People they're really nice over there but the burger is nothing comparable to habit burger or in and out!!!

An employee from this location made me feel so uncomfortable for ordering late. I ordered my food online at 9:42 I live about 5 mins away. Once we got to the location and went up to the counter the employee said "next time can you please order a little bit earlier" I felt bad already but he kept going on with "we usually close at 10:01 but today..(and shrugged his shoulders)" I felt so uncomfortable I put my head down hoping he would drop it but no he kept going "I wanna go home too you know..I've been here since 5am" I was so uncomfortable already I was starting to get anxiety. by the end of the whole experience I didn't even want my burger. I got there by 9:59 just to pick up my food leave and he just made me feel so uncomfortable for no reason. He was so unprofessional I understand we ordered late but we were there before 10:01 he wasn't even done cooking for a family of 4 that was still waiting for their food after we left I wonder what he said to them... I've worked retail before I have dealt with those last minute customers but I have never made them feel like crap for staying after closing. WE GOT THERE BEFORE CLOSING!! Ughh read more

Let me start by saying that unlike alot of people who liken 5 Guys to In & Out, they are nothing like In& Out! My husband was a die hard In& Out fan I was not, he was excited to try 5 Guys I was not. We tried 5 Guys back in Dec. 2010 & boy was I surprised on how good their hamburgers are!! Their hamburgers are always done right and are so flavorful! The fries aren't the best I've ever had but they are still pretty good & they give you a ton of fries. We even brought our picky children & even they are hooked on 5 guys now! The only real complaint I have for them is it tends to be very crowded all hours of the day. Which is a good sign to have people waiting in long lines but the owners needs to think of expanding the place. They are also a bit higher priced but you really do get what you pay for. We have been to 5 guys numerous times now and we haven't been disappointed yet! read more

I love burgers and Five Guys has really good burgers. Their Cajun fries are so good. It's great how they have a lot of toppings you could select from to add to your burgers and they have bacon, which In-N-Out doesn't have. read more

Great burgers although can be a little greasy. It is worth it though especially since you can customize your budget like at subway.

I come for the grilled cheese and cajun fries. Love the food and the workers. I hope they open up more places nearby. The one complaint is the music is a little too loud and absolutely deafening in the bathroom. Some of us have good hearing and I don't want to lose mine over a grilled cheese. read more

Standard 5 guys location. Food is up to par. Love the coke soda machines that allow us to pick our own soda. Staff was super friendly and helpful. It's a little tough to get to. They have outside tables and inside dining. read more

Wonderful service! Been meaning to try this place and finally did today. I didn't know how to order, and I ordered a cheeseburger, not knowing that the regular cheesebirger came with 2 patties. My fries came out quite a bit more well done than I prefer them and the burger was way too big for me. When I asked them about why I had 2 patties when I didn't order a double, they remade my sandwich and fries, refunded me the difference between the cheeseburger and the "little cheeseburger", which has only 1 patty. They also remade my fries for me and about doubled the amount they gave me before. Basically made my order from scratch, let me keep the incorrect burger, and refunded me money. Personally, I like in n out burgers better. The burgers at Five Guys are big and a bit more greasy than is my preference. I expected some grease since I got grilled onions but my bun was falling apart less than half way threw the burger. The fries are also more greasy than I am used to... If I come back I'd order them well done. That said it wasn't bad. The price is midway between a in n out and red robin. I think Red Robin has far better burgers. read more

I was skeptical when I kept hearing "5 guys is better than In N Out" because as a native Californian you just can't utter such blasphemy! Well, I hate to admit it but I am definitely a believer. Don't get me wrong, I still love In N Out but 5 guys is GOOD...make that VERY GOOD. Fun restaurant style but not in love with their burgers. The patty was decent quality but something about the bun threw it off. I think it needed to be toasted. The best part, though, were the fries. Robust, skin on, thick-cut fries and more than I could possibly finish. I'll definitely swing by for the fries in the future, but I think I'll spend my money on hamburgers elsewhere. read more

We usually head to the one in Menifee but this place is just as rad. The food was excellent and they even offered a water bowl for my dog. Whether that's policy or not, it made me extremely happy. A gentlemen named Jared thr fry guy chatted with me and my fiance for a while outside and he was an outstanding employee with customer service. He even looked on his phone to see when the nearby Lowe's closed so we could get a pumpkin. Spot on in every way. Definitely coming back next time I'm in Temecula. Hats off Jared. read more

Although many would argue that In-N-Out is the best burger in town, I'd have to say that In-N-Out's best burger would be considered a close second to Five Guys. It is a little bit more expensive than other burger joints but it's well worth it if you're looking for a great burger. read more

I really like in-n-out. This place beats it! The taste of the burger was great.... everything was so fresh. Even the jalapenos were fresh and not canned! OOOOOHHHH. MMMMMMM GGGGEEEE! So good. The hamburger patties are hand formed and hearty. Very full of flavor. You can choose little burger-one patty, Big burger-two patties. Many toppings to choose from A-1, mushrooms, grilled onions and jalapenos plus many more. You can also have veggie sandwich which is any of the toppings made into a grilled cheese. Fries are wonderful too. All are made fresh with the choice of regular or Cajun. Malt vinegar available for the fries. Sooo good! The price is moderate and much more than In and Out but worth every penny more. The wait time from the time you order till the time they call your number is a bit long but also worth the wait. Honestly, Its not the best burger Ive ever had but when I moved out to Murrieta I noticed there was no Fat burger and....this is the closet thing to it honestly...food made fresh in front of you no Mcydees or BK. It's not in the greatest location.....and I didn't get the whole peanuts thing....but I ordered online 1 time....and came in and received extra fries and a free drink....and the manager (I believe) was incredibly nice...fries are good..and the burger is good as well. Five guys is the best burger you can get on the west coast. Finally they brought it here from back east! Definitely worth the couple extra bucks! Also, it's not the kind of burger that you can eat all the time because it's so big and juicy and the fries are awesome too. Come to think about it, for most people that would be a great reason to eat there all the time. I guess it's just me. I can only handle so much of their huge delicious burgers. I like this place but I don't love it if that makes sense. I like it better than In and Out though. I originally tried it while I was on the east coast back in North Carolina and I loved it there. The service, atmosphere and food are different back here on the west coast. The one in Temecula has good customer service but the food is average to me. The burger fills you up and you can put just about any topping on it for free but its somewhat messy. The fries are good but they were just really really salty but still way better than the ones they serve at in and out. Its an average burger place to me but I would say try it to say you've been there. read more

Man, if you want the BEST french fries in town (hands down) and PLENTY of them for a great price, this is your place. I've only eaten here two or three times, but I've always enjoyed the experience. The first time, they double charged me for a soda, but refunded after I pointed it out to a server with no problem. I'm not convinced that their burgers are anything overly special, but they are good. I've grown up with In 'N Out and I prefer the fries that 5 Guys offers so much that I find myself eating here more often than In 'N Out, even though I still prefer In N Out's burger, slightly. Best burger you can buy! Real meat, real toppings, real people serving it up! I can not say enough good about this place and the entire franchise as a whole. I will drive out of my way to find a Five Guys. The fries are the best around! But I will warn you, EAT IT THERE!! Take out from here doesn't hold up very well when you have so many toppings on the burger. It can become a bit soggy, but it always retains its delicious flavor! I've been here a couple of times and while the burgers are tasty they are way too expensive for what you are getting. I am not impressed. I've been to one in Ocean City, Md too, so it appears both coast Five Guys suffer from the same malady. They serve a ton of fries that are okay, nothing to write home about. I do not get what all the hype was about. My bf and I got a regular cheeseburger, little cheeseburger, one regular fries and a drink for $15something - which isn't too bad, I suppose. We decided on Cajun fries and I thought overall they were good, but WAY too seasoned. It's very loud and busy, but I'm sure outdoor seating is better and you can always order ahead online. I am glad I tried it, but I thought it was just okay. First time I ever visited this place. Wonder Woman visits here often because of her fighting injustice around the land. She jokingly told me of her first visit with, "I had Five Guys for lunch." What a statement... hahaha... The burgers are huge. They are hand shaped, while you watch. There are tons of great topping choices, their fries are to die for, and they have boxes of peanuts for you to chew on while waiting for your order. By the way, the wait is short. The only thing I would have loved to have seen was people throw the peanut shells on the floor like some barbecue joints and bars. This is a franchise, so be sure to go out and find one.
