I come here often. Late night wings they are the best. Owners are nice and ma y different t options.

My 1st time here and I am super pleased to say that everything was TERRIFIC! From the clean atmosphere (including bathrooms), friendly & welcoming staff, to Of course the star of the show THE FOOD. They had amazing assortment of flavors, I wish my stomach could fit more! I tried the mild mild wings, THE NEW buffalo lemon pepper dry rub, and Korean BBQ. Wings came out HOT AND CRISPY. I got a side of fresh crispy sweet potato along with the crunchy deep fried pickles. I also wanted to try a burger and LOVED that the LETTUCE wrap was an option! I do wish they had vegan milkshakes included. Donny was super patient and welcoming definitely eased my anxiety. Super friendly and informative on the menu. Thanks Team for the AMAZING food and hospitality! Keep up the fantastic work! read more

Nice place for a quick bite. if you like wings.. boneless or in-bone. We were helped right away. I ordered the lemon pepper dry rub with sweet potato fries. And my partner ordered the Cajun dry rub & regular fries. The pace is clean & I liked the fact it had hand sanitizer by the trashcan. It would've been nice if dad offered us some wipes after eating the wings. My lemon pepper wings were well seasoned and they give you plenty of super potato fries. I'll probably come back again if I need a quick bite and I am in the area. read more

Very clean establishment. Excellent customer service and plenty of seating. Ordered the Koos Kickin Bourbon Burger combo minus the bacon, and it was delicious. Patties were well seasoned. Nice bun and fresh ingredients. The sauce was good. $20 is a little pricey for a burger combo, but everything costs too much now. read more

Kimil is the reason I come back often. Her customer service, Vibe and attitude is one of the best in any restaurant or fast food chain I have ever been in. Her vibe is wonderful and Kamil gives unbelievable service. She is very knowledgeable of the entire menu. My first visit wasn't the greatest because she wasn't working but since than she brings great service and joy to my experience. Its nothing better then good customer service and you she gets 5 Stars every single time. She makes the visit enjoyable. The food is always on point and I tell everyone I can to come check out the spot and ask for Kamil. Cheers to Kamil. read more

I had a late night burger craving and decided to get some burgers delivered for hubby and I via Uber Eats. WNB Factory did not have high reviews but were offering a BOGO deal. We opted for 2 steak burgers and fries and an order of fried pickles. I am glad I didn't base my decision off of the reviews because that burger was exactly what I was looking for! Juicy, tender, the right size! All of the veggies were fresh and crisp on top and the brioche bun was so soft and satisfying. The fries were yummy and the fried pickles, (very generous portion), dipped in ranch were the perfect complement to the burger. The fried pickles even tasted good heated up the next day! Even though I got a deal for these burgers, I would most certainly order again and pay full price! Check them out! read more

The wings were dry, overcooked and bland. Not worth the money charged for 6 pics wings. Customer service lacking as well. At least offer good customer service if the food ist good. read more

My brother and sis in law recommended this place. It's like a better wing stop. Truly great. The food was delicious. Affordable and you have so much to choose from. You have sandwiches, burgers and wings! Plus fried rice! The whole vibe was good. Enough space for everyone who wants to eat in. Mostly people are grabbing take out. But there were a couple of people eating inside like us. Service was fast and efficient. read more

The Only Review You Need To Read We were leaving an adjacent store when I joked, "We've never tried this place. I looks good!" And my girlfriend said, "Well, I AM hungry." I said, "You want to try it? Because I'll go if you're serious!" So we dropped our bags off in the car, and went back to WNB Factory. Although the menu seemed rather basic (burgers/subs/wings), it took us a couple of minutes to figure out exactly what we wanted. We settled on a six piece order of teriyaki wings for her and I went with the "OG" combo - six inch cheesesteak with lettuce, tomatoes and extra cheese, fries and drink. First thing's first - my girlfriend did not care for the wings. She said they didn't taste like teriyaki, and only ate three. I didn't try them because I'm not into bone-in wings. Too much work for so little reward, in my opinion, so I never bother with wings. As far as my order goes, very good cheesesteak. The cheese they used was this liquid white cheese that made every bite very savory and delicious. They sort of overdid it with the tomatoes, and I would have preferred slices as opposed to chunks (minor quibble). And actually I think an argument could be made that lettuce & tomato don't even belong on an authentic cheesesteak sub, but it's how I ordered it and I enjoyed every bite. The fries were crispy and hot. Actually, everything was piping hot when it was ready - so hot we had to wait a minute to keep from burning our mouths (not a complaint). I really enjoyed my meal and we both agreed that we'd definitely come back to try other things on their menu. I wasn't terribly hungry during this visit, but when I come back, I'll bring my appetite because I'd be interested in trying their Steakburger and chocolate blended milk shake. read more

11.3.22 This restaurant is about 4 months old. WNB stands for Wings and Burgers. They were established in 1997 in Atlanta. Their chicken is all natural with no added hormones or steroids. Aside from chicken and burgers, they also sell cheesesteaks, salads, fried rices, sides, milkshakes, smoothies, and frappes. Friendly staff, but average food. Fries were overcooked and wings were small. Flavor was good, but I've enjoyed wings more at other places. Nothing particularly stood out. We were hoping to be impressed as we want to be near a good wing shop which also has good service. Unfortunately this was not the case. They had a steady stream of patrons coming and going mostly for carryout so give them a try as others apparently like them. read more

Very tasty wings that appear to be air fried very well. I went with the honey garlic dry flavoring and was glad I did. I ordered the eight piece wings meal and was a little disappointed that I couldn't split the seasoning because they were a few other flavors I really wanted to try. The french fries were just OK, But the reason I won't be coming back was the absolutely lousy customer service. The person behind the counter was not really cut out for this type of job. I would describe her demeanor as somewhere between discourteous and rude with a side order of "I couldn't care less". Ha ha,. There are plenty of great wings restaurants in the area and this is not one of them. I will not be back but I do appreciate the fact that the restaurant looked clean and organized read more

This was my first time here . And I was actually impressed . The place was beyond clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. I order a bacon cheeseburger. My burger was perfectly made ( the only down side was that my bun came apart as soon as I picked up my burger) . The fries weren't great but they weren't bad at all. I definitely would go back especially since the location is very much convenient read more

I came here as a pit stop on a road trip, and I was very pleasantly surprised. One of the cleanest wing stores I've been to and the food was freshly cooked and warm. And they have very good deals for meal combos! When I eat wings, the sauce can make or break that meal. The sauces here are delicious. The "yum yum" sauce is a must-try. Overall, I would recommend this place. I would love to come back and try more of their menu! read more

We really enjoyed this place. 1st off it is nice and clean inside and the decor is cute. Great lighting! The food was good and you get your money's worth. If you're looking for spot that professes to serve 100% certified angus beef and all natural chicken, try the new WNB Factory restaurant in Jessup, MD near Ollie's. I picked up carry out on Saturday, 25 March 2023. I ordered the 6" OG cheesesteak combo, and the chicken wings 6pc single with honey garlic seasoning. Both were on point! The attendant was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and spacious. There were at least four families eating in. There are a variety of burgers, chessesteaks, and wings to choose from. I plan to try a burger and chicken tenders on my next drop-in. read more

They were horrible! I ordered food from a business across the street and they did not deliver it. They did not tell me when I was ordering food I was actually ordering from DoorDash! I ordered 2 sandwiches, fries, and chicken tenders from Door Dash. The Dasher was prompt. However, one of the sandwiches we ordered was completely wrong! For starters, a cheeseSTEAK was ordered with NO onions. What we received was a CHICKEN cheesesteak with fried onions, jalapeños and other toppings that were not ordered and were not reflected on the receipt. My wife is allergic to onions and cannot eat jalapeños due to the spice. When I called the store to get them to correct it, they were not very helpful. First, I had to explain the issue to the person over the phone multiple times so they could comprehend the issue. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they didn't have one there and to call back tomorrow to speak with the owner. I explained that this does no good for dinner tonight. I asked them to have a new sandwich delivered since that is what I paid for. They were unable to do anything other than offer a credit. The person was combative and never apologized for their mistake. I told her that I will never be able to order from them again because I cannot trust that the order would be correct and someone would be left hungry. BEWARE of you order from here! read more

I enjoyed this restraint very much, even as far to say that it has to be my favorite burger place. The burgers were juicy and delicious, the customer service was nice and we sat down and got our food. I entirely recommend this place. read more

I gave this place a 3 because the service is so slow. They take your order and then you sit and wait. They do have two big screen televisions to watch sports center. The establishment is well lit, with table and chairs. This location is right next to the dollar store, can't miss it. So if you have time to kill this is the place to go. Waiting to see what the food taste like. They have a variety of all types of burgers including steak burgers. They also feature wings and Chinese food. So if you are ready come on down to this establishment and support the business. read more

First time here and first time I've heard of WNB Factory. I ordered the WNB Lemon Pepper Wings which came with fries and a fountain drink. Wings are regular split flat/drums. I would probably ask for extra sauce but that's just me. I also ordered the Teriyaki Cheesesteak and didn't add a thing. It was delicious. Order took about 10 mins top, and you have the option to carry out or dine inside. Prices are fair game for the location. I'd give this a good 4.8/5 it's most definitely worth a try. read more

Food was good. My friend had the single mushroom burger and I had the chicken tenders with fries. The burger was good, and the chicken tenders were hot and just okay (no real taste, too thick and stringy).
