The tech left and told me that the fixtures were not functioning and would need to be diagnosed with another visit. I was given a quote for 1100 dollars to fix the issue. I called Premo and Sergio sent over 2 techs within the hour. They were able to resolve the issue in half an hour. They were polite and professional. It was a simple fix and it cost me $350 vs 1100. A different company incorrectly installed my fan and it started to drop from my ceiling and cracked the dry wall around it. Based on its Yelp reviews, I gave TechHub Direct a call. I arranged a time to drop of the Chromebook. Within a couple of days, Anthony let me know it was ready for pickup. Turns out, after running various diagnostics, there were no apparent software or hardware problems. It was a power reboot that fixed it. The Chromebook has been running normally since I picked it up, and I've changed my charging method to be sure I don't overcharge it.
