Stopped in from traveling to this location and the service was excellent. The food was right on par with other franchises.

Still very clean and friendly and fast. There was a difficult customer ahead of me and the cashier stayed polite and even got assistance to help and the manager was polite. The customer service here is top tier .... The food is always good expensive but you already knew that before considering coming here hahaha. Lots of seating and a good sized parking lot . Great for buses trips to pull over everyone will find a seat it's never super crowded. read more

Finally wasn't lazy and went to Five Guys instead of having Uber Eats or Door Dash bring it my way... We ordered online and it said our order would be ready in 10 mins. Took more of 15-20 but I don't really mind at all! We got there and the door explained the Covid-Procedure. No more than one customer in at a time & bathrooms only for paying customers. Cool! Employee came to the door, asked if we needed help. Yep! Order for ___! He said no problem, just a few moments. While we waited two dashers pulled up and he walked to their cars to check on the names. Also, an older couple pulled up. Weirdly they read the door yet still both went to try and go in together. The employee politely explained only one customer at a time. The female half got upset and exclaimed "we'll we're together so we'll go somewhere else!" The employee sighed and went back inside, and I don't blame him at all. (Make what you will of this story but it made me laugh that they needed to go inside together.) Any who, a few minutes later our food came out fresh and piping hot. Yuuuum! Convenient for our 12 minute ride home, so that the food came down to optimal temp. Overall I'll definitely be back. If you've been to one Five Guys, you've been to all of them. The service is friendly (most of the time), the burgers are greasy, the toppings are endless and the walls are lined with potatoes. Five Guys is easily my favorite burger chain. That being said, somehow I always forget this particular location exists. It's not in the middle of nowhere, but it's away from the "main" high traffic area...which can be good or bad, depending on what you like. I think tonight was the 3rd time we've visited since running across it a little over a year ago. Each time the staff had been great-- professional, friendly, and pretty quick to get my food out to me. Tonight I placed an order online, and we just had to wait for fresh fries when we picked it up. Everything was correct with this order. During the previous visits, small things (A1 sauce,mustard, etc) were missing, but never anything that was serious enough that I'd return the burger..... Overall, maybe a tiny more attention to detail would be good. Still beats Whataburger. :) read more

I get that they don't prepare the fries until you get there - but both times I have stood there waiting for the fries just as long as if I had just walked in and placed an order. Solid 3 star burgers, and 5 star fries. Burgers from this 5 Guys tend to be quite soggy, and definitely wetter than from other locations. Buns tend to be squished and well soaked with mushroom juice, onion juice, some other juice, and a little more wetness. Kind of distracting from the flavors. It changes the burger experience from enjoying every bite, to let me try to get more of this in my mouth than everywhere else. Fries are great. Fries portions had been getting smaller and smaller put COVID seems to have changed that? Now they are back to what made them famous. For the cost of the burger, it should be far better. She said yes and then went to the back and emerged no less than 10 full minutes and cold fries later with bags of ketchup to refill the dispensers...... not packets of ketchup for us.... not bottles of ketchup for us to use while she filled the dispensers, but bag refills to take another 10 minutes to change out. The manager and at least 6 other employees watched all this transpire without the slightest offering of ketchup. This type of customer service is one star rated, but the fries and shakes are always good here. read more

They're good, don't get me wrong. But "A-OK" is the best way to describe Five Guys! This is only the 2nd time I've ever been to Five Guys, but this location seemed awfully small. Lunch rush on a Thursday was ridiculous! No parking, long line, no tables. But to their credit, the food was served up incredibly fast! I ended up just eating in my car, since there were no free tables inside, and no tables whatsoever outside. I've decided that the burgers are pretty good, but strangely, the worst part about it is the meat. Bland, dry, and a little tough, too. The fries were pretty good, but I could not come close to finishing them all. And we're just talking "regular" size, too... who the hell would order a large size here?!? To begin. The cashier couldn't understand my order...but then again I was talking fast. Anyways, that's when I knew everything else's was going to go wrong. I had to repeat the order 3x. Our number 006. They were on 995. They jumped to 010, then back to 997 then 001. They ran out of fries. The manager didn't know what orders to do first...go by numbers! We waited 30+ mins. If you are looking for a quick and delicious burger, look no further! I had the "little hamburger", as the regular hamburger has 2 beef patties. You can select any of the toppings you'd like, and they will build it for you in the back! Their patties are not very thick and never frozen! The fries were delectable and cut on premise using USA potatoes. We were in there no longer than 30 minutes, including order, wait time and dining time. Would definitely go back. Been here a few times now. The burgers were usually pretty juicy and cooked well, but I think they could use a little more seasoning (a little salt would probably do the trick). The toppings do address the lack of seasoning some, but not entirely in my opinion. The fries are really good though and they give a choice of malt vinegar or ketchup to go with it. The best part of Five Guys is that everything is made fresh, so each item is always nice and hot. This place also sells some other items (like hot dogs), but I've never tried those. Also, the free peanuts while waiting for your order is a nice touch :-) It's a good and cheap place to get pretty good food and I'd go again, but its not usually the first place on my list. The location is convenient being near Arundel Mills Mall. There is a parking lot, but not necessarily a lot of spots though. read more

I am only giving this place a 3 because of the service. I placed my order online and came to pick it up. I was the ONLY person to walk into the restaurant yet the cashier couldn't be bothered enough to promptly end her conversation and greet me. I had to stand around for a bit before she came to the register. And she continued her conversation despite another coworker alerting her to my presence. Again I was the ONLY ONE in the place!! They recently moved into this big corner area, and the management here is so friendly and accommodating to customers. The burgers are as fantastic as always, and the coke machine is always fun to use! They also take Apple Pay now, so that's an added convenience. read more

This spot looked promising at first, and I ordered a hamburger with a small fry. To start off, our table was not sanatized according to COVID standards, and the place itself was kind of dirty. My fries were loaded with grease, and I got maybe 10 pieces of fries for the absurd price of 4 dollars, and my burger was about average. read more

They'll fill the cup and then top off the bag. The regular order is almost more deep-fried potato than even I, a veteran fry lover, can take at one sitting. The large is for guys who can't see their own feet anymore. The burgers... meh. I've had better. They're not bad and they're stacked, but they're a little dry and a little bland. A little salt and a toasted bun would go a long way. They are made fresh to order, though, and the default is a double-burger. If it were just the fries, I'd give 'em four stars. You can't go wrong with the burgers and fries from 5 guys. The adult sized burgers are double patty and delicious. One order of fries is large enough for the whole family. It also helps that they have one of the coke freestyle machines that serves like a hundred different types of sodas. The only way to improve is to not cook every burger well done. The food is average five guys food, but this location is getting a bad review because of what I witnessed as a customer. The manager is beyond rude to his employees. I thought it was disgusting the way he speaks down to his workers using profanity, insults, and a yelling tone. I can't support it at all. Treat people like they are just as human as you. The disrespect shown by that manager to his employees was appalling. So unsettling, that I will never go there again. I live very close to this location, and I've seen it on more than one occasion. Food is always good, generous portions of fries and like always fresh peanuts. I went here for the first time and have been to other resturants before. The place is nice and is well kept. The cashier which I think was the manager is very positive and made my experience very positive. The openness of the restaurant feels like a nice old Americana vibe. They have the specialty coke machines and enjoyed a nice cup of lemon lime sheltzer water. One of the ketchup pumps wasn't working or was empty maybe they should stick a cup on it to tell customers to use the one next to it. Other then that I had an overall good experience. Five guys! If you love good burgers and fries, this is the place to go. The food is slightly more expensive than McDonalds or burger king, but it is defiantly worth every penny. What a terribly expensive place. We ordered 2 burgers with 2 fries and no drinks for a grand total of $27! The burgers make Burger Kings look like a 2 pound porterhouse steak. They were small with buns to fit. Fries were plentiful but nothing spectacular for prices paid. read more
