I had to reschedule one week out because my other contractor wasn't finished and I didn't want both of them working in the kitchen at the same time. He arrived exactly at 9:30am and asked what exactly I needed done and I showed him. I was kinda surprised that it took 5 hours to install 2 storage racks in my garage but whatever. Then he came inside to install the pedant lights and said that he couldn't install them because he's not a licensed electrician.
