We needed a stair runner installed for our aging pup and for our older family members who come visit. We met with Landyn for our initial consult, Ron to check our pricing and more materials/samples and Darwin did our installation. Everything was smooth was start to finish and we love that we went with the Fabuless team for our install. Would work with them again if we need new carpet in the bedrooms or any other part of our house. read more

I met with Landyn to discuss my flooring needs. He was very upfront and helpful. He offered up the best price for what I needed and worked with my budget. Then I stopped at their suggested showroom to pick out the flooring, and he stopped by with the contract shortly after that. The whole process was quick and easy. The installers did a great job, and even returned to fix a door that wouldn't close after the new carpet was installed. Great customer service and value. read more

Great customer service. We didn't go with them but everything was top notch professionalism.

Super professional. Quality work and easy payment options. Great communication. Highly recommend.

Truly worth the 5 stars rating! Scott and his team have been extremely helpful and kind to us during the past two years. I highly recommend this business for any flooring needs. Let me preface this with some background - I bought a house a few years ago and I started noticing uneven floors in the kitchen. This was probably due to the original installers installing the island on top of the flooring, and not having enough space in btwn the flooring to breathe / bad installation. While looking for quotes, we did a lot of research beforehand so we could be prepared and understand what needed to be done so we wouldn't be upcharged. When we met Scott he was very friendly, knowledgeable with all of our questions, and eager to work with us. I feel like not a lot of contractors were as helpful and took us seriously so we were really excited to work with Scott. His prices were fair and we really appreciated him being flexible and working with our budget too. Fast forward to the installation, everything was great and the floors turned out beautiful! Abraham and his team were very professional, kind, and if we had any issues they were quick and open to fixing them. They were always on time and the flooring installation was pretty quick and painless (just be mindful that with this type of work the house will get dusty so be prepared to clean afterwards). They did the self leveling, added moisture barrier and installed our floors. We also asked them to redo our stairs / baseboards too so everything would match. Our stairs had some exposed edges that made it kind of difficult to rework and Abraham was able to figure out a nice way to make them look nice. A year later, we had a pipe leak / foundation issues and we reached out to Scott again to help provide a quote for our insurance since they were damaged. Scott was always one phone call away whenever we needed him to answer questions or stop by to provide quotes. We ended up working with him one more time because we trusted his team to redo our floors. Due to the nature of these unfortunate events, there were a lot of issues going back and forth with insurance, other contractors, and Scott was probably the most consistent one who we knew was on our side. He was always helpful, provided sound advice, and was just a great person to work with. I truly felt like he had our best interest and was working to help us fix our issues instead of just being a salesman and getting the most he could from us. He was helping us without a guarantee we would work with him because of all the insurance obstacles. It's really difficult to find people like that and I'm truly grateful for Scott and his team! The new floors turned out great! Since we only fixed part of our floors, I just want to mention that our original floors still look great no issues with them so far after a year! read more

We recently had Fabuless Floors install laminate flooring on our upstairs and staircase. Our overall experience was positive. The project started with a detailed and transparent quote, and the finished floor looks great. While a few areas could be improved--particularly communication and post-installation details--the team was generally professional and easy to work with. Pros: 1. Clear and transparent quote: The cost breakdown was well-organized and easy to understand, standing out compared to other bids. This transparency made us feel confident about what we were paying for. 2. Convenient payment options: Paying by credit card was simple and seamless--50% was charged upfront, and the remaining balance after the installation was complete. 3. Careful measurement process: The manager Scott and his son took the time to measure the space thoroughly using a laser tool. The estimate slightly overshot our actual needs by about 7%, resulting in a few extra boxes, but the attention to detail in the measuring process was appreciated. 4. Professional and friendly installer: Jorge was hardworking, respectful, and a pleasure to work with. He brought a positive attitude and did his job with sincerity. 5. Strong final result: The completed floor looks beautiful and high-quality. A few small issues came up, but they were promptly addressed after follow-up visits. Areas for improvement: 1. Minor squeaking: There are a few spots with light squeaky sounds when stepped on. Scott assured us this is common with floating floors and should settle over time. 2. Staffing expectations: We were initially told that two installers would handle the job, but for most of the project only one person was on site. This extended the timeline from the estimated 5 days to about 8.5 days, though the installer worked diligently throughout. 3. Room for better communication: There were occasional disconnects in communication--both between us and the installer Jorge, and between Jorge and the manager Scott. Jorge was quiet and focused, but a bit more proactive communication around scheduling and updates would have helped. Some of the details we discussed with Scott didn't seem to fully make it to Jorge, and in person re-explanation was required. 4. Cleanup oversights: Some dust was left behind, and the garage door was accidentally left open overnight--likely due to an oversight or an inexperienced helper. Additional staff training could help prevent this in the future. read more

This review is long overdue as we had the floors installed 1.5 years ago. This company has done an amazing job installing our luxury vinyl flooring. Scott helped us navigate the many types, colors and textures to select from and his team did a superb job in installing both the flooring and the baseboard. They installed even under a large loft bed without having to take it apart. The team was courteous and always cleaned up at the end of each day. The contrast between the flooring and the baseboard really made it snap. Recently when a defect became apparent Scott has his team come out and replace that whole section. They went above and beyond in their service and were very happy with our decision. read more

We had the best experience EVER working with Fabuless Floors and would recommend them to anyone! OUR PROJECT: New vinyl plank throughout two-story townhouse New carpet on the stairs New baseboards throughout OUR TEAM: Scott was our project manager. His thorough, consistent (and fast!) communication made the whole process a dream. He clearly loves what he does and brought a joyful energy to the project. He took his time to answer our questions, educate us about different products & practices, and help us come up with a plan we felt comfortable with. He never pressured us into making decisions or rushed us along in the process. He was committed to doing things right and making the process enjoyable, and that was evident throughout the project. My husband and I are in the middle of some other home improvement projects, and having now worked with a few other contractors, we joke that we wish we could hire Scott to be our project manager for everything because he was the best!! Definitely set the bar high. :) Abraham & Gabriel installed the vinyl plank and Darwin installed the carpet on our stairs. They were always on time and great with communication. They let us keep large furniture in the house, moved it for us and even added pads to everything to protect the new floors. They kept the house as clean and livable as possible for us along the way, which we so appreciated! They were spot-on with their estimate of how long the project would take, and they never left us waiting or wondering what was happening. And last but not least... they did a phenomenal job on the install itself!! Darwin even solved a major pain point in the stairwell by installing custom trim/siding along our exposed-edge stairs to make it look finished & match the style of our baseboards. Definitely went above & beyond to make sure we loved the finished product! And for bonus points, our neighbors said that they were very considerate and respectful! They kept common areas clear, moved their truck quickly if needed, and cleaned up every day. This is a loud and messy process so we were thrilled to hear that from our neighbors!! Overall we're super happy with how the new floors turned out, as well as the process it took to get here. The Fabuless team went above and beyond to make sure of that! Thanks guys!!!! :) read more

Scott came out with many samples and we found a product that worked for us . We used an outside source for install due to our budget. Scott was professional and friendly and answered all my emails and phone calls . My only problem was is we should have double checked material amount with contractor we knew we would have about 2 boxes because that's what scott recommended for future need but we ended up with 5 boxes . Could have saved a few hundred had we ordered less. I would use this company for any future flooring needs over big companies like home depot or lowes . Their product is by far superior and alittle less than home depot. Update : Scott messaged me thanking me for my business. Scott was generous and credited me for extra material. This is a company that stands behind their product I wish all companies where as professional and just down right amazing . Thank you read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE! I have been going through months to find the perfect company and affordable prices! I had Roman who helped me with everything and the first thing he asked was " what is your budget" and after that he made sure everything was in my budget and I got what I want! He has the best customer service and always kept great communication. There is a initial deposit fee then the final fee at the very end. I was given receipts for both transactions so made it very trustworthy. If you pay with credit card there's a 3% charge. Did I also mention they took me in the same week?! The company itself is amazing. The 3 men who did my carpet were super nice and quick. Highly highly recommend this company and specifically Roman! Thank you so much Roman if you're reading this! read more

What a great company. I used them in my condo to put in some carpet and it went flawlessly. So when my wife bought a house and needed floors, I knew who to call. The house is about 2000sf, and we had vinal planking put in the whole house, including the stairs. The pictures speak for themselves, just look at the work. There were no major hiccups during the project. A few minor things came up and Scott, Abraham, and Gabriel jumped on top of it immediately. They did everything they could to please my wife and myself. I don't know what else to say, other than use these guys if your want floors!!!!!! read more

We recently moved into a house with vibrant red carpet (so vibrant the sunlight would reflect off and make our walls appear pink!), and it was top of our renovation list to replace it. We set up consultations with several vendors in the area, and we were won over by Greg's approach. He arrived on time, was warm and courteous (bonus points for taking off his shoes at the door and playing with our cat), patiently answered our questions without pushing anything, and offered competitive pricing. Greg communicated with us throughout the process, and on the day of, the installation guys arrived on time and got straight to work. Abraham and Gabriel did a beautiful job leveling our subfloor, replacing the baseboards, and installing the luxury vinyl plank flooring. The job took two days, and the room looks fantastic (even my boss who was rooting for me to keep the epic carpet reluctantly agrees)! We can't recommend their work highly enough. We just had our wood flooring replaced in our whole house by the Fabulous Team. Scott, Eddie and Gabriel did a Fabulous Job! From the initial estimate (Scott was very detailed and took care in getting everything we wanted) to Eddie/Gabriel working hard and on schedule to deliver the best install. Very dependable and were very easy to work with. If we pointed out any items during the install they jumped right on it to resolve. I would highly recommend Fabulous to anyone! read more

Bottom Line: Great service, would use again. Full Story: From my initial contact with Scott to setup the consultation, I had a feeling I was going to go with them. Scott was very friendly and responsive and seemed like a person I wanted to work with. During our initial consultation, he spend a lot of time going over every detail and answering all our questions. He offered his experience and advice on what materials are good/bad in different areas. He must of spent over an hour and a half. The project was redo-ing all the floors in my in-laws new home, mostly wood but carpet upstairs. The project also required demolition of some tile to replace with wood, which they quoted a very reasonable rate. Now, my mother-in-law is VERY picky. She is a retired architect, so she knows her way around construction and these types of projects. So she's no slouch. Scott and his team did great putting up with all her requests for minor adjustments and nit-picks. They handled it better than I could! I was the main point of contact for the project, trying not to stress my in-laws out in their old age, but MIL still had tons requests I had to bring to Scott and he did his best to accommodate all of them. In the end, the in-laws were satisfied with the product. Scott was very communicative during the entire process which I appreciated. Constantly updating me to the status of project, or installation timelines. Everything was done on-time and as planned. Overall the experience was great and I would definitely use them again (if he can tolerate us again)! read more

So in love with our new floors and so happy we had Fabuless Floors install them! We got estimates from 5 companies but Scott really won our business with his low key, helpful and professional manner. He explained the process well and made it clear that our satisfaction was their goal. All the glowing reviews definitely helped with the decision. The price was on point and never went up, unlike some other contractors we have worked with. We had about 1200 sq. ft. of flooring to replace, a hodgepodge of old tile, carpet and laminate. My husband uses a walker so we really needed smooth flooring with as few a transitions as possible. We went with Cali Vinyl Plus in White Aspen. It is FloorScore certified, a gorgeous color and neutral enough to go with most other colors. Fabuless Floors had no problem getting the exact product we wanted while other companies didn't carry that color or brand. The Fabuless team, Scott, Edgar, Manny, and Carlitos were super responsive, respectful and a true pleasure to work with. They communicate often and kept us posted on what was happening, even when we were at a hotel for a few days during demo. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere if you can, it's dusty! Especially with tile. We also painted the interior prior to the install, not having to be careful about drips on the old floor. It feels like we are on vacation in our own home, the perfectly installed new flooring makes such a difference!! We highly recommend Fabuless Floors and will be spreading the word to friends and family. read more

At the end of 2019 we completed a whole house remodel with a remodeling company. When we selected our luxury vinyl plank flooring, the remodeling company insisted that we use their flooring installers, assuring us that they were qualified professionals. Approximately 14 months later we started to notice gaps between the floor planks throughout the house, as well as large 1/4-1/2 inch gaps in one area where the floor meets the wall. We contacted the remodeling company and sent photos but they refused to discuss the issue with us because we were two months past our Warranty window. We were livid and frustrated. I found Fabuless Floors on yelp and called to see if they could fix our issue. Scott asked for pictures and the product information. He spent time researching our flooring and offered to come over to our house FOR FREE to assess whether the issue was the flooring, the installation, or both. He gave us free advice on how to address the problem, and fortunately we don't need to have our flooring re-installed. Thank you, Scott! Scott clearly cares about his craft and is knowledgeable about flooring and installation. We worked with dozens of contractors during our remodel and NONE had the kindness and integrity that Scott showed - and he didn't make a penny off of us. We will use Fabuless Floors for any flooring projects in the future and will refer them to everyone we know. Please give them a call - we can't say enough good things about them! read more

When looking for a flirting company, Fabuless Floors is the way to go!!!! The owner, Scott, is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and honest. When we decided to get new flooring, Fabuless Floors first came to my attention due to their impressive number of 5-star Yelp reviews. After meeting Scott when he came to take measurements, I felt comfortable with him right away. He is so personable and he really listened to us regarding what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. Although we got quotes from 2 other companies we took no time at all in choosing Fabuless Floors, not only because of the very fair price and value for what we were getting, but also because Scott made us feel so at ease. He was always quick to respond via text or email to any questions or concerns we had, both before the installation and throughout the entire process. The job entailed removing all of the existing carpeting and tile from my second-story condo and installing new vinyl plank flooring throughout. Abraham and his team of installers showed up on time every day and got right to work. They would check in with me each morning before starting to let me know what they'd be doing that day and to see if I had any concerns. I can't say enough about how helpful and communicative Abraham was. He was consistently responsive to any questions or requests I brought to his attention during the installation. To everyone's surprise, once the existing carpet and tile was removed it became clear that the subfloor would need an extreme amount of leveling before the vinyl plank could be installed. To Scott and Abraham's credit, they took the time necessary to do the job right instead of cutting corners. Even with all of the extra leveling (which is time-consuming since the compound needs to dry completely before the floor can be installed), the team finished on-schedule and on-budget. They're amazing. As far as the finished floor, we honestly could not be happier. My condo looks so much bigger and nicer it's like waking up in a new house every morning. I really appreciate all the attention to detail with the flooring, baseboards and trim. And a special thank you to Scott is in order. I can be quite a stress case in situations like this, but Scott was endlessly patient and encouraging. If you're looking to have new flooring installed, do yourself a huge favor and contact Fabuless Floors. read more

Scott and his guys are a dream to work with. We've all had our fair share of frustrating house projects and the companies we contract with to help. But Scott has the flooring business down to a science. I'm sure it happens in some circumstances, but with our project, there was no coming back with additional costs once they started. (And let me tell you, we were terrified with what he might find under the carpet of our 1940's home that came with the house when we bought it.) He'll tell you himself that he hates doing business with ppl who come back with additional costs, so he does his absolute best not to do it himself. His pricing was very competitive, only slightly higher than others bc the others "can't quote the work under the current flooring." But he was able to, just by stomping around. We did have an issue with our flooring option being out of stock but he works very quickly! Made some calls and got me an exact match from a different line within the hour. The project didn't have to be moved back at all! The work his guys do is incredible. Quick, methodical, and the finished work is beautiful. But the best part about working with Fabuless Floors is the communication. Response time is outstanding and we were kept up to speed the entire process. read more

I was referred to Scott's team at Fabuless Floors and I couldn't be happier with their work. I have worked with contractors before on big projects but this BY FAR was the BEST experience I have ever had with a contractor and their team! The one thing that gave me confidence in Scott and his team was the consistent communication and transparency that they provided, so that we were all on the same page to ensure everyone's expectations were met! From ordering the flooring, to scheduling the work to be done and finishing the work, they were always happy to answer any questions and address any concerns I had. The other thing I REALLY appreciated from Scott and his team was their flexibility. I was hoping to move in by a certain date and Scott and his team were able to move things around and even work partially on the weekend. Although it wasn't guaranteed that it would be done before move in, they were able to COMPLETE the work before move in. I also had an installation of appliances during the time of work being done. I just had to communicate with Scott's team to inform them of when the appliances were being delivered and installed, which they then informed me that they would complete the area where the appliances would be installed before the new appliances arrived. Overall, working with Scott, Abraham and their team at Fabuless floors, customer satisfaction is their priority. With their excellent communication and transparency on the process, I had confidence that they would meet my expectations. I wish there was a "Scott" for every kind of service! read more

My first contact with Fabuless Floors was through Yelp. I mentioned I wanted an estimate to have luxury vinyl planks installed in our home. Scott responded within minutes. We agreed to an appointment time. From that initial contact, Scott updated me in real time. Sending me with reminders of our appointment and ETA to my home. He arrived at my home on time. From that moment on, things went perfectly. He took measurements. Was very patient with all my questions. That same day he contacted me with the estimate. My wife and I had already picked out the flooring we wanted. Fabuless floors picked the materials up and brought them to our home to start and complete the project. Abraham and Gabriel were the professionals that were responsible for the demo and install of the LVP. What was very appreciated, the estimate included moving all larger items of furnishings and putting them back in place when the project was completed. Also they put furniture pads (sliders) under each piece of furniture where needed. They arrived on time each day. From the time they got out of their vehicles , they immediately went to work. That included painting and installing baseboards. At the end of each day, clean up was done. Most importantly, we had a bed to sleep in each evening. Also we were would told when they would arrive the next day and what they would accomplish and complete. From start to finish, the whole project was completed as promised. A project of this magnitude would have been stressful for me. Stress was greatly reduced by the way this project was handled. This was a very reasonable, great value for the price we paid.
