We stopped here for lunch otw to NY. Standard five guys food but what made it a great experience was an employee named Calvin. As we were walking in we headed to the restrooms before ordering and he joked that there was a $20 fee for restroom use. We assured him we'd be right back to order. I ordered and as we were waiting for our order Calvin asked me what kind of shake my teenage son liked. I asked if he had Oreo and Calvin started to whip him up one. He said normally he asks them a question first. I sent my son over & Calvin asked him what temp is freezing and my son guessed wrong. He gave him another chance asking whether Thor or Justice League was a better movie. My son guessed not seeing either and Calvin asked the other customers if they wanted the milkshake. Then he gave him a 3rd question and asked what temp was boiling and then he said nah idk what that is lol. The other customers waiting enjoyed the humor and my son definitely appreciated his milkshake. We live about 3 hours south of this location but I'm sure when we travel north we'll make a point to stop at this location and I hope to see Calvin again brightening the days of his patrons. read more

I like the hamburgers and love the buns! Fresh jalapenos are a must on the burger! I've seen someone order off the secret menu and got a double grilled cheese burger. It was a beast. There is a milkshake machine coming in June sometime!!! read more

If you don't care about your health, or if you enjoy "pigging out" on something sinfully tasty - This 5 guys is your place. These guys make a great burger - so load up on all toppings. The bread that they use is pretty much perfect. (Now, I'm getting hungry writing this review) They are very close to being the best burger I've had ... Although I might give the advantage to a joint called Z-Burger in White Marsh. Z-Burger is the same style of joint, but they also have Turkey burgers, a much more leaner option (slightly less tasty) , which 5 guys doesn't. But for the location - 5 guys has probably the best burger in the area. read more

This place is ridiculous. It's 11:27 and the doors were all locked. Supposedly the grill wasn't working but employees were milling around inside and no signs were posted. Three employees looked right at our family and walked away. Only one came back to say with a VERY bad attitude. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

I usually come here once a week after a workout. The staff is friendly and food comes out at an average time and wait. The only problem is that sometimes the front cashier is the one who handles the milkshake orders and they forget to make the milkshake so you have to remind them. Also you have to articulate and look at the cashier monitor to make sure that the condiments and toppings that you ordered are on that list, otherwise you'll get an unexpected taste that you didn't expect. All in all, everything tastes good and the people are nice and helpful. I just wish they could put more enthusiasm and energy into their job... read more

The food is good here as expected. But the 5 star review goes to the employees. All of the employee were fantastic but I don't know what I did to deserve being in the presence of such a wonderful man as the manager of this location (this should be fact checked, he was wearing a black shirt so I'm just assuming.) This is my second time coming here. First time was great... Second time I asked for no bacon and there was bacon... I asked for ketchup and mustard ... No ketchup and mustard. My sister asked for no cheese and got cheese ... Soooo overall I'll probably be back but I'll definitely make sure to check my bag before I drive away. read more

A perfect example of when corporate language is well represented positively by a workforce. Danielle the manager was so personable and friendly that I felt as if we'd known eachother a long time even though we've never met before today. Her interpersonal skill level was very high and this was reflected in the way she shared both command and comradery with her staff. The team was equally impressive themselves and had my order ready so fast that I second guessed my order number. I'm never disappointed by Five Guys - they have very good fast food burgers that are customizable with tons of toppings. I stick to the "little" cheeseburger (which is the size of a normal burger anywhere else) with lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions and mushrooms, ketchup and mustard. I'm not very adventurous but I still enjoy the burger! It's usually cooked well and has a nice chargrilled flavor. They give you a TON of fries. I went with my dad and my boyfriend and we split one large fry between the three of us and still had extra. After filling up the container, they put it in the bag and THEN add more. It's kinda crazy...but I'm not complaining. I like the greasy fries; however, they're not my favorite. They don't have much flavor to me, although the vinegar is a nice addition. My favorite part of the meal though is the free peanuts! I could even forgo the fries and just eat peanuts. I love them! I always just get a free cup for water given that Five Guys is a little pricey, but I do like that they offer some good tea options, including sweetened green tea! I've never had any service issues at this Five Guys - they're always really nice when I order and pick up the food. It's not the cleanest location (especially during the lunch rush), but it's clean enough for me. It's fast food and they offer free peanuts...what do you expect? read more

This is your standard gut bombing Five Guys. It gets packed during lunch and parking can be a nightmare. They aren't the fastest preparers but when it is filled to the brim I will give them a bump. There is never enough seating and they will often screw up your order. read more

Love Five Guys, there isn't much I can say about them other then it's one of the best fast food type burger joints that I have visited. Everything they cook is fresh and the portions are more then enough for one person. Just a heads up this location around lunch time gets packed wall to wall with people. If you're into soggy buns and long wait then this is the place for you. It won't disappoint. My wife and I waited 30 minutes for 2 burgers, 1 fry, and a drink. The anticipation to waste almost $25 was unbearable for food that we threw most of away. If this is the experience you're looking for then run don't walk to get a chance at the privilege of dining in a grossly under appreciated restaurant. Place order online... walk up to the "pick up here" sign... precisely NOBODY greats me, says "hi" or "welcome" or "may I help you"... three people working at the line but nobody can take a second to great pickup customers? Couple mins go by, girl finally figured it out and asks "do you need to order?"... I say "nope, I've already ordered"... she asks "online" I say "yep"... she points at the bag sitting on the shelf - the one I already knew was mine... the one somebody could have taken 2 secs to hand to me had they said "hi! Can I help you?" Your burgers are great... just keep somebody in the front who has some clue what they're doing... making customers feel unwelcome and making them wait unnecessarily is not the recipe for success read more

This is probably the best Five Guys in the area. Food is always hot and fresh. Tables are clean. Servers are friendly.

I normally love this location but tonight wasn't great. The guy at the grill was cussing at the girl assembling loudly enough where I could hear him. Burger tasted super bland and the same guy cussing at the girl shook a bunch of Cajun seasoning all over the inside of the bag over coating the cold fries. read more

I had an awful experience at this location. I ordered a burger fries and milk shake. I had overdone fries (not edible because they were so brittle). They left the mayo off my sandwich and I had a watered down milkshake. More importantly I was up all night and thru the wee hours of the morning (don't want to be too graphic) but I think you can figure it out. I have been to multiple locations of Five guys so I enjoy the burger, fries and shake, but I certainly will not visit this one again. read more

I love five guys. I even used to work there through college. Went to get dinner at this five guys tonight...got home and was extremely disappointed. I got a cheese veggie and it looked like a pile of slop thrown together. The bun was smashed and everything was falling off. I had to eat it with my fingers and a fork. It was just so messy and the flavor was not the norm. read more

Good burgers and fries. I get the little cheeseburger which is plenty big and they have lots of toppings to choose from. A regular order of fries is enough to split between 2 people. If you've been to Five Guys before, this one is just like the rest of them. Same big burgers and the same ridiculous serving of fries. Honestly I think I like the fries better than the burger. However this location seems to be a tad overpriced like all of the Arundel Preserve restaurants. My meal was over $10 and for that price you could go to a place like Friday's and get what I think is a better burger. I know I've gotten the same meal at other Five Guys locations for less than $9. I keep going back, though, because it's hard to beat the convenience of Five Guys. read more
