I asked for his card after he did really high-quality work, and I've called him several times for various jobs since. I've been a property manager for 20 years, so I've had a lot of experiences with handymen. I used Dan for the first time on my personal home this month. I'm doing some remodeling, so I hired him to install a sink, a couple of faucets, replace some light fixtures, repair my dishwasher, fix some drywall damage, etc. Dan is great to interact with. He's well spoken and professional. Very organized and focused, so he works fast. The problem with a lot of good handymen is that their customer service sucks, so it's a trade off-- deal with a jerk because he knows his stuff. Dan isn't like that at all.
