I love coming here to enjoy health conscious meals with like minded friends in a super cute environment with vibrant colors and decor, hipster vibe. Their menu is amazing and includes many vegan options as well. So everyone can enjoy something based on their personal lifestyle but one thing everyone will have in common is the clean ingredients regardless of dietary preferences. I semi-customized my smaller bowl (my choice) with sweet potato, quinoa and corn and chicken due to my own macro preferences but friends had avocado toast with an egg on it and looked amazing as well. Another had a beautiful salad! All in all, we were pretty satisfied with our choices. I also had their green tea and I thought it was a perfect addition to my meal, super refreshing. The service was lovely as well. The lady in the counter let me know I could customize my meal if I preferred when I mentioned the items I didn't want hence why I was undecided. She was super helpful. I have been to this location many times (before covid and after), I am surprised that I have not written a review before. The ordering line was out of the door but surprisingly it move very quickly and they opened up another station (to-go area) to take orders too. I love their simple hummus, but today I felt like something more. I got the pick a protein + 2 sides: chicken with double mac and cheese. I got a green ice tea too. Thank goodness our group (6), the other 3 got there before us and got a table already. Sometimes it can be hard to get a table when they are super busy. Note to the management: Plant-based eaters eat a higher volume (not necessarily weight) of food to keep satiated. Gluten free eater. I've been to a few of these restaurants and never left a review. The restaurant was busy but the wait staff was quick to "seat" people and bring out foos. I never felt rushed. It was busy but I didn't think it was too noisy or crowds (even though it was) I'm excited to report they label all their meals on what is gluten free. It's nice not having to guess what I can eat or not. They do offer ciders for those looking for an alcoholic gf beverage. I like dry ciders and the Austin dry cider is good but I could go drier. It's a good balanced cider. I ordered the forbidden rice with chicken. Any protein would have been good. This was a an amazing dish. It was TERRIBLy flavorful. Everything went so well together. My husband got the goddess bowl with no protein and he was just as filled as I was. The tea was good. We mixed Arnold Palmer for the drive home. They have something for everyone- vegan, vegetarians, meat eaters, picky eaters, etc. I've been to a few other FC locations before moving to Gilbert. I've now been to this location 2-3x and the new Chandler location once. Parking is easy and plentiful. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating available. I love the variety on the menu and although I want to try everything, I seem to always gravitate towards the glow bowl with salmon. It comes with spicy sweet potato noodle, bok choy, zucchini, onion, jalapeño, shiitake mushroom, coconut milk, and sunflower butter. All my favorites in one delicious bowl! Full of flavor and different textures. I can't help but order this every time. I occasionally get one of their unique and refreshing teas. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Personally, I think that the protein is not worth it as much especially for the entrees. It's good, but the protein is not worth the price. The salads are really good and they have alternative dressing like lemon avocado dressing (my fav). They have seasonal items. The sides changes sometimes depending on the season. My favorite sides are the sweet corn and quinoa, Yuzu Brussels sprouts, red chili glazed sweet potato, bbq heirloom carrots, or butternut squash risotto. The carrot zoodles, also sparse. Don't let the photo fool you, tofu was sliced THINGS. I immediately bloated and regretted not getting the dressing on the side. It made this dish too salty and heavy. My mom and I came here on a Saturday for a late lunch date. When we arrived, it was about 12:45 and there was a line out the door to order. We waited about 20 minutes to actually order our food, but it was nice they had canopies over the line and a water stand. An employee asked people waiting in line how many were in their party and then would put a number on a table either inside or outside to reserve it for that group. I ordered the Cam's Power Meal and my mom ordered the Mother Earth Bowl. We chose to sit outside, and we didn't wait too long for the food to come out, as it was a little past the lunch rush. My mom and I both LOVED our entrees. My salmon was cooked perfectly, it was soft and buttery and fresh with just the tiniest bit of crisp on the edge. The roasted broccoli was also excellently flavored, and they still had a bite to them, not mushy at all. And the gluten free mac and cheese...you can't go wrong. My mom also loved her grain and veggie bowl and now wants to recreate it at home! Between the delicious food, good atmosphere, good prices and friendly employees, we will definitely be back again to try more! I already have my eye on a few dishes to try next. ;) read more
