I needed a sink replaced and Evgenii quoted me a very fair price, so we scheduled a time for him to come out. He is very communicative and friendly, follows up, and is an all around nice person. He will always answer your messages if he is able to. He came out to remove my old sink, which he did, and when trying to install the new one I bought, we discovered it was too big because of the counter top. He suggested we get someone to cut the countertop. Bummer. I was feeling stressed, but there was nothing I could do right then and there. I offered to pay up front because I felt terrible that he came out to do a half job because of some miscalculations on my part(or rather the odd cut the previous installers did). He declined payment then and offered to come back whenever I let him know. Great. We left the old sink out to lessen the fuss and I returned the new sink and ordered another one, hoping it would fit. We waited about 5 five days (ship faster, Home Depot!!) and got the new sink. I was sure it would fit and...it did not. It was slightly too big. These countertops are the devil. Getting someone to cut the counter tops would cost me an extra $600 at least(only a small piece needed to be cut). I sent a text stating that we would just need to put the old sink back(of course we would still pay), but Evgenii said he and the guys would find an optimal solution and for me to take pictures of the situation. I felt relived he was still trying to help. He came over earlier than expected the next day with a cutting tool and although he had never cut counter before, he got the job done carefully. He was able to trim the counter, trim some small wedges on the sides of the new sink and voilà! He was able to put the new sink in, install the drains and the faucet, and reconnect it all. Finished it all with some caulking and he was done. I am honestly stunned at how amazing Evgenii was throughout the entire debacle. He was thoughtful and hardworking, committed to a solution. Seriously, the best interaction I have ever had with a small business. This team is going places. They will get the job done for you. Just one example of how competent and reliable these guys are: We hired them to install two LED ring hallway chandeliers. One of the chandeliers arrived with a defective LED and normally this would mean removal of the chandelier, Return back to the vendor Wait for the replacement to come back and install the replacement. Instead, these guys diagnose the problem and performed an on-site repair using their soldering kit and finished the installation so we never had to go through the aforementioned tedious steps. We have used them to do 11 repairs and installations now including the assembly of two enormous standing work benches for the garage. They also installed a very complex overhead garage LED matrix which was done faster and cheaper compared to what it would have taken another installer to do. The only hesitation I have in recommending these guys is that once everybody else sees how good they are, it might make it harder for me to book them in the future! 5/5, without a doubt. read more
