I don't understand why lo the bad reviews for this location. My experience was exceptional. A. It's my Grandkid's preferred place of eats. Who gaf if the bun is crooked, or the cheese isn't melted, or the fries aren't pipping hot. The kids don't give 2 cents. They're always happy to eat at McDonald's. My order was perfect. Everything about this location, with the play place was excellent. It's McDonalds and we love it here. This will be our new place . 5 stars for Robin and her crew. Absolutely disgusting. On my way home from work. (I'm a collector with waste management) keep in mind I havnt showered yet. Been up to my elbows in waste. They Gave me all the wrong sauces. I told the lady she gave me the wrong sauces. She say "all you get is what be in dat bag." I explained to her i ordered ranch. Not bbq. "Ok that'll be 25 CENT per sauce. " I told her no problem. I'll take a mixture of 8. She proceeds to ask me for the two sauces back out of the bottom of the bag. (Keep in mind I just got off work and have been dealing with waste all day long. Also I have the flu which is why I went to a drive thru spot. I reached into the bag with my nasty hands and gave her back the sauce THAT SHE PUT BACK INTO THE PILE TO HAND OUT TO THE NEXT CUSTOMER. The service was TERRIBLE!! They made both sides of the drive thru lines wait 10 minutes before taking anyone's order. Then when they did, they took one car on one side and 3 cars in a row on the other side. Took the order extremely rude. Spent almost 40 minutes in a drive thru with 4 cars ahead of me. So sad. This McDonald's use to be awesome with customer service! I don't know what happened. read more

Left early at 5am to get breakfast & apparently the night staff didnt clean the mcafe machine & the morning crew waited until 6am to do it when im sure everyone needs coffee etc. Super unthoughtful imo especially considering its morning. Not sure why it was so many low reviews. McDonald's is pretty consistent food wise so I'll focus on service. The drive thru was quick. Staff were friendly. Ordered four happy meals, a Big Mac meal, a crispy chicken burger meal and a McDouble meal, and an ice cream cone. Total came out to be a little over $56. Services was pretty bad. They forgot our ice cream cone so had to go back to get it. But the gentleman who made it was a nice. The lady who gave us our order was rude and dismissive. They also skimmed us on all our fries. This particular McDonalds is consistently the worst McDonalds in entire Temecula Valley area. Seven out of ten times they get something incorrect in my order. This is often one of the slowest McDonalds'w in the area. Their onsite management team needs to be reviewed by hire ups as I'm assuming training needs to be much better. All McDonald's should also give out the number of sauces a person asks for. read more

THE WORST!! Make sure you have everything on your order before you leave the drive thru! I ordered a Big Mac meal with 2 extra patties. When I checked there were no extra patties and so the employee took my Big Mac and said he would have them add them. I check again, only 3 patties!! The issue is that my Big Mac was handled at least 3 times! To top it off they forgot my drink, shame on me?! I was picking up 2 more orders and I had to tell the employee I am missing the 3rd order! Admittedly I thought they didn't give me a McChicken but they told me to check and it was there. I called the manager, Nicole, who told me they were short handed and had new employees. I get that but can you at least get the order right?!! She stated that she would refund me. I asked her how she going to know who I was? Then she asked me for my name. Throughout the years it's been pretty consistent, you know what McDonald's is and what to expect. Growing up McDonald's was a rare treat. I've always been a fan of a filet of fish and fries. But sadly, I've noticed the last few times I've been to this location, the food is just not what it used to be. The service is meh, you must order on a kiosk. The staff seem to be bored and perhaps a bit put out to serve customers. They do get paid fairly well according to the sign outside, $17 per hour. I remember my first job, minimum wage was $1.69. Yes I'm old. The inside is clean, that's nice. But I'm disappointed in the quality of service and the food. As a dasher part time waiting for 45 minutes just to give this customer their order and making my own wait time look longer than it's supposed to be. I'm sorry if this location gets short staffed and I get that bc I've been in fast food before but if your gonna tell me that it's gonna take longer than " 5 minutes " than don't tell me that it's longer than 5 minutes. Fr though every time I see a car come out of that drive they I feel like everyone else that's waiting is getting played. STAY FAR AWAY. Not only did I wait 10 min in drive thru for 2 drinks, but one of them was out of syrup and tasted like carbonated water. So I get out of the car and go inside to ask for a new drink. There were so MANY people waiting for their orders and waiting for orders to be corrected. I tried to ask for help after noticing there were no fountain machines in the lobby (which would have absolutely resolved my issue by the way) but the lady at the register very rudely told me she would be with me in a second, and sensing I was about to say something (all I need is a soda! I've been waiting for 15 min now for a soda!) she rudely cut me off before I could say anything and insisted she could not help me. She proceeded to ignore me for another 7 minutes until I finally got her attention and explained the issue. She realized she had been continuing to hand out the same soda that was still not corrected. Let her manager know, who told her to tell me I have to pick a different drink because they don't have time to fix it. The women gets me a new drink, and I tell them hey you know it really bothers me that you guys didn't at least offer to refund me since you made me wait overall 20 minutes for a soda and it wasn't even the one I wanted. Then, a lady who was waiting for god knows how long for an ice cream cone was snapped at by the worker who said she was not "talking to her" she was talking to me. It proceeded to get pretty ugly after that, but I just left completely unsatisfied and irritated. I used to work fast food and I would have never treated customers that way. Quick service - we walked in, headed to the order counter, placed and got our order, all within a matter of 10-15 mins - and staff was friendly too. The store was pretty clean and well maintained. The food I got was great - same delicious sausage McGriddles and sausage McMuffin as those I'd get from other McDonald's stores. This could a place to go to get a quick breakfast grab. read more
