Capriotti is a great sandwich place! The online ordering is very easy and convenient. Once, I arrived at the restaurant, parking is plentiful. The staff are welcoming and service is spot on. I ordered the steak and cheese with sweet peppers--delicious, fresh bread, with crisp toppings of freshness. By the way, prices are decent for the amount of food you receive. read more

I didn't know the meat was shaved. Horrible texture for a sandwich. I couldn't even eat it. I'll never be back. The folks working there were pleasant and the place was clean. read more

Went in and ordered 2 subs. I ordered the grilled Italian. There was hardly anything on it except allot of lettuce!! It took forever and was terrible. I will not be going back to this location again! read more

I ordered the small classic cheesesteak and found this in the food. A hard white object in the sandwich. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I suggest not ordering from here. read more

First time having a sandwich from Capriotti's. It was great. I will definitely return.

Time got away from me and I decided to order in for dinner. I ordered the Grilled Italian Sandwich and only added mushrooms. It was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Even though it's a messy sandwich, it's a delicious combination of flavors. This is my new go-to sandwich shops. Thank you for coming to the rescue with dinner. read more

YUCK!!!! I ordered a turkey sub and ALL of the lettuce was brown and slimy!!! It should have never even been put on my sub!! There was alot of turkey but it was dust dry choke-inducing. The sub is supposed to come with mayo, and onion and of course there was none. It was dry bland and disgusting a very sad waste of $15. read more

I haven't even received my order yet but Amanda's customer service leaves much to be desired. Extremely rude for absolutely no reason. No hello what can I get for you, legit she stared at me until I asked if she was ready for my order. I asked the size of the sandwich to which she responds, I have a sign pointing to the right, like someone is stupid, simple customer service would be hey it's 8" but there is a sign for further sizes. No thank you, just hands me a receipt. If I didn't drive 30+ minutes I would have canceled the order! Unless someone from management can explain why this would be a first timers experience- I won't be back. ***Update called yesterday (3/11) never heard back! read more

If I could give a half star I would I purchased the hot Italian it was horrible there was no meat on the sandwich and the meat looked like it was microwaved . There were no condiments napkins nothing. On the counter for the customer to use when eating in or just taking out. What kind of place is this. Don't waste money or time read more

My sandwich is NEVER made the way I request, with the items I request! When I get home it's ALWAYS mixed up, even though I purposely repeat my order. SMH. read more

Capristrami This was delicious. The melted Swiss with the crunch of the coleslaw. Well done. The slaw was a tad too sweet, not a deal breaker. Excellent amount of pastrami to meet the ratio of fresh bread. Great sandwich, I would recommend this. Hot Bobbie This sandwich did not live up to the hype. For it to be their signature sandwiches I expected it to be way better. The bread was soft and fresh. The ratio of Turkey to bread was pitiful. The cranberry and stuffing was mashed on there making the final appearance look like baby food smeared between two buns. Nothing like the picture in the store featuring the sandwich. Hard pass. For a chain, it's a decent spot. read more

Okay just go somewhere else, especially if you dont have time to waste driving here. So many things wrong. First of all their address needs to be updated in apple maps, so lets start there. Second of all one of the employees was chewing behind the counter while walking right past me, and I had not yet ordered. Thats fine if he was leaving but, why are you behind the counter chewing and you're coworker doesn't have any support. Once I was finally acknowledged by the woman that was supposed to be taking my order, she didn't even greet me she just said, "are you picking up?". This is a dine in restaurant.. So, I said no, but get this, she says "okay well its going to be atleast 5-7 minutes before I can even take your order." I just said "nevermind, don't worry about it" and I left. I could only imagine what else is going wrong back there if at the very forefront everything is wrong. And then for you to think its okay to just say that like that, I feel like that type of communication with the customer is normalized in this establishment and I don't care to spend my money any where that it's not generally valued. This would have been my first time trying this place. I was going to go to jersey mikes but I was like, let me just try here because they might have a cheese other than provolone (which j mikes doesn't)... I should've just took the darn provolone and went to jersey mikes. Finally, where the heck is management? read more

They are normally amazing. Tonight was a different story. I ordered an Italian with no lettuce or tomatoes both showed up. The classic cheesesteak was almost perfect until I found chicken mixed in with the steak. Cross contamination is no joke. read more

I don't order cheesesteak subs very often and the picture of the Golden Cheesesteak Sub looked good so ... ordered it I did. And OMG was it delish!! I ordered a medium Golden Cheesesteak Sub with the normal items and added sweet peppers. Meat tender, onions adding a nice flavor but not overpowering. A slight tang from the sweet peppers. And then the creamy cheeseiness of the golden cheese ... OMGoodness was it a party in my mouth. The 'Golden' in the cheesesteak subs is a limited time only so not much time left to try this delicious delicacy. Recommended for everyone!! read more

We were there at 6pm on a Friday night and they had no meatball, it would have taken an hour to get one. Then asked for wagu cheesesteak and they were out of that. And it took forever to get our order. read more

Definitely a solid lunch spot! A few coworkers and I stopped in for lunch on Friday afternoon. We each ordered and paid individually. The girl taking the orders was friendly and welcoming. She answered a few questions about the menu and sandwich size options. The group of us dined in. It appears as if the majority of customers order ahead and come in just to pick up. There was a lot of traffic in and out while we ate our meals. Although small, the dining room was clean and could probably seat about twenty people. I had the original cheese steak and added sweet peppers. It was super delicious. I only like cheesesteaks where the cheese is mixed throughout the sandwich and not just stuck to one side of the bread. This definitely met my requirements. I made my sandwich a combo with chips and a bottle of water. I would have got a fountain drink but I didn't see fresh brewed tea. That would have sold me. The entire staff we dealt with was friendly and the one gentleman was super kind and insisted on delivering the food to our table so we didn't have to get up and do it. The employees were hustling the entire time we were there. It was definitely a busy time for them. I will be back in the future and recommend everyone give them a try. read more

Came in to a nice welcoming face asking if we knew what we wanted. We ended taking a bit of time since noone was in line and ended up with 2 subs and a side of fries. Kevin had the wagyu cheesesteak. He said it didn't need more dressing or condiments on it, it was great as is. I switched my order to an Italian cold cut and the small size was perfectly fine with me since we were sharing fries. We ended getting the capistrami fries which had slaw and Russian dressing on them, those things we would def come back for and the large size is an entree in itself. We definitely left full! Will def come back in the winter to try more subs!! Jake n kev read more

Fresh sandwiches and friendly staff! Totally recommend. Sandwiches are so good and worth the price.

The subs , sandwiches and fries here are really great. Much better than the other sub shops. Especially the hot ones ...Very nice dining atmosphere too. As far as the service goes, THEY sometimes struggle.. The one fellow didn't even know how to register in our order. Almost charged us $45 bucks for a $32 order. If they get a bit busy you may wait 10-15 minutes for your order. Regardless, we always go back because subs are good. read more

The cashier was awesome!! She was super polite and served us super well. Highly recommend.

Solid fast casual subs. Capriotti's is a mid Atlantic chain but this was our first time here. We ordered a classic cheesesteak with hot peppers (you can get sweet peppers instead if you don't want the heat) and a chicken chipotle crunch at the counter. We weren't sure of the sizes, so the woman at the register showed us the sub rolls used for the medium and it looked just under a foot long. Enough for a full meal for me without needing any chips. I appreciated that the refrigerator with the Butterball turkeys is right behind the counter where you can see it so you know what brand of meat they use. I think the cheesesteak had a little more meat in it than the chicken, but both were tasty and equally good. The hot peppers added a nice kick if you like some spice heat. Boyfriend said the place reminded him of Firehouse Subs, but I liked Capriotti's better. read more

That place was worse chain i ever ate at it was great when first opened but it's gone down hill fries were not fried soaked in grease and hard my 10 inch sub which supposedly to be there special Sub The Bobbie dry and I never had cranberry on it I got to go so was not taking back it today Nov. 9th 2024 Traffic was terrible I was not going through all that that sandwich should of been done right it was so dry and fries were white with grease ! all of it went in trash!! The manager was very dismissive and not very open and rudely walked away while we were not finished processing our order. We didn't even receive a receipt. I wanted to order their cheese-steaks for the buy one get one 50% off deal that they had on Monday I had called the store wanting to make sure it could be used online for a pick up order as I'm not to familiar with the app, Amanda, the woman that answered the phone was very helpful and polite and let me know that I should be able to use the BOGO and if for any reason it wouldn't let me to call back and that she or another staff member would be able to help me place a phone order for pick up so I could still get the deal as long as I was a rewards member! upon walking into the store I was greeted and told that they would be right with me and were true to their word!, the store it's self was Clean and inviting! The sandwiches themselves were very fresh and were absolutely delicious! I will definitely be back! read more

Absolutely horrid employment at this shop. The employees all wear gloves for sanitary reasons. However, they all have their pants sagging, and pull up their pants with the gloves on. They then proceed to make your food with those same gloves on. I would highly recommend people to STAY AWAY from this shop. read more

I have only one visit to judge by but I was happy with it. Turkey is really good, oven roasted quality. Cole slaw is good. I had the cole turkey sub. Sub rolls are quite hearty, good for their dipping in au jus. A small sub was filling, comparable to a regular most other places. Husband had the Italian sub and liked it. I got a small Italian salad to go for later, it is basic romaine and tomatoes, chunks of the meat and cheese for Italian sub, suits me just fine but not as fancy as some other places. All in all, I will keep Caps in my lunch rotation. read more
