I had a great experience at ChopShop recently! Food is solid but I really wanted to call out the staff. I walked in for a salad during the week around 2pm, and placed an order on the self-order screen. This was my first time at ChopShop so I didn't know what to expect. After waiting for maybe 11 minutes, I circled around to the self-pickup area and didn't see my salad. The staff immediately came over, apologized, gave me a free drink, and had my salad out in two minutes. It was such a kind and unnecessary gesture, and one I really appreciated. I had the BBQ Salad with chicken which was fantastic. All the elements of the salad were super fresh and flavors were all there. I really want to go back to try the Thai bowl. So I am a frequent Chop Shop customer, I go to them all over the valley as I love their iced tea. I would say sometimes things are great and sometimes not so great. Love their smoothies, not a huge fan of their breakfast items beyond the chia pudding parfait which again can be hit or miss. I love their hot honey bowl but will only eat it in now. Made the mistake of getting to go. One would think when taking it to go they might separate the hot and cold ingredients and/or put the hummus/hot honey on the side. They don't, so by the time I made it home my cauliflower rice had wilted the mixed greens. This is gross, wilted spinach is a thing when cooked but not mixed greens. Also the chicken itself was 4 tiny pieces the size of my pinkie finger. Well you guessed it I got a feedback link. Their response was to tell me it should be hot and provide me with $10 for a meal that cost me $18 with tip. I responded with a recommendation to separate the hot and cold ingredients but I will never order a bowl for take out again. I am giving them 3 stars because like I said it is hit or miss. read more

I tried some of her food and I do prefer a more crispy sweet potato (the ones in her bowl were more on the soft side) but that is just my preference and it was still tasty. I've ordered here once before, but it had been some time since I was last here. I had an appointment nearby and needed to grab lunch on my way back to the office. I ordered a Moroccan Turkey sandwich with their seasonal lemonade (dragonfruit basil for $1!!). They have a pick-up station in the back of their building (west end) where your order is packaged with your name. I was able to get my items and my drink and head out. The sandwich was SO GOOD. It was turkey, avocado, roasted red pepper, red grape, cucumber, house greens, yogurt sauce, red wine vinaigrette, and multi-grain bread I would order that again and again if I worked closer to this location. Haven't been to a ChopShop in a while, but came here with my partner and his dad a few weeks ago. I absolutely love this location with all its natural lighting, the cute flowers on every table, and the nice outdoor patio. Plus, it's got tons of parking, which makes it even more stress-free! We ordered at the kiosks, which was helpful for thinking through customizations (I always get flustered when someone asks me a question that I wasn't prepared to answer), and the food came out quickly and the staff was super nice when they brought our food to us (I'm impressed how quickly they found us given that all they had was the number sign on our table). I wanted something a little more substantial so I got the Green Curry Tofu bowl with Brown Rice and Sweet Potato Hash. It had scallions, sesame seeds, cilantro, sugar snap peas, and just this really delicious green curry sauce. I was worried at first with how little sauce there was, but the sauce is so potent that just a little bit goes a long way. The tofu was well crisped, and the sweet potato hash had its own seasoning (maybe with paprika and cumin?) but it paired nicely with the green curry flavors. All in all a great experience. Some days I get it with the Forbidden Rice and some days I get it with brown rice. It's delicious either way. The green curry sauce is flavorful and I can't get enough! It's so good. The juices and fruit bowls are fresh and tasty. I either get the cool down with watermelon, pineapple, apple, lime, and ginger or the slim squeeze with pear, strawberry, orange, apple, kiwi, and lemon. So refreshing! I'm admittedly not a huge kale fan, but it really worked well in this salad. The mix of romaine, kale, tomato, golden raisins and corn was a light and flavorful bite! I always ask for the dressing on the side as sometimes the Caesar is off to me, but their version was absolutely delicious! I got the spicy Korean steak bowl, for my bases I went with the brown rice and sweet potato hash, extra Korean sauce, and avocado sliced.
