Even though we arrived right before closing, Lilly and Delila provided amazing customer service! Super polite, and the sandwiches were delicious. Thank you, ladies! read more

I ordered ahead of time so my husband, who just worked a 12 hour shift, could quickly pick up our food on his way home. The guy on the phone was attentive and repeated my order back to me correctly. But when my husband got there, they hadn't even started making the order yet! Even tho the guy on the phone said 15 minutes and that's when he got there. I guess they didn't know what peppers to put on the cheesesteak even tho I DID tell the guy and he even repeated it back to me. Plus, Jersey Mike's is WAY overpriced. read more

We just ordered 3 sandwiches from uber eats for this jersey mikes location and they hardly put any meat (turkey and roast-beef) on our sandwiches! It was mostly toppings and bread! read more

This location is my spot and they have been getting better and better. I ordered on the app and they made the hoagie just the way I wanted them to down to the way I wanted it cut. In addition they were very quick because as soon as I walked in less than 10 minutes from the time I ordered it was ready! Thank you once again! read more

Even though I have been having issues with this store I still gave four stars because they have always been my favorite Jersey Mike's in town and they have really nice customer service. Unfortunately, our number 55 hot sub has been coming with the cheese smeared all over the paper the last four times we ordered it. When one of the consistent employees makes it this never happens. Please retrain them how to load a hot sub so that we don't lose all of our cheese that we are paying for. It's always stuck all over the paper and sloppy. See my photo for an example. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Delis Near Me - Murrieta, California

Yaz,Kelvin, and Carmen are the best. They need a raise for their excellent customer service. I saw how they are so in tuned with their customers. They are great handling the pressure and stares of a big crowd. They are kind, patient, and genuine. The kind of people that makes this town special and a small town feel. They make jerseys mikes stand out from the rest. I won't get sandwiches from anywhere else. read more

We love this place so much! If you want a great sandwich come here and get it Mike's way! The service is top notch and the ingredients are fantastic. We personally love the Italian and my kids the club supreme. We prefer the fancier bread with the herbs and cheese and while there are definitely other sandwich places nearby, this is our go to. Last year during chemo, I had a lot of trouble eating due to taste buds being off and these sandwiches were one of the few things that were light on my palate and didn't have an off taste due to the treatments I was on. We don't usually stay, but if you do there is ample seating inside and a few tables outside. The tables and bathroom are always clean. The prices are just right and we often order their catering for parties and such. read more

I ordered through DoorDash about 30 minutes ago. I ordered a #9 on white bread with no mayonnaise and no onions and add mustard, a cookie, bottle of water, Gatorade, and barbecue chips. My sandwich arrived with mayo on it and not I don't have a sandwich to eat because I can't eat mayo! I tried leaving this review on DoorDash but it won't let me leave a bad review for you so I left it here! Do better next time!!! read more

1 star I've been a loyal Jersey Mike's customer for years and typically spend around $2,000 annually across different locations. Unfortunately, my experience at this Murrieta location on January 10 was extremely disappointing on both the food and customer service sides. I ordered a giant sandwich to-go, but it was practically inedible. The ends of the bread were rock-hard, and there was absolutely no dressing or mike's way juices inside--making the entire sandwich unbearably dry. I've ordered the same sandwich countless times at other locations and know this isn't the normal standard. I called the store that same day and spoke with a woman who identified herself as the manager. She apologized, said not to worry, and promised me a free replacement sandwich. She told me she'd write my name on the board and that I just needed to come in, ask for a manager, and they would honor it. I was a little hesitant but trusted her word. Three weeks later, I returned to the store. The staff checked and said there was no record of any note or free sandwich for me, and they were unable to help. No offer to make it right in the moment either. One bad sandwich happens, but failing to follow through on a simple promise and leaving a regular customer empty-handed is unacceptable. This experience has seriously soured me on this particular location, and I'll be taking my business to other Jersey Mike's stores going forward. Very disappointed read more

Had a very pleasant experience coming to this Jersey Mikes. Immediately I was greeted by the staff and a warm smile from one of the guys working there. I asked for a Gluten Free turkey sub and the team made sure everything was cleaned for me and to be careful with building the sandwich, I greatly appreciate that more than they know. It's a scary thing having to deal with allergies and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Thank you to all the employees that worked this day and to Jersey Mikes for the delicious sandwich! read more

When it comes down to a franchised deli sandwich you can't argue with a Jersey Mike's creation. If it's your first visit and you can choose; go for the "Classic Italian Mike's Way"...It's very representative of the brand! Several delicious hot and cold sandwich possibilities that satisfy hunger and the tastebuds! Soft on the wallet too. Highly recommended. read more

Friend, fast and delicious! We're not from the area but we're hungry for lunch. We came in and got the great service and food we always enjoy at Jersey Mike's. Thank you and thank you for being so friendly! read more

Sandwich was great until I found a big curly hair in my #26. Tie your hair up Jeeez!!! Thats disgusting, wont be coming back. read more

Just watched an employee wipe the tables throwing anything on them to the floor when he could have placed it in one hand. Didn't sweep the floor after. And every table he cleaned as he scrubbed whatever was stuck to tables just kept on wiping without getting a clean towel or folding it. Then proceeded to wipe the drink area. Gross as f@&? read more

its ok, but $20 I guess thats what a sandwich costs these days. Its pretty good. Pretty quick, decently made. tasty. Bread is good lettuce fresh. tomatoes had flavor. read more

Came in today at 1 and it was very busy, they were down a couple of workers and handled it so well! I was helped by the sweetest workers, Carmen, Nick, and Chris!!! They even gave me some treats for while I waited, so kind and above and beyond customer service. The sandwiches were done pretty quick and were delicious! Good luck to them and thank you so much! read more

The staff was very friendly and made delicious sandwiches for us! My favorite is the Philly sandwich and my partner loves the veggie sandwich on wheatZ The prices were decent for subs. read more

I went in today to get some sandwiches for the fam, and I just wanted to share that the whole team was so sweet, and customer service oriented, it's nice to go into a business establishment and not only receive good food and service but to leave with a smile on our faces! Best sandwiches in town!!! Great service and a friendly staff. Only sandwich place I'll go now.

I ordered online and asked for no peppers or onions for an allergy and inside my sandwich there were both.

every time we have gone in, we always have a great experience. even if there is a line, it moves pretty quickly. we got the managers special which included a giant sub, two drinks, and 2 chips! if you are wanting an upgrade from subway this is your spot to go to. read more

8/15/23 5pm ish went in today and the crew making our sandwiches were all over the place. When we had asked what toppings they had other than the stuff on display they were hesitant to tell us. So we asked for mayo and the guy cutting meat rolled their eyes at us as if we were inconveniencing them because they had to grab it from the back. If the employees don't like being asked what other toppings/sauces they have that aren't on display.. maybe you should consider having a list of all toppings displayed on the sneeze guard or menu. Also, we ordered three California subs, one with no juice and they put juice on all of them. Lastly, one was missing bacon and avocado.... Which is what they up charge you for in the first place. So disappointed.. the line was long and so I get the panic but take your time to do something right the first time and you won't have to do it again. And people will leave satisfied with their experience regardless of the wait time. Meat cutter dude needs an attitude check read more

They didn't have bacon, but charged me full price. Employee looked annoyed and told me they were closed when I arrived at 845. Then, reluctantly told me, "you can order if you want" since they weren't closed actually closed yet. I feel like in the food industry, if you start cleaning early, it's your fault more than anyone else's.. Also, I'm pretty sure she shorted me on meat because I eat here all the time and there is less meat than usual. I wish the people who actually care about their jobs were paid better so we could have some decent employees working fast food. It's a shame that these chains get what they pay for when it comes to employees and its the customers that end up suffering. Wish I could take my tip back, she didn't deserve it. read more

Great subs I am hooked since trying them. I live nearby but always went to subway instead..big mistake.. Mikes is the place for me and I will never look back. The service was a little iffy when I went in but who wants to be at work these days. I'll go again but make sure I know how online ordering works because they do not help. It's the oils for me and the pickles! I have been twice in the last week and may go again tomorrow! read more

The two girls named Sheena and lynette made the best sandwich. My husband that is on hospice does not know when his last meal will be and he said it's the best sandwich he ever had and he is 75 years old. Wow!!! I travel for work and have many Jersey Mike's locations always close, but the only one I enjoy the most is the one by my house in Hot Springs Murrieta, Chris, Nick and their team make you feel like your part of a genuine family.... We've ordered sandwiches here at least 6 or more times in the past year, each time everything was fine. Food tasted good, speed was decent even with long line, staff was cool. Until yesterday. Used the ordering app for the third time yesterday having had zero complaints the first two times. Unlike the previous two orders where the quoted time as 20 minutes (when I selected asap option) and food was ready when I got there. Yesterday the quote was 45 minutes. I went in early only to find three employees doing nothing. When someone said I could order when I was ready I told them I was there to pick up an online order and gave the name. "Oh, that was for 45 minutes but we can make it now." Ahhh...oookaaayy.... When I got the food home I kept wondering if the staff can manipulate the order times when they feel like taking it easy. All I can say is this had better not happen again. read more

Took my uncle here for our first time ever bc submarinas oven was broken. The red head girl who helped me was extremely impatient and expected me to already know what I wanted. Also kept calling me boss which was annoying. The good part. I can say the sandwich was hot. That was good. read more

Still a good bargain and fresh ingredients. Every now and then like today when it's HOT I like a cold sandwich. Had the ham and provolone with all the fixings and a free cookie for $6.75. The new guys here constantly over cook the meat.... my daily order is a Big Kahuna never had a problem at this location but these past 4 times I've been they have over cooked it every time and it's sad cause I'm not the type to ask for a refund read more

Grabbed a sandwich just before closing this evening. Place was just about empty and they were re-stocking chips for tomorrow. I ordered online and asked them to customize my sandwich in the comments section. Some locations get it right, some don't. In this day and age where franchise world means sub par customer service; it was refreshing to walk in with few minutes left of the day and still willing to take an order. Thanks boys! This mama of 4, constantly working and not always eating on time certainly appreciates you making me theee best philly sandwich. With a side of smiles to boot! What a great friendly spot. If this is what they serve at the end of their shift; I can only imagine how great the morning shift is! I'll be back. read more

So...I came into this jersey mikes tonight at 8:55 pm. The person at the front said they had already wrapped all the meats, cleaned the slicer and were about to clean the grill. They weren't open for business although they close at 9pm. Funny I didn't know that your company was selling cleaned grills and wrapped meats. Hmm. Closing down early so you're not inconvenienced by customers seems counter intuitive to building a base that's loyal to your brand. Sorry to be an inconvenience to your company. If you enjoy being told that your business doesn't matter please take the opportunity to visit this location. Bon apetít. So then the owner asks me to email Hannah. Well Hannah doesn't seem to check her email. Two emails to her over two weeks without a response. Perhaps her email is full of similar complaints and she needs another person to assist her.... If you like to waste you time take a moment to email Hannah. M read more

I recently came into this location and I was greeted by everyone. Noelle and Donovan made my sandwich and we're awesome, supper polite and listened to my picky needs. Got home and it was amazing I love the number 13. Keep up the good work team. read more

I am not a sandwich guy and I usually don't get why these places are so popular. Most of sand which's at the other chains have more calories than a Big Mac and Fry's Also. It's just as easy to make one at home. This place changed all of that for me. I can order via an app and not hassle with the silly line dance with is plain awkward. The bread, meat and cheese seem to be of better quality and just tastes damn good. read more

Was contacted by corporate. They offered to make it right. Told me the cleaner used is horribly tasting but isn't toxic. It took a few months for me to get up The appetite to go back to this location, but I did. Since it wasn't an issue with that food itself, I decided to try. The food was good, and I've been back several times since then. Original review-Normally I eat at this location all the time.. but I went in Friday evening and ordered the usual and was getting my drinks while I waited. Well one tea was out so I got the other. It came our looking a little watery but I took a drink... it was bleach... Luckily I didn't swallow it down.. I immediately spit it out and began rinsing my mouth out. I then asked the young worker and she said oh yeah, they are cleaning them. I told her what happened and her response was oh, sorry and then she walked away. There was no signs anywhere and everything was hooked up as it normally would be. I decided to contact corporate via email to let them know someone was dropping the ball and how bad the situation could have been. I did have my kiddos with me and thankfully they didn't try it first. No one has bothered to even acknowledge my email.. read more

This use to be our spot. Everyone at the office loves ordering from here. Today I came in just for myself and asked for bell peppers on my giant and was ignored.
