Where do I start? Went to this location about two months ago and as I pulled off my son said his Taco had a chemical taste. I didn't believe him because kids could be dramatic so I tried to myself in indeed it had a chemical taste like something spilled on it. I went back through the drive-through and the young lady (African American) apologized and offered me a new meal. Her customer service was great. Since I know places have their days, I went back yesterday to try them out again and again the food had a mechanical chemical taste. This time I had a meeting so I wasn't able to go back when I call. The conversation went like this.: They answered the phone and I said hello I was wondering if I could speak to a manager. It's a person on the phone said how can I help you? I said are you a manager and then he said yes how can I help you? I asked him why he was so rude and had a attitude. He said well you asked for a manager so I said how can I help you? I let him know that he did not introduce himself as so, nor did he say his name. I proceeded to tell him what happened and he asked how long ago was I at the store and what did I order which I told him and he just told me sorry about that. Wasn't really helpful didn't offer a refund or any accommodations. He told me that this is the first time he was hearing of this, but that they will check the meat. The employees here are LOUD. They're constantly talking with each other and literally SCREAMING and YELLING. So unprofessional. When I entered and heard all this noise, I first assumed there was just a group of rowdy customers. All things considered we like this Taco Bell, our order is usually correct. Sometimes my side sauces get jumbled, but I can also see why that might be confusing. The workers have been nice. I never come to T Bell voluntarily. Always on someone else's behalf. For a reason. If your job is to make and serve me my simple two-item order, (one was a DRINK) then I expect you to make and serve me my two-item order. What is so hard about this?
