My 1st time here and I am super pleased to say that everything was TERRIFIC! From the clean atmosphere (including bathrooms), friendly & welcoming staff, to Of course the star of the show THE FOOD. They had amazing assortment of flavors, I wish my stomach could fit more! I tried the mild mild wings, THE NEW buffalo lemon pepper dry rub, and Korean BBQ. Wings came out HOT AND CRISPY. Nice place for a quick bite. if you like wings.. boneless or in-bone. We were helped right away. I ordered the lemon pepper dry rub with sweet potato fries. And my partner ordered the Cajun dry rub & regular fries. The pace is clean & I liked the fact it had hand sanitizer by the trashcan. First off the person taking my order was a complete moron. Most of his teeth were missing and the ones remaining were rotten and black. He was also covered in amateur tattoos. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich and a six piece wing. He doesn't offer the combo and when I saw it I asked why and he replied because he can't talk to me all day about the menu. No one else was In The restaurant ... after that I saw that the guy in the back making my sandwich was doing it with his bare hands. I saw that they don't use gloves to prepare my sandwich and asked why he said because they wash their hands. Mind you his hands were absolutely disgusting. All the nails on his fingers were dead and his hands were dirty and callused. I wish I hadn't already paid for the order. I still voided the order and left that unsanitary establishment. Kimil is the reason I come back often. Her customer service, Vibe and attitude is one of the best in any restaurant or fast food chain I have ever been in. Her vibe is wonderful and Kamil gives unbelievable service. She is very knowledgeable of the entire menu. I had a late night burger craving and decided to get some burgers delivered for hubby and I via Uber Eats. WNB Factory did not have high reviews but were offering a BOGO deal. We opted for 2 steak burgers and fries and an order of fried pickles. I am glad I didn't base my decision off of the reviews because that burger was exactly what I was looking for! Juicy, tender, the right size! All of the veggies were fresh and crisp on top and the brioche bun was so soft and satisfying. The fries were yummy and the fried pickles, (very generous portion), dipped in ranch were the perfect complement to the burger. The fried pickles even tasted good heated up the next day! We settled on a six piece order of teriyaki wings for her and I went with the "OG" combo - six inch cheesesteak with lettuce, tomatoes and extra cheese, fries and drink. First thing's first - my girlfriend did not care for the wings. She said they didn't taste like teriyaki, and only ate three. I didn't try them because I'm not into bone-in wings. Too much work for so little reward, in my opinion, so I never bother with wings. As far as my order goes, very good cheesesteak. The cheese they used was this liquid white cheese that made every bite very savory and delicious. They sort of overdid it with the tomatoes, and I would have preferred slices as opposed to chunks (minor quibble). And actually I think an argument could be made that lettuce & tomato don't even belong on an authentic cheesesteak sub, but it's how I ordered it and I enjoyed every bite. The fries were crispy and hot. Actually, everything was piping hot when it was ready - so hot we had to wait a minute to keep from burning our mouths (not a complaint).
