Passing through the area and craving an Impossible Whopper, I found this Burger King location on Yelp. I must say the employees here are the most enthusiastic and friendly workers I have encountered! From the drive thru customer service to the window hand off, they were smiling and laughing and handing out positive energy. On a busy Friday I got a double Whopper with cheese meal and it was perfect! Yes a sit down review for drive through.... Crazy I know, burger was hot freshly made and nicely wrapped in a box the fries were so hot I had to wait to eat them and an old school apple pie (fried) I ate last and it was still hot. There is an employee that works there and her husband is always there while she is working and sexual harassing women who are eating there. I heard him saying very inappropriate things to a young girl and she said something to his wife and his wife said oh I will have a talk with him. He shouldn't be there harassing customers and I feel she should be held accountable for having him there while working. read more

We've been going here for a few years now and the staff is genuinely the most consistently friendly & kind people I've ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Our orders and modifications have also always been perfectly accurate & ready quickly. Gave them a try for lunch. i think they are having staffing issues. No one at the pay window so they had to run back and forth.Guy was really trying. My burger was good. Flavorful. I also ordered kids meal with apple juice. Got home no juice in the bag. I could have checked before i left. overall good under the staff circumstances. read more

Out of the past 10 times I have driven there: 1x the drive thru had a cone blocking it so I have no idea what the issue was that night. 2x they were out of Impossible Whoppers. 1x they were out of mayonaise (but did have the packets). 1x they were out of onions. 1x they were out of buns and 1x they said they were closed (3 hours early) This is the most poorly managed Burger King I have ever seen! The people always are friendly working the drive thru.. BUT, even the few times I have actually been able to get a simple Impossible whopper.. 1x the bread was not even toasted and was quite stale.. They need to get someone in there to do their job and do it well. read more

Soooooooo I hadn't been to this Burger King in over a year. Nothing against the restaurant; I just feel like BK's value is far less than basically anywhere else that sells burgers in Pasadena. The commercials for The King lately got to me, so I decided to stop by to get a flame-broiled Whopper. Upon entering the drive thru, I was promptly greeted with a "We don't have any burgers right now". No, I'm absolutely not joking - BURGER King did not have BURGERS. I said "screw it, I'll go across the street to Mickey D's", but at this point I had a car behind me and another car in front of me waiting at the window for food (maybe they got the last burger?) so I was stuck in the drive thru until the BK staff could flush the drive thru line to let me out. read more

Tonight I was completely disrespected at this Burger King. I went through the drive-through and decided to use a coupon code that I found on the Burger King app. I placed my order as normal and proceeded to the window to pay. When I showed the employee at the window the coupon code, she rudely told me that I should've given it to her when placing the order rather than when trying to pay. This is not stated anywhere on the app nor at the ordering box. She then stated that she would have to cancel the entire order and re-ring it. Upon closing the window, she then decided to insult my intelligence and had an entirely bad attitude about my process of using a coupon code. When she re-open the window, I told her I didn't deserve to be treated that way and that I would be canceling my order and going inside to speak to her manager. I then proceeded inside and told the manager exactly what happened. He said he would speak to her and offered me a free Hershey pie to try and calm me down. I told him that there was nothing he could offer that would satisfy me and I would be taking my business elsewhere. I then proceeded to McDonald's where I was treated with complete respect. Avoid this Burger King like the plague unless you feel like being disrespected for no reason. If I was able to give zero stars, I absolutely would. read more

I had the urge for a Whopper. Unfortunaly all my teeth have fallen out and had to use a knife and fork to eat it. The fork only made it through half of the burger before the tines got bent. Would recommend getting several forks or bringing your own utensils, if you are in this situation. Sandwich was good and tasted like a Whopper usually does read more

Hadn't been to BK in years. Stopped by and picked up a whopper with cheese. The whopper has such an incredibly thin little burger on there with a large bun, large lettuce, and large tomato. Guess they are either doing cut backs or their burgers have been tiny and tasteless all along. Years ago I had a bad experience at this particular location as well. With the staff that is. With the high turnover ratio in fast food, I'm sure they're probably long gone by now, but still figured I'd comment nonetheless. After my last visit, I remembered why I no longer eat at fast food chains and try to stick more with local businesses. read more

Excellent service! The lobby and bathrooms are always spotless. My order is always correct and ready within a couple minutes. Love that this location is family friendly. Highchairs are always clean and there are games for kids to play. read more

Rudest people working there. I made an honest mistake and forgot to tell them while placing my order about a coupon two girls were working one with red hair and another that seemed to look like a manager who had different colors in her hair since I didnt get names. I came to window and handed them that and the girl with red hair rolled her eyes slammed her hand down and told the other lady something while slamming the window and then walked away and threw her visor on the counter. The other lady approached and opened the window and asked what I had and I was trying to apologize for the inconvenience and she just let the window close while I was still talking to her and then she took money and just handed me my food no thank you no bye whatever just closed the window. Just complete disrespect!!! Never again will they have my service. Maybe hire people that understand things happen and actually know what consumer service is!!!!!
