I love how my food is always so flavorful and seasoned. The meats are hefty, juicy and fall off the bone good. Then to add the perfect side item...... the green beans...... OMG! Go get you some Mission BBQ!

One of my favorite places to go for lunch, I'm there at least once a week. lol. I like everything there: the moist brisket, ribs, half chicken, pulled pork, sausage are all delicious! They have great side dishes too: Mac and cheese, fresh fries, green beans, collard greens, and seasonal desserts like strawberries short cake, carrot cake are also great! I always get their ice tea with my meal. The service is above and beyond top notch! The food is great and comes out fast. I always feel welcome there with their amazing staff, a shout out to Thomas and Coleman, who always greet me by name. I also love that if I make it there by noon, we sing the national anthem together. I appreciate the honor with the pictures of our nation's hero that decorate the restaurant. That's all the many reasons why I keep going back.

We used this Mission BBQ to cater a big event we had (120 people). They were really great to work with on the phone ordering the food. The lady who delivered it was also great as well. She called ahead of time. Then she told me she would come early because she knew how long it would take her to set up that much food and she wanted to have everything set up on time. She also brought extra paper products (more than we ordered). She was so friendly and helpful. All the food tasted great. Will definitely cater from them again. We ordered: -brisket -pulled pork -Mac and cheese -green beans -cornbread -cookies and brownies -banana pudding

Moist Brisket (choose Moist or Lean), green beans and bacon, corn bread (wrapped in foil). Different sauces. Assorted classic bottle colas.

The brisket was super good! I love the variety of bbq sauces. I got the slaw and the green beans with bacon on the side and they were both good. 1 star less for the corn bread coz i thought it was very dry. Service was fast and friendly. I love how the place is clean, homey, and very appropriately decorated. Lots of interesting stuff on the walls to look at while waiting for the food to arrive. I was so excited to see the army truck on display outside. It matches the whole vibe. There is an outdoor seating area too!

    * Great service. Friendly and polite. * Really authentic BBQ. * Nice variety of sides. * Comfortable seating * They honor our military and veterans. We've come here as a couple. Each of us has dined here alone. And we've come in small groups. Everyone we know loves this particular Mission.

Staff were all friendly, food was prepared fast and definitely delicious. If you get a chance to dine in, check out the decor.

I am such a fan of Mission BBQ! The concept of fast yet fresh food BBQ is amazing. All restaurants are big on customer service and they greet you as soon as you walk in the door. This location is no exception and you can tell because it's packed every time I decide to dine here. I've tried many of their items: pulled pork slider (NC style aka topped w/ coleslaw), brisket, ribs, pulled chicken, green beans, man n cheese, peach cobbler, and more! Today I had my favorites and they did not disappoint. Food: Grilled shrimp, cornbread, fries, collard greens Drink: 1/2 lemonade 1/2 unsweetened tea Overall: I love this chain and will be back soon!

Food is Always Delicious!! And Welcome with an Hello before u can get in the door .... Staff seems to get along Well. Thanks Ms Amy !!!!

Great service and excellent food! The staff were able to help me pick out what I wanted. Another staff walked around the dining area and was checking on guests, how their service and food, and if they needed a refill on their drink or drink f they wanted anything else. I ordered the brisket as moist instead of lean. It was incredible! Very flavorful and juicy! I also ordered the mac and cheese. So good! The corn bread was pretty decent but I'm personally not a fan of corn bread. Definitely recommend for their service, food, and mission!

Wowww all she had to do was ask my name. Other than that the food I purchased was good. So 3.5 ratings for the food. Not for the customer service. Maybe it wasn't a good day for her. They had an assortment of toppings to add. I get that sandwich again for sure. The ribs were kinda sweet and very fast however they were on the tough side. I'm used to fall off the bone ribs personally. The chicken could use a bit more cooking as the skin seemed a bit flabby for my taste I prefer a more crispy skin on my chicken. I popped it in the oven when I got home and that was some good doggone smoked bbq chicken. The staff was extremely friendly they worked fast and even gave suggestions. The bbq sauces I had were the regular and obey sauce. Both were amazing on my chicken. The store had a few seats to eat in it's a small space but it's gets the job done. Overall I'll give that platter a 7.5/10, mainly because those ribs were too tough. But everything had a great taste toast to it. The star of the show for me was the pit turkey. And for bbq the prices were amazing. Getting affordable bbq/pit sandwiches are not an easy task. I'm coming back again soon.

My fiancé and I have supported this local spot for years. It used to be a reliable go-to. But over time, something shifted--and now I know exactly what it is: the cook, Laura. On 11/28, I ordered steak and eggs. What I was served was not just unappetizing--it was dangerous. The steak smelled rancid, oozed a grayish liquid, and had visible discoloration. We flagged it immediately. Today, we returned to follow up and were horrified to learn that Laura had been explicitly told not to use those steaks because they were spoiled--and she served them anyway. Let that sink in. Why wasn't the meat discarded? Why did she knowingly serve it? Is she untrained, negligent, or something worse? And more importantly--why is she still employed? This isn't an isolated incident. Months ago, I stopped in for a quick lunch and became violently ill within the hour. I had to pull over to vomit and missed an important business meeting. I suspected something was off then, and from that point on, I would call ahead to make sure Laura wasn't cooking. Recently, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. That was a mistake. There's a level of disregard here that feels personal. When I asked to speak with her after learning about the spoiled meat, the staff refused and smirked like it was a joke. It's not. This could have led to hospitalization--or worse. This is a public health issue. Laura's actions were reckless, and the restaurant's failure to act is inexcusable. I'm mortified, furious, and deeply disappointed. Willy's was once a place I proudly supported. Now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Until there's accountability, I won't be back--and I urge others to think twice before risking their health here.

The sandwich seemed a bit skinnier than what I recall, and was probably more medium to medium well the medium rare, but it was still very flavorful. I added some of their house barbecue and tiger sauce. The fries seemed fresh in the gravy was a different touch. As for the atmosphere, the place was relatively clean, however, seemed a little neglected. One of the soda fountains was out of order and the sign on it seemed like it had been there a while. At least one of the soda selections on the other soda machine was out. They did have a nice selection of condiments such as pickles, onions, tiger sauce, horseradish, etc. in Little plastic cups.. One thing that was missing was any heat. I don't mean heat from the food but rather heating in the shop. Perhaps in the kitchen, they stay warm with the grills, but the dining room was absolutely frigid. If I returned to this location, it will probably be for takeout.

I originally wanted to check out another spot, but it wasn't convenient location wise. My friend suggested this one instead. He was the driver so I said it was fine without thinking much of it. Realized later this isn't actually the pit beef I read about and wanted, but it's a decent spot for a meat sando. All our meals came with a soup which was yummy. Kinda like chicken noodle / dumpling soup. That was actually my fav thing here. The pit beef was more like a roast beef sandwich which was fine. I actually enjoyed the brisket more. The bonfire bbq they describe like a sloppy joe. Tho I thought it wasn't as saucy and messy. Not exactly what I was expecting sandwich wise, but I was nicely surprised by their complimentary soup. Upon entering, I thought it was an interesting setup because I assumed that this spot was a restaurant/(dive)bar. Turns out it is a restaurant in a liquor store...or maybe it's a liquor store in a restaurant. I'll admit that this misunderstanding was on me. Someone suggested the restaurant, and I did not do any follow-up research. Although the restaurant is connected to a liquor store, you cannot consume alcohol inside. But, I guess that was not a deal breaker because I was more interested in some good ol' BBQ. At the counter, I started to look over the menu because there were quite a lot of interesting items. They have a long list of various BBQ/meat items and a bunch of sides. For my dining pleasure, I went with the two meat (general BBQ and sausage), two sides combo (greens and mac n cheese), which was about 18 bucks. The price for the amount of food wasn't too bad. To be frank the food was not what I expected. Ok, the food was not horrible, but I think that I might have set my expectations too high. Normally, when I think of Texas BBQ, I think of meat that is slowly cooked so that it's very tender. The meat here seemed like it was cooked on a grill and mixed with BBQ sauce immediately prior to serving. To me, the meat was a bit tougher than what I have normally experienced in most BBQ restaurants. Perhaps, the restaurant was having a bit of an off day during our visit.
