We had a few companies come out to estimate our floors, we knew we needed work done on the sub flooring, before we could lay the LVP. One company said we should have the floor fixed first, I called All about flooring and a few other companies, When Elias and Jesus came they took the time to pull the rug out and move furniture to really see what was needed. None of the other companies did that. We ended up going with All about flooring to do the whole job not just the floor repair. They went above and beyond to level our floors the best they could. Our floors are beautiful, They laid carpet on the stairs and all of upstairs. other companies said we had to have our toilets replaced by a plumber and the railing on the stairs had to be removed by us, they did it all and helped move in some of our furniture.
