There seems to be an incredibly high employee turnover because almost every visit, the person taking my order doesn't even seem familiar with the menu. I order the exact same thing regardless of which Salad and Go I visit, yet this location somehow charges me a different amount almost every time. Customer service is practically nonexistent. No greeting, no friendly tone, no review of the order before payment, and no confirmation after the order is placed. They don't mention the survey or make any effort to create a positive experience. It feels like they're just trying to get customers out of the drive-thru as fast as possible. Order accuracy is another issue. My orders are consistently wrong at this location, which has become so common that I almost expect it now. I also noticed today that the employee preparing my drink had very long nails with nail polish and no gloves. Very alarming. On top of everything else, they're almost always out of at least one menu item. It's become normal to hear, "We're out of that today." Salad and Go has raised its prices over the past few years so if customers are paying more, the experience should improve, not get worse. read more

I had it delivered by a cute little robot, which was definitely the highlight of the experience. Unfortunately, the lunch itself was very disappointing. They've changed their chicken, and not for the better. It tasted like old rotisserie chicken (dry, with a strange flavor almost gross) and there was barely any of it in the salad. The Mediterranean salad that replaced the Greek salad was also a letdown. This place just isn't what it was when it first opened. I really wish they would go back to their roots and bring back the quality and menu items that made them stand out. Sadly, it's no longer my go-to lunch spot. :( read more

Salads are getting smaller but more expensive. There are a couple rude employees working at this location. It is not what it used to be.

Usually this location is very good. However, this time was a complete disappointment. I ordered a Cobb salad with all romaine because do not like mixed greens. I was informed they were out of avocado and was ok with that. It took about ten minutes to get the salad even though there was only one car behind us. Upon arriving home I noticed the salad was almost all mixed greens and went straight in the trash. I would not recommend this location in the future. read more

This concept of having a salad on the run is a great idea . Especially if you're trying to eat healthy. I had the Cobb salad with chicken with ranch dressing. I also ordered the strawberry lemonade. They have this deal the (The Fresh Bundle) which comes with a salad of your choice and drink and a side of hummus and pita chips for $10.99. That's a great deal! When I first had Salad and Go, I was upset because I felt like they used too much lettuce--but then I realized I was eating a salad, and the point is to have lettuce. If I didn't want a lot of lettuce, I could have gone next door to Arby's--and believe me, I have. But once I accepted the fact that salads have lettuce, Salad and Go and I developed a great relationship. One of the crazy things about Salad and Go is their speed. I'm not sure if they have every salad sitting there ready to go, but the speed at which they make them is borderline insane. I feel like they have my salad ready almost immediately after I order it. Like, I don't quite understand how they're so fast, but one time I ordered a BBQ chicken salad, and before I could even ask for double protein, I was already halfway done eating the salad. Don't ask me how it works--I don't know--but I'm always down to not wait in line for a long time. I like how they sometimes have seasonal salads. It changes things up a bit. Their iced coffee is cheap and hits the spot, although I only get it black, so I can't recommend if the flavors are good or not. But I can tell you, if you want a salad--and you want that salad so fast that it will be made literally before you even order it--Salad and Go is your place. But remember, they are salads, so they're not going to be packed with a bunch of crap that shouldn't go in salads. And if you want extra stuff, just ask. If you want extra ingredients, make sure you ask. Otherwise, know that you're not going to get an entire chicken coop's worth of chicken on your chicken salad--it's going to be a pre-measured amount of protein, and if you want more, you're going to have to pay for it. I know you can turn your salad into a wrap, but I don't do that often. And honestly, if I had to say one thing about Salad and Go that I wasn't a giant fan of--it's the wrap. The lady at the drive thru was wonderful as she chatted it up with me while we waited for my salad to be prepared. My Autumn salad with chicken and ranch as usual was . My fav is the Basil Lemonade. My only complaint is the bowl was half full and not the portion that I'm normally given. I'll take that, as a compliment that perhaps they're telling me that I need to stop eating salads. I am not sure what happened to the entire Salad and God business but each location I have gone to this past year has less than fresh ingredients. Almost every location has browned avocado, soggy cucumbers, and their lettuce seems of the verge of spoiled. I use to LOVE Salad and Go but the quality has gone down substantially while their prices continue to increase. I dont know what happened to this place. The chicken is disgusting. It doesnt feel cold, and has a very weird taste to it. I dont know if they leave the chicken out all day, but they should refrigerate it and keep it cold. I just had to give my ceaser salad to my dog. This was the second time in a row the chicken tasted nasty and didnt feel cold, this isnt a fluke. I am not going to go here again. They keep raising prices, and the quality is notably lower. Love this place! I come here at least 3 times a week ever since I discovered it. My favorite things to order are the chicken caesar salad and Buffalo chicken salad wraps. I'm usually on the go the whole day so it's much easier for me to order it as a wrap. It also doesn't cost extra to get extra dressing. And the best part of all they're only $5.74 plus tax! Can't beat it. The lines are always super long for the drive thru so I highly recommend downloading the app and just ordering it through there and picking it up at the mobile pickup window. Won't be coming back here. My last few visits have not been good but I kept giving them more chances. I usually stop here before work and have never waited more than probably a total of 5-8 minutes in the drive thru even with a line of cars. One of the days I must have sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes with only 3 cars and was late for work. Not sure what happened that day but I understand things happen. The next time after that I had ordered a breakfast burrito and didn't realize until I got to work they gave me someone else's order. Disappointing but again accidents happen. This last time my breakfast burrito was stuffed with brown avocado and I ended up picking it out and throwing half of the burrito away. Ironically this day was when the guy at the drive thru window asked me to leave a review and let them know how they were doing. So I was a die hard fan when this place first open would go here 3 times a week, their lemonade especially the cucumber mint in the summer is a must (will always go back for their drinks). I will admit that the thought of a salad from a drive thru restaurant was not appealing to me. I've gone to a burger drive thru and ordered a salad just to be frustrated with an overpriced sad little salad. I thought it would be the same at Salad and Go, boy was I wrong! My first experience with Salad and Go was at the beginning of Covid. I noticed all these orange containers of salad in the refrigerators in the break room at work. Come to find out that Salad and Go was giving away either a free salad or breakfast burrito to first responders. Words can not describe how much I appreciated this offer. See my refrigerator broke down the day everyone decided to clear the shelves at grocery stores. All the food in my refrigerator went bad. I had nothing. So I wanted to say thank you for the free salads I received. They really helped out during a difficult time. For those who are unaware of how much this company supported the local community during the beginning of Covid. They gave either a free salad or breakfast burrito to - health care workers and first responders - employees and current volunteers of homeless shelters and food banks - hospitality workers (hotels, restaurants, and bars), both employed, laid off, or who've had hours reduced - some that I know I forgot They also raised money for the local food bank. They gave tremendously to the local community and they are a small company. Now about the food itself. Their salads are delicious! Generous portions, fresh and affordable. I've even bought a salad afterwork to bring in for lunch the next day and it was perfect. I am a regular customer now and I have never had bad service. Always fast and friendly! read more

Wow this place is amazing and the best part is that salads are a little under $6! The drive thru line was long so we decided to walk up to the order window around 8:15pm. The employee quickly opened up the window when she saw us walking up and she kindly greeted us. All the salads sounded delicious and it was hard going with just one. We had agreed on sharing a salad and a soup and we were definitely going to order a lemonade as well. We ended up getting the Cobb salad (no blue cheese but we substituted it with feta cheese) with ranch, a chicken enchilada soup, and a cucumber lemonade. Our food was quickly made and I paid about $15. Salads don't come with any protein, but you can pay a little extra for protein to be added. I added chicken to our salad. We got back into the car and we were more then ready to dig in. We mixed the salad around and added the ranch. At this exact moment is when we noticed that... wait for it.... (suspenseful music) OUR CHICKEN WAS MISSING!! WUUT?!!! We were still close by so we figured that we would go back and ask for our chicken since we had paid extra for it. We arrived, went back up to the window and the employee quickly opened. We told her what had happened and she said she would gladly throw the chicken on top. YAY! Back to the car we went and finally dug in. How was it may you ask? The salad was bombbbbbbbbb. The lettuce was so fresh and crispy, yumm. The soup was great and it was given to us piping hotttt! It had TONS of chicken thrown in there. The lemonade was also pretty good! It was perfectly made. We will definitely stop by again! We loved our food and can't wait to be back again! Man how have I never had Salad and Go before?? I got the Santa Fe salad with no protein and the Italian soup. Both were really delicious! The vegetables in the salad were crisp and I loved the combination of beans, corn, tomatoes and jicama. The soup also seemed really healthy although I wish there was more kale in it. I also tried a sip of the apple strawberry smoothie and thought it was tasty and refreshing. I really wish there was a location closer to me so I could eat here more often! This would be a great place for lunch because the drive thru is so quick. Our salads were done in less than 2 minutes. I also commend Salad and Go for reducing waste and encouraging people to say if they don't need utensils or napkins. This would be a 5 but ... 1. I order from here several times a week. And 1 order had no salad dressing. 2. Ordered 3 salads last even and the ceasar salad had 2 croutons and no cheese. My husband had to add our own to his salad. It little quality control issues that can ruin a place. I will be back, but if it persisted I will not keep going.
