Sausage egg biscuit biscuit was so hard around the edges it was impossible to eat , egg just thrown on and overcooked. That being said not only does this Carl's Jr do amazing at giving you top quality food for fast food, they actually make the food look like the commercials and to me that's so amazing since I know these establishments are pressured to be fast and get food out. This location is open 24 hours even during covid. I came to this location twice and I have been to other Hardee's location before. I must say this is so far the best Hardee's in this area. I have ordered mushroom Swiss. I liked how it was burnt and it tasted like it was grilled. You know when you eat those patties from the grill it's burnt on the sides? That's how it tasted like. The buns were soft and buttery. I substituted for onion rings instead. That was good too. Try it with honey que sauce with it. It's delicious. They have sweet tea too! I am sweet tea person so I had to get a medium instead of small. The sweet tea was fresh. The cashier forgot to give me the sauces so I asked for it at the front when she handed me my order. 4/5 yummy It's sad to read few Karen's negative reviews on how they kill chickens and slaughter them to go feed us. I don't stop here very often...maybe once every 5 or 6 months, but every time I do, I am impressed by the employees there. This particular store consistently provides the best fast food experience around. The employees are pleasant, but more importantly, they seem interested in doing a good job and it shows. People are focused on their tasks at hand. The folks in the back are busy, but not frantic. The end result is a quality product in a timely manner. Who could ask for more? You ask for more: "What about a clean dining area?" Yes. I ate Sunday breakfast in the dining area and everything about it looked like the staff took pride in the presentation. Tables were clean, there was not trash about, unused chairs were all neatly placed. It appears the folks here take pride in their work and presentation, and it shows! So I'm going to be blunt, this place sucked. Your probably thinking why do I say this well buckle up it's a lot. The kitchen was dirty most of the time I'm there, the food has been covered in dirt twice, the floors and tables are sticky as all hell. There been multiple encounters I had with exstrmly high employees and rude ones. I end up getting sick every time I eat there(one of the few plays my brother will eat). The sweet tea is horrific full on sour and half the time its unsweet. The food from my experiences range from down right disturbingly horrible to just plain bland. While yes there are some good employees they are sadly in the minority. Best advice I can give you is avoid the place at all cost. read more

Food was good, service was fast and polite, a little pricey in the world of fast food but their foods better then McDonalds or Wendy's. The drive through girl did feel the need to inform me that she is bisexual. That's cool, good for her although I didn't ask her about her sexuality. In fact the only thing I asked was If she would mix iced tea and lemonade together for my drink. Also I think the employees are paid at the end of the night by the number of napkins remaining from the start of there shifts. I say this because I was given one napkin. I hadn't been to a Hardee's in about 10 years. Partially because there aren't many around anymore and partially because I was not a fan of their past methods of advertising. Today I was in Glen Burnie so I thought I would give it a shot. First and foremost, with the understanding that this is fast food, its not half bad. I got a basic quarter pound cheese burger meal (small). The burger reminded me almost of a home grilled burger. It was thick and had a good consistency. I would have liked it to have been hotter, but the overall taste was good. French Fries were similar to Wendy's, with the appearance of a little skin left on. Not such a fan of fries anyone, but they were good and well seasoned. Service: Not quite as good. I was in a bit of a hurry and I cannot figure out for the life of me why the drive thru woman thought it was more important to wipe excess soda from the cup of the next customer, rather than simply hand over my food. She also forgot to give me a straw which was really annoying because I had to take the lid off and drink it like that. I'm giving this place 4 stars and I am interested in sampling more from the menu. read more

I seriously had thought that all of the Hardee's in Maryland went out of business years ago; good to see that this one still exists. LoML was pretty hungry after taking me to a doctor appointment, and this place was the closest, so we stopped. I guess that this place is owned by the same people that own Carl's Jr., whatever that is - must be a West Coast thing. What surprised me here was the inclusion of a "low-carb burger". Say what? I've never heard of such a thing. I looked it up on my phone - sure enough, apparently this fast-food restaurant offers a low-carb burger. Fine, I say, I'll give it a shot. The servers actually bring your food to you - that's a switch. My order arrived, and I unwrapped it - it's a huge burger patty with cheese, onions, tomatoes and condiments, wrapped in two fresh, crispy lettuce leaves! Well, I'll be DAMNED. Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed it (and it DID taste great). I think that I like the fact that I could indulge in something like this without feeling like I had to order a weird combination of foods or wear an invisible label on my forehead that says "diabetic - special menu". Not here - I could just walk up to the counter, order something off the menu without doing investigatory work first, and eat. I miss that feeling! Definitely a good choice here. And the burger was really, REALLY good. Tip For Diabetics: Obviously, if you've read the entire review, you know about the low-carb burger option here - it's basically a third-pound burger patty with condiments and toppings wrapped in two lettuce leaves. It's clearly on the menu and it's delicious. But there ARE other options here as well, if you want to partake; if you arrive for breakfast, they actually have something called a "low carb breakfast bowl". You can also order their famous fried chicken - but make sure you take off the skin and breading. I know, I know, it's the best damned part of it, but the breading will cost you quite a few carbs, and it's not THAT good that I want a hit of insulin. The low-carb burger meal has fries - the carb count is like every other chain's fries; it's bad. I did have a couple of fries for myself as an indulgence - surprisingly, they aren't really that greasy at all, though the sodium intake is unbelievable. Your call on this one, but I'd avoid it. Fast food isn't really good for anyone, and especially not folk like us, but if you're there and want to indulge once in a while, this place is as good as any. Hardee's is soooo bomb! I am obsessed with the Swiss mushroom melt thickburger! It's super juicy and flavorful! The onion rings are so big and the food is always hot. Staff was busy cleaning and the store seems to always appear impeccable! Not sure why so many locations closed down because the food is sooo good! They use angus beef! The buns they use are sooo soft and kind of sweet! They're so sexy and shiny, adding delicious dimension to the experience of the sandwiches ! read more

Your typical Hardee's. I used to live near here and would indulge in their huge burgers from time to time. They do make a tasty burger here. The main reason for my review, is to share a funny story that took place here a few years ago. I had my weirdest dining experience ever a few years ago here. My wife and I went here late one night and pulled into the drive-thru line. There were about 4 cars ahead of us and we figured we would be there for 5 minutes or so.. Well, it took almost 10 minutes just to move up to place our order and at about that time everyone in line in front of us began honking. It was late and this was the only place open, so we waited. We sat there waiting for at least another 15 minutes before we got to the window and were given our food. Annoyed, we take our food and head home. I ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger and my wife ordered a sourdough burger. We get home and open up our food and begin to eat and after about three bites I notice that I have not bit into any meat yet. I open up the burger to find mushroom sauce and melted Swiss and NO MEAT. I then ask my wife, who is also a couple of bites into her burger, "How's the meat cooked?". She gives me weird look after she realizes she can't answer that question and then pulls the top of her bun off to find lettuce, tomato, mayo, cheese and NO MEAT! We could not believe our eyes. I have seen screw-ups at fast food places before, but seriously, how can you assemble a burger and forget the meat?! We weren't going to let this slide no matter how late it was. We then head back over to Hardee's and I then stopped at the speaker and when the guy asked if he could help me I said "Yeah, you didn't put any meat on our burgers we just ordered!". There was silence for a moment and then he asked me to come to the window. BUSTED! The guy acted all confused like he didn't know what was going on and then appeared to start yelling at someone standing off to his side for being such an idiot as to do something like this. Funny thing was that I craned my neck around to see who he was yelling at and there was nobody there. I think the guy was flying solo and just could not handle it, so he figured he could just leave out the meat to make the burgers quicker and hope the people don't come back. We sat there and listened to his hilarious one person scolding he was giving the imaginary coworker and then he apologized and said he will get meat to put on our burgers. We said, "No, you will get us new burgers since we already ate part of these thinking it was an actual HAMBURGER". He hesitated, but decided that was the right thing to do. He then kept apologizing and asked if there was anything else he could do to make us happy. I said "Well, since I've already had to go home and then leave to come back to deal with this silliness, how about a couple chocolate shakes for our trouble?". The guy then crosses his arms and says "Oh no, I can't do that!. Those are $4.00 each and that comes out of my paycheck" We then argued for quite a bit about the stupid shakes and then he says "How about if I refill your sodas?" I then say, "Just like I could do myself if I ate inside?". He then says "OK, well the best I can do for you is give you some free fries and pies and that's it". We finally just said, "Fine, refill our drinks and give us the damn fries and pies." So, while we waited another 10 minutes for him to fix all this he kept coming to the window and saying "You know, you really are getting a good deal with me giving you these fries and pies". He must have said "fries and pies" 20 times during that exchange. That's now an inside joke with my wife and I always asking each other if the other one wants "fries and pies" for dinner. In the end, we got all of our food and the burgers finally had beef on them and we ate about an hour after we had originally left home the first time. I'm sure this guy is no longer there and every other time Hardee's has been fine. Just thought I would share this funny fast food story with you Yelpers out there. read more

It's all about the biscuits. They are worth driving 30 minutes for (which is how far away it is from us). Any way you order the biscuit (with gravy or as a traditional bacon or sausage sandwich), you will not be disappointed! As for the burgers, meh, they're okay. read more

Everytime my wife and I patronize this place we insist it will be the last time. I can honestly say out of the dozen or so times we have dined here in the last year they have gotten our order wrong almost everytime. We always ask for no tomatoes. We always get tomatoes. Order three cheeseburgers, get two cheeseburgers and a chicken sandwich .. or just two cheeseburgers, once. When dining in its easy to go to the counter and get it fixed. Drive through? Not so much when you get your food home and find the bacon chicken specialty sandwich you paid for is a plain hamburger. The night manager is a buffoon, constantly haranguing the employees and talking down to them. We've submitted our thoughts a number of times in the "Suggestion/Complaint" box in the store, but, we've seen no change. I think tonight's typical screw up is the last chance. read more

I really like hardees. Burgers are good. Wish they hadn't gotten rid of the burger with hot sauce & blue cheese sprinkles forget what they called it ...it was GREAT!.
