WILD MUSHROOM

I went to Jailbreak for dinner with a friend and really liked the rustic, spacious brewery vibe. The staff were really helpful and made the experience even better. I enjoyed my flatbread, and I'd definitely come back for a casual bite and some beers.

I don't come to jailbreak foodworks often because I'm not an avid beer drinker, but every time I go I'm reminded of why I enjoy it so much. The food is delicious, I've had the chicken sandwich, their hand cut fries, but on this day I had their aged burger and when I tell you it's top tier... trust me. The vibe in this space is cool too, albeit as loud as you would imagine a brewery. The lighting is nice, it's decorated great, there's a lot of seating space, couches, and more. It's never taken me long to get my food, and the service is always good.

You live in this area for years and never know what's around! That's my case here with Jailbreak. Great place for local beer and other drinks and, of course, the aged beef. Since this was my first time, I went with my friends' recommendation to try their cheeseburger. I must say, it's the best I've had so far! Light, not heavy and dense. Well done with sautéed thin onions with melting cheese. Loved it so much wanna take my husband there soon. His mobility challenges always make me think carefully before we venture out but I think he'll really like their food. I did the 4 beef sampler as well, and enjoyed them greatly, esp the Infinite. Pricey so good for once in awhile I think.

Not my first time but my first review of this place. I enjoyed the drinks and the food. Easygoing atmosphere. I like several of their non-IPA brews. Boats & Hose is my favourite. I tried their Crabtown vienna lager and liked it. Their Old Fashioned cocktails are excellent. If you can't get to Jailbreak, their brews are available in many liquor stores & bars in the Annapolis area. You get the drinks on one side of their place and food on the other. If you open up a tab, it follows you on both sides. Convenient, low friction. The Steak & Frites with Korean BBQ seasoning were great. Glad they included malt vinegar in the condiments bar for the chips. (A Britishism of mine.) I hope to return once in a while.

We love the place! One of the unique place! The decoration, menu both was unique... I like the garden that they made on the wall! You order your meal on the left side, kitchen. And you order your drink on the right side, bar. They give you a little device with your order and when you order get ready, the device buzzing! The burger was really good! Very juicy and tasty. And the chicken was pretty good, The fries are also pretty different, there was a garlic and scallions pieces in it. It was tasty. Their homemade sauce also was chili and tasty. You can also buy, meat and fish for to go! We will visit again for sure! I wanna try chicken wings and the salad!

While in the Jessup area for work we stopped in here for lunch. What made me want to come here were all the amazing reviews and then looking at their site and the food solidified my decision to stop in. The first thing I noticed were the large meat drying cabinets to dry-age their beef... never seen, nor heard of a brewery with such a thing before! They also just put up a chicken sandwich for pickup, it wasn't mine, but I was impressed with how HUGE and delicious it looked! I ordered their Big A$$ Salad with a side of their Korean BBQ Chuck Short Rib. Also got their pretzel. All the food was really good! The pretzel was amazing, so were the dipping sauces it came with. That short rib was tender and very flavorful and that salad was so very big! Service was decent too. Definitely a much more elevated dining experience for a brewery!!

Hey friends! I've been here a few times actually but this is my first time reviewing them. It's such a cozy spot with amazing food and service! I had the best burger of my life here, truly, it was that great lol. I also love the concept of the beer flight that they offer. Jailbreak offers an impressive selection of American comfort food. They offer a wide selection of quality spirits, some of their brews are even made in house! I felt like cheating on my pescatarian diet so I ordered the Jerk Chicken Cheesesteak($18). I enjoyed it, a fresh made jerk sauce would've made the sandwich perfect. The jerk sauce tasted either store brought or old. The meal came with Parmesan truffle fries. These were amazing, per usual. I love the perfectly golden finish on the friends. My boyfriend ordered the Jailbreak Burger and he truly enjoyed it! Service is consistently beyond amazing! One of the owners checked on us often. The interior is cozy and aesthetically pleasing. The cozy couches, arcade games, fresh meats on display, open view of the distillery and slightly open kitchen concept make this one of the best restaurants interiors I've ever seen. The festive decor for the holidays was the perfect added touch. The price point is on the pricier side. But the consistency in fresh ingredients and amazing service is worth it. Parking is free and ample. I hope you enjoy your Jailbreak experience as much as I always do. With love, The Picky Pescatarian

Dry aged ribeye

Everything was great. Carey was very helpful and friendly. Primary reason for going was to have the dry aged beef. Got a 50 day aged ribeye which was fantastic. I loved the flavor and what was surprise was how good the chocolate sauce was with the steak. Came with an onion salad and smashed fingerling potatoes. Both excellent with the potatoes having a slightly sweet flavor. The dry aged fish was also amazing. Rich and buttery. Also had cauliflower and a pesto flatbread. I hate to be redundant but both were excellent. Cauliflower had a Thai flavor. While the dry aged meat was very expensive it is worth it for a special treat. Plan on coming back for some of the less expensive food including the dry aged hamburger

"STEAK FRITES"

Loved it here! I had the steak frites and a beer flight. The west coast ipa was my favorite. It's in a business park so lots of parking ... but the vibe once you get inside is nice. I also tried a hotdog that was amazing. No waitress type service. You order and pick it up at the bar or food counter yourself. Price are decent . M

Their beer glasses are super adorable and resemble whiskey glasses. I was tired of drinking beer and the bartender was kind enough to suggest his favorite cocktail. Cozy brewery with lots of corky areas for pictures

I guess I'll leave this at a 3 but I noticed a bit of a scam. My bill, including tax, was $59.50 however the amount that showed on the receipt I signed was $60.83. Not a lot but obviously there's nothing on the menu that's $1.33. No idea where that charge came from and I did t notice til now. Be aware.

Are there any gluten free food items on the menu?

Hey there! All of our salads and the Shishito peppers are served gluten-free. However, many items can be served without the bread, crackers, etc. to accommodate gluten allergies.

Can you smoke cigars in the beer garden?

Our Outdoor Biergarten is a tobacco-free area, but there are smoking poles near the perimeter that you can walk to and stand by if you wish to smoke while here. Cheers!

Does this place have happy hour specials?

Hi Angel! Jailbreak offers select beers for $5 from 3 to 6 p.m., Wednesday through Friday. Cheers!

Is there dog friendly seating outside?

Hi Kylie! Unfortunately, we don't have any outdoor seating :( We do hold several outdoor events throughout the warmer months where our four-legged friends are welcome! Stay tuned to our website/social media pages for announcements. Cheers!

I've been to Brunswick several times in my life and I've always loved the town so I was excited to see someone put a brewery in since the last time I had been there. We stopped in on an early Saturday evening and it was pretty busy because they had live music which was good. We walked right up to the counter and I ordered: - ROYGBIV Power Sour 5/5 - Bar Room Hero Hazy IPA 5/5 We then proceeded to grab a table outside and enjoy our beers while listening to the music and watching all the people enjoy themselves too while we laughed and had good conversation. We hadn't ate much all day so we decided to get something light to eat. My girlfriend walked up to the counter and ordered us a hot dog and Brie with Jam and Pita. We hit the brewery on a Friday about 5:30pm and it was crowded but still found a table. Can't say enough good things about the staff, very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable when it came to their beers. But their beers were all over the board. Honestly, I've given up trying to find a good WCIPA outside of California, but did try their collab with North Park, called Pristine State. Also sampled a hazy pale called Beam of Light, their Pilsner, Scenic, a double hazy IPA, Vanillafort with a sh*t ton of vanilla beans, I'm Grander, their pasty stout and Osmosis, their amber lager. On top of that I also took home their blueberry maple pancakes and tangerine whip smüzi. Didn't open the tangerine and drain poured the blueberry pancakes after maybe half a glass. So Sapwood did a lot of different beers but none that I really could say suited my taste buds. Then again, I'm very spoiled with excellent craft in California. Their food was good, we ordered a taco sampler, Brussels sprouts and nachos. All the food was very flavorful and you got a fair amount for the price. Not much in the way of ambience, but it's a brew pub, there is rarely any of that. All in all my visits were average, not a big fan of their beer selection, nothing really fit my tastebuds, the North Park collab was close. Not sure what their niche was when it comes to beer. I don't need to be overwhelmed by the tap selection. Would I return? Yeah, but not my first choice for craft beer, but the food was more of a hit with me.
