the shed for easy access. Additionally, he created a custom artificial turf design in the backyard for my dog, which turned out better than I could imagine. In the interior of the house, Jordan made a custom Dutch Door from my existing bedroom door, so I no longer have to use the metal store bought doggie gate. For the last project, I purchased laundry pedestals for my washer & dryer. Jordan assembled the pedestals drawers and painted them to match my appliances. Now that my washer & dryer are raised off the floor, I no longer have to break my back doing laundry. I am extremely pleased with his handy work and attention to detail. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! I had two drawers that just rolled onto the floor when I pulled them out. Jordan put me on his schedule and showed up on time. Not only did he fix those two drawers, he discovered other drawers needed fixing. He fixed all of those drawers very quickly and at a fair prices. Jordan will definitely be the first one I call the next time I need something fix in my house. read more

He did great work. Already queueing up a couple of more jobs for him to do. Highly recommended.

Jordan is an A+ handyman! He was referred to me by a friend and he's already tackled 2 major projects for us in a month. Each one was done with care and looks great. Both involved complicated ceiling / drywall removal and patching and you can't tell he was ever here. Would definitely recommend! read more

Exceptional handyman. Jordan was very easy to work with. He gave me a reasonable quote, arrived on time, and did some on the spot jobs for me (hanging new mirror, removing wall decor, repairing holes, repairing antique door handle) along with painting our room. Everything was completed in one day with excellent workmanship. Jordan will be the person I call when I need more handy work done. Thank you! read more

My sister recommended Handyman Jordan, so I contacted him to build a wood awning over my side garage door. I had something specific in mind and showed him a picture. He was able to build the awning exactly like the picture. He painted the awning and installed barrel tiles on it to match my roof. I am extremely happy with the quality of his workmanship. Since Jordan did a good job on the awning, I also had him paint the entire exterior of my house, which looks fabulous! Last but not least, I have a Cal King bed frame with a King size mattress. Since the mattress is smaller than the bed frame, he built a custom piece at the footbed to prevent the mattress from sliding. He painted the wood to match the color of my existing bed frame and he even rounded the edges of the wood, so I don't scrape my hands when I tuck in the sheets. It was a very creative solution and It looks like it is part of the original bed frame. I will definitely use Handyman Jordan for future projects. read more

Jordan came out to install some shade sails that had been taken down during a remodel, and ended up making a recommendation for an improved placement that I really liked. I was very impressed that he didn't mind taking the loss of the day and coming back at a later time when we have the correct sales. I can't wait to see how the installation looks! read more

Jordan is a true professional. He completed everything I asked him to do - drywall patches, rebuilding an old window, sanding and painting three windows - in a single day, painting the drywall patches. He is a great communicator, respectful of my space, and extremely neat and tidy. He's coming back tomorrow to troubleshoot a water leak under my raised foundation house. I can't say enough good things about him. His prices seem fair and he works hard to leave everything in great shape. He will be on the top of my list for large and small repairs. He's the real deal! read more

We hired Jordan to patch some ceiling holes, remove an old smoke alarm and repair a french door. His work was careful and high quality. We were impressed that he took such care to protect our dining table while he patching the ceiling and he added texture to the ceiling to blend with the area. The cost was fair and he even adjusted the cost of the door repair when he realized that the job was not as involved as he anticipated. Jordan was professional, personable and competent. Thanks, Jordan! read more

Jordan has completed several projects at my business over the last year. He is both professional and efficient, and his work is far above standard. I can say that his attention to detail exceeds most of his peers, and he is great with problem solving on the fly. Some of the completed projects have included hanging various slatwall panels and installing fixtures, removing doors/doorframes, cutting and installing moulding, drywall work, and most recently installing mounting racks. He is my go to handyman for any projects that are needed for my business and I highly recommend him for any project, wether small or large. read more

I have been looking for a reliable handyman for awhile. During the recent storms I had an exterior wooden shudder where the wood had separated. I sent the picture to Jordan & asked if he could repair it. I had sent the request on the weekend so didn't expect to hear back from him until Monday. However, to my pleasant surprise Jordan responded back a couple of hours later & was able to give me a quote. He did an excellent job & even did some touch up paint. You can't even tell where he touched it up as it blends in with the old paint quite well. He is very professional & detailed. It is apparent he takes pride in his work & wants his customers happy. I will definitely use him again. I highly recommend him. As for costs this is the first time using him but his price for my repair was reasonable. read more

I highly recommend Jordan for his high quality craftsmanship and fair pricing. I don't think a handyman accurately describes Jordan's level of expertise and professionalism. I had him work on updates and repairs on a rental that included some plumbing, some electrical and other odds and ends.
