This place is my absolute favorite when I'm craving legit Cantonese seafood. The fish, crab, you name it, it's always fresh and cooked perfectly, just like luxury seafood restaurants in Guangzhou, China. I swear, every bite takes me back to family dinners. It's also a perfect spot for big groups (they have a karaoke machine). We've rolled up with over 10 people, and they took care of us with huge portions, lazy Susans spinning, no stress. And if you speak Cantonese, chat up the aunties! They're hilarious and will probably tease you while recommending the best/freshest dishes. 100% my comfort-food go-to in Seattle when I visit.

Felt hungry at 8:50pm and despite them closing at 9pm, they were able to accommodate our order and get the food out hot and ready within 10 minutes! We ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, Chinese Broccoli, Wonton Soup, and Crispy Noodles. They were all solid, except the wonton soup was below average. Would recommend pairing an extra bowl of rice to-go with the Kung Pao chicken. We hesitated to order from here because of the reviews on Yelp but honestly not bad! Does the job when you're looking for standard Chinese food.

Food here is pretty good, also their waitress/servers has always been very nice to me. They also got some dishes that other places don't. Like the beef innards, I haven't found any other places in Seattle that sells that, and they make that really good too~ Their dim sum is also really good, but make sure you go early cause it's more fresh, they stop making them probably around 2-3pm. Should definitely give this place a try!

This appetizer is very good- it's called rice noodle with spareribs. The other picture is rice noodles.

In Houston I'd give it 4 stars but it's a Seattle 5. Food's quite good and reasonably priced.

One star because service is so rude. Screwed up my order with no apology of the horrendous wait. Food is pretty good, just terrible service.

You can either tell them what you want or order with the slip of paper. 4-5 tables are available and one restroom is available for customers. Sui Mai 9/10: So delicious and very good size. Ha Gao 8/10: As you would expect and always a solid choice Shrimp rice paper rolls: 7/10: For the portion more soy sauce would have been great! Rice paper is chewy but a little thick and shrimp is good with no seafoody taste.

The…read moreservice was poor, and communication was difficult because the staff spoke very little English, making it hard to ask questions or understand the menu. Another inconvenience was that they only accepted cash, which was unexpected and frustrating. I understand that every restaurant has its own way of doing things, but as a first-time customer, I expected a more welcoming experience and clearer communication. Overall, the visit was uncomfortable and not what I had hoped for. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to return and would not recommend it to others looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience.

Ambience. A Service. A…read moreGood. A Price A. Moshi-Moshii has found a new Chinatown darling! I do love a restaurant anniversary--especially when the celebration includes DIM SUM at $4.99 a dish! Now THAT is my kind of party. Happy 11th Anniversary, Hong Kong Bistro! Been a while coming back and already I'm wondering why it took Moshii so long to arrive at the table! I finally tried the Chinese Doughnut Rice Noodle Roll--a first for me--and now I understand the obsession. That wonderfully chewy rice noodle wrapped around the crispy Chinese doughnut is such a delicious textural contrast. Add a bowl of warm rice congee and suddenly you understand why these traditional combinations have stood the test of time. Then came the Xiao Long Bao--delicately steamed, filled with luscious juices and a lovely little morsel of pork hiding inside. One bite and careful, darling... don't spill the treasure! The Peanut Chiu Chow Dumpling, Hong Kong Bistro style, was another delightful surprise--steamed, nutty and packed with wonderful flavor. And the Lo Mai Gai--sticky rice filled with those wonderfully unctuous, savory little goodies tucked inside. Remind me - Chinese sausage, beef minced and black mushroom. Comfort food wrapped up in a little bundle of deliciousness. And those $4.99 anniversary specials? Darling... Moshii is officially a FAN! Good food, good tradition, generous portions and a restaurant celebrating 11 years by sharing the love with its customers. Seattle Chinatown, you may have just acquired one more devoted dim sum queen. #HongKongBistro #SeattleChinatown #DimSum #SeattleFoodie #MoshiiEats

Cod with tofu claypot: there was a bunch of fish and tofu in here, gravy was good, came out hot, would get again Beef chow fun: loved the flavor, didn't love the texture of the beef where it was a little mushy/soggy?, might try with a different protein next time Salted fish and chicken fried rice: a classic, usually one of the dishes we get to scope out a place, not too oily, pretty tasty with chunks of chicken and salted fish String beans: didn't really like this dish, string beans weren't crunchy, the sauce was a bit sweet, I would try a different veggie dish next time Chili oil: the chili oil at the table is pretty tasty and spicy!

This place is a bit underrated and under recognized in Seattle's Chinatown district. One thing is…read morefor sure though, the Hong Kong foods & beverages here are 5/5 good tasting, authentic, and handmade Hong Kong style. Yes, there aren't too many of these old spots available anymore across the U.S. as dining out is expensive, especially at overpriced & overvalued modern Hong Kong style restaurants nowadays. 5/5 for excellent customer service too. They are welcoming, warm, and friendly here if you decide to chat a moment with them. The place isn't modern or fancy inside. It's a very casual atmosphere and the building itself is unique. Credit cards accepted. Originally, we were just going to stop by for fast HK style breakfast or something light before heading to the airport later that early evening. Surprisingly, after we had a plain porridge/oyster sauce ginger scallion noodles/rice noodles/water & coffee, we actually ended up talking to the boss lady in Cantonese for another good two hours. She treated us to two teapots of good authentic Chinese brewed green tea. That was a very good hydration stop and we got to know her a bit. Good people. We added the favorite HK french toast afterwards which was excellent/exactly the way we like it to be. Old HK cafe/coffee spots can be good. Scan QR code on table if dining in or use the self service kiosk by the door. Note, they do get lots of online takeout orders, so just be patient when waiting for foods. Boss lady said that Seattle Chinatown has been hit hard due to high inflation times. There were cases where groups of families ate here and didn't pay/they took off eating free foods. Small businesses suffer. We were very satisfied with our stop and look forward to coming back in future. Foods are great tasting and authentic. Harmony Palace deserves more appreciation in Seattle's Chinatown district. Love it here. Good first impression for sure.

The lovely woman who works there recommended ordering the wontons in chili oil. The wontons had a big pocket of pork on one side and a nice piece of shrimp on the other side. It was outstanding. I also had the beef and vegetable chow fun. It was very good. The vegetable was Chinese broccoli. Combined with the tender pieces of beef in a sauce and skinnier rice noodles, the dish was decidedly less greasy than the other chow fun I have had elsewhere. As a Seattle native, I'm pleased that Harmony Palace joins the other noteworthy, long time restaurants in the International District. I highly recommend. They serve dim sum, soup and main dish entrees.
